We placed are order for local delivery with no problem .
On arrival our meal was in complete 3 chicken balls instead of 8 .
Gave them a call and they didnt believe me .
After a challenging conversation they agreed and delivered the product .
The conversation was terrible from there side with no customer service or personality skills .On arrival of the missing product ,no apologe just her you are .
We have used this takeaway more 25 years and cant believe the shocking respect from a regular user.
It's so disappointing that they just dont care and basically called me a lie er over the phone .
If you carry on this way you will close and give someone else a chance to succeed.
Called them again to talk to them but not interested and put the phone down .on me .
Who ever owns this unit should at least make contact with me .
But no e mail address to send this complaint.
This shows customer service is really low on there agenda .
Although the pub isn't in the centre of town it is situated very close to the main area.
It isn't open 7 days a week and closed mon/Tues food is freshly cooked to order and does get busy on Sundays if you want a roast so advisable to phone in advance if you want a table but during week is OK
The rooms are great and all en suite and perfect for ferry in morning
Breakfast served from 9-10 and freshly cooked to order.
Managed to change our table in good time. Small delay on one drink, but overall great food, good portions, and not too invasive check-ins. Also good drink recommendations improvisation as my preferred drink wasn't on menu.

Ordered Pizza Hut delivery last night and I cannot speak highly enough of James. We had a problem with our order. Not pizza huts fault it was Ubers and we had to wait over an hour including at one point an uber driver stealing our food. James’s however answered the phone quickly and immediately began to help making sure not only that our food was remade fresh and that the next driver delivered asap, he gave us extras to make up for it and even phoned again to make sure it had arrived. I genuinely believe that James took customer service to a whole level above what’s expected and he deserves full credit for it. I hope that James is aware of how much we appreciated what he did.

We booked a table for 12 in August for my daughters birthday.. total disaster.. terrible service! .. took half an hour before we were offered any drinks or even a menu.. took another 20 minutes until they took the order... other 20 minutes still no drinks or our food orders taken which by the way was set menus .. so not hard... drinks some forgotten others wrong had to tell the waiter 3x
At this point my patience was running out.. but we were a large party and at this time in the evening we really had no other options but to endure this 🎪 s... show until the end.
.. the atmosphere.. another example the lightning in there was up so much it was like shopping in a 90s New look store or being in a collapsed super nova.. we asked if they could maybe turn it down a bit.. which they declined...
When the food eventually came out the portion sizes were small and were poor quality.. .. the crispy shredded beef was so chewy we couldn't eat it.. the sauce that was poured over it seemed to be maple syrup.
None of the staff came over to check on our meals.. asked if we needed any more drinks ?.. i observed them mostly talking to themselves .. twice members of our table had to go over to them to get there attention they seemed totally oblivious to what was going on around the restaurant.
It wasn't very busy so there was no excuse for this...
We asked for the bill which we requested to be spilt .. this is the one and only time we saw the manager.. he appeared quickly telling us this was not possible and too
Complicated to do... we just wanted to pay and leave.
On the way out one of the waiters had the front to say 'have a nice evening'.. to which i quickly responded i will now this is over with!.
I will never return here again.. there using the reputation from the old Ocean Place that used to be at West Cliff.. trust me this place is nothing like it..
The hotel and veiws over the bay are why people are lured in.
Overpriced.. poor service.. terrible food.. bad atmosphere.. avoid at all costs!.
One of the best steaks I've had. The chef cooked it perfect. The menu is small but quality was excellent. I've eaten in many premier inn restaurants but this one sets the benchmark for quality and service.

Used to be good a few months ago but since someone left I'm afraid it's gone so down hill. Sheek kebabs were like rubber boots tonight!! So disappointing 😞
Fries were cold and looked like was fried hours before delivered to us, burger was wrapped in a smelly paper that we could barely eat the, even taking off of the paper, the smell was on the burger already.
The service could be good but unlikely the track arrive almost daily without food.
Probably the industrial estate is the last place on the route.
They could sell more food due quite lot of people would like to buy something for lunch but there's practically never food aveleble
The track arrive with a very loud horn sound...you go to buy some food and get just the apologies for not having food...almost every day.
I will buy my lunch in other places.
Disappointed!
