Didn't bother making my food on just eat but accept the order left me for hours thinking I was going to get it

Food was late. Had to reheat it first as it was cold. It would have been a 5 star for quality had it not been cold. It takes me two minutes to walk to restrant . So why so long driving. Also had to walk to main road to collect. Good food but poor cu

Went out for a meal last night, the whole place needed cleaning, most tables had not been cleared. Ordered two fish & chips, was told only one left. Ooted for one and a curry. Fish was not rasting right, ate half, wasn't sure what it was, decided not to eat the rest. On the was home and throughout the night eas throwing up, hot and cold temp and total discomfort during the night. The chef should not have sent out food like that, how long was that fish standing before it bought & went out? Obviously food poisoning. I often eat at Weatherspoons, this was very disappointing and will definitely affect future decisions. The management and kitchen staff need to focus more on this establishment and what they want to achieve. Wont go there again.

It took more than an hour for food to arrive. I called and was told that it will arrive in 10 mins half an hour later, still waiting. Food was cold

Delicious food, no bad reactions, good value and fast service

Booked online, had multiple reminders about my booking, arrived for my friends birthday and it was closed! No lights on, no staff, no notice. Friday evening 8pm!

I waited an hour and a half for delivery which is fine. I appreciate it’s a busy Saturday night. But I called 30 mins in and was told it was on way and then again an hour in and was told it was still in way. It’s a 5 min drive? I called again 1hr 30 later to say I’d just come and get it but couldn’t get through? Food arrived cold and soggy. I have used these guys before and loved them but sadly tonight it’s just put me off. Seriously thought I wasn’t getting my food

Stood in here for 15 mins waiting to be served ended up leaving getting Chinese instead. Terrible

Some of the best cheesy chips and garlic mushrooms in the Bournemouth and Poole area. The staff are friendly too!

Decent food at reasonable prices

Having used this takeaway for around 6 years now and never had a complaint I’m afraid the last two meals have been absolutely awful the chicken looks like it’s been rubberised and covered in slime totally dismal and the rice is sticky and gloopy so I’m afraid it’s time to try somewhere else

Quiet when we came so got a great table with a view of the harbour. Good tasty quality food for the price, and nice friendly service as well.

We have so far been waiting 1hr 20mins... If your very hungry I wouldn't waste your time with them

Called into jolly sailor for a bite to eat and drink. Lovely decor in a traditional pub. Clean and warm and presentable place. Food was good, warm, good value and served promptly by the lovely Sophie who was very friendly and helpful with some good tips on what to visit and do in the local area. She is a great asset for the pub.
