That’s best Chinese food I ever tried in Poole.They’re cheaper price and delicious food and quick delivery.They’re outstanding service

Not worth the time or the money! Just spent £45 for two of us and delivery took just short of 2 hours, on the phone the lady said they weren’t even busy anymore and she wasn’t sure what was happening! Ridiculous and I won’t be ordering again and will be advising everyone against it also!

Delicious food, no bad reactions, good value and fast service

The food here has become very expensive. The chow mein, and spring rolls very bland and not at all appetising. Comparing this take away to other local ones on two items alone, I save £4, which will more than cover my fuel given the sizes I usually order.

Never give me any think right I ordered then wen I rung them thay put the phone down the food was poison the chicken balls wasn’t even cooked

2x bags of chicken balls, both bags have pink chicken, the sheer amount of oil coming out of all of the other dishes is suprising! we moved away and have come back to visit family and always liked wongs when we lived here! we are very very dissapointed!!! certainly not worth the £54 we paid for our food!

We visited Poole for a couple of days and decided to have a Chinese takeaway. As a visitor, one can only compare to their favourite takeaway from back at home. In comparison Wong's Dragon is better than our local favourite. Food was nice and hot, full of flavour and plentiful. Nothing we did not like about any of it. Have bookmarked this place and will make a bee line for it when next in Poole. All I would say is don't be lazy, go and collect

Very authentic Chinese food, especially the chicken balls are delicious. It is paired with ancient juice. It is so delicious. Anyway, I like it very much. The service attitude is very good. The delivery speed is also very fast. The meal at home is still hot. It is really a good time. Experience, hope to keep it up, come on

Me and family agreed that the food from here tasted amazing. Don't know what magic they did but it was good. Special chow mein was good, prawn balls were good and much bigger in size than most places. Sibling is a vegan who wanted mushroom fried rice without the egg, which they happily made. 10/10 recommend. Will be going again.

We order from wongs dragon all the time and love the food. The delivery people are friendly and always fast. We have never had a bad experience with them.

The fried chicken wings in this store are particularly delicious, very authentic traditional Chinese food, highly recommended!

3 people in front of me complaining about various things. I ordered my food for 20:00 and finally was ready at 20:30. Got home with it to find 1 of the dishes was not what I ordered. Excessive amounts of garlic in the noodles. Not the first time we’ve had an issue here have them the benefit of the doubt and another shot but no more chances now we won’t head back.

Have had wongs for a while it’s a bit hit and miss but this time completely pink chicken ……Never again has completely put me offf ever going back

Super happy, last time they forgot my vegetable spring rolls, so i called up and the nice guy offered me a free dish and my vegetable spring rolls🔥👌🏼

I used to live near a year ago and used to get food regularly, was close so thought I would treat us as it was always great, unfortunately not anymore something has gone wong. Has Wong gone?coz it's not as good as it used to be. Will not bother again.

Went here on a one off, it's near to us, not bad, but not great compared to where we usually go.

Previously it was the best Chinese take away in the area. but now it's the worst. tasteless or spiced food. The order included soup which was delivered in a broken box, which caused it to spill onto the rest of the dishes. I don't recommend it to anyone

Food used to be good, not any more !!

I used to love this Chinese Unfortunately the last few weeks it's gone down hill, just before they went back to China I ordered and 1 dish didn't arrive. Basically they said couldn't do anything but would make it up next time which they didn't. So ordered Saturday altered it to a pickup went down to pick it up said it had gone out for delivery, I live a 2 minutes drive away half hour later I went and got my money back (over £50). They didn't even try to get in touch with the driver just gave me the money back, I'm fairly certain they lied and it was never sent out rumour has it that they are new people and not the original people so sad.

I highly recommend this Chinese takeaway, as the food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly and kind.

Always used to order from hear as live on my own but tonight when I tried to order the meal for 1 at£11.50 was told to have it delivered needed to be £15 why have a meal for one if you still expect someone to have to order £3.50 more just to get it such a joke used to be good here as they seamed to care about people on their own but now obviously just interested in th money

The food is absolutely unbelievable staying at South Lytchett camping site and they phone within 10 minutes to collect at main entrance.... do try it's fabulous

Always used this takeaway and been good, Saturday night however spent just under £95 and a cigarette was in the special curry that my son in law was eating, not only that he didn't notice it until he'd bitten into it. When I contacted the restaurant I was offered another curry or double refund which was £14, he did not seem surprised and just said that one of the delivery men was smoking in the kitchen? We couldn't eat the meal after what was in the curry. He told us it was a waste of food and would not give a full refund. The service offered was exceptionally short of anyone would expect, he didn't care if we called environmental health or not. A very sickening experience.

My brother in law ordered a house special curry started eating it and found a cigarette butt in his meal, when we phoned up all we got offered was a refund of £14 when we spent £95 do not eat here absolutely disgusting services. Environmental health has been informed.

Best in Bournemouth area for vegetarian sweet and sour

I think there maybe a new chef.This is the third time we've been let down. We had several dishes including Singapore Noodles Dry ribs A new pork dish Plus several others. The three that I have mentioned were so salty if I were in a restaurant all would have been sent back. Absolutely inedible. All three went in the bin. Pointless complaining,you get know where and not even an apology. So on this occasion I didn't bother. Obviously I won't be using Wong's Dragon again, such a shame as it used to be excellent.

Always order from here. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great food, quick delivery.

Delivery time was said 30 minutes still waiting 1 hour 20 minutes

Ordered on Saturday night. Delivery was an hour late. Requested no shrimp/prawn but dish had them in. Be very clear when ordering and eating.

Food arrived and was awful. Curry smelt of disinfectant and chips not cooked right. Satay was gloomy. Avoid

excellent service (food delivered in very quick time) . We ordered the set menu for 2 with an extra portion of spare ribs. Absolutely delicious. The meat was good quality and very tender. Very good sized portions. Would certainly recommend and if we are in the area again I would definitely be using this restaurant again

We took a punt on the Wong Dragen while on a short break near Poole. What a win it ended up being. Possibly up there with some of THE BEST Chinese take outs we've had. Fresh and tasty. 5 🌟

They used a delivery driver and it was delivered like it had been in an accident the containers were open and split the rice was flooded with other fluids from other dishes. The house curry had no sauce in the tub as it was in the bottom Of the bag and covered all the dishes. When they were informed they said they wanted it back and would replace it so thanks for that. If you are going to get food from there go in get it rather than have it delivered.

We ordered in the shop. Food was cooked quickly. We had chicken chow mein and sichuan chicken. Really tasty and nicely cooked. The chow mein was not greasy as I have experienced elsewhere. I would recommend.

We have been having chinese takeaway from here for years. It's always piping hot, the pots of food are full and they are always excellent quality with excellent taste satisfaction. Their service is all excellent too, very friendly and welcoming.

Arrived on time and fairly warm, but the meat was overly marinated to the point that it was slimy and barely recognisable by taste. Won't be using again with the volume of competition locally. What a shame.

Amazing food rapid delivery, delivery driver is friendly. Food is really good and they are happy to deal with adjustments for food allergies (i have coeliac disease, so gluten free). Also really good at answering question about what is in food, which all other Chinese takeaways in the area are not.

New to the area & looking for a Chinese for our Daughters Birthday...after reading a few reviews found Wong’s Dragon.Comfortably the best Chinese food we’ve had for a long time, inc eat ins. Food was all piping hot, fresh & very tasty. We had crispy chilli beef, chicken with green peppers in black bean sauce, chicken with cashew nuts, seaweed, sweet & sour chicken & egg fried rice...and received free prawn crackers & spring rolls. 100% will return & recommend.

Been ordering from Wong's for a few years now as alternatives in Wareham are awful (Wong's are actually in Oakdale but one of the very few who deliver to Wareham!) - they instantly impressed us and haven't let the standards slip since! Food is always piping hot (me and family are always so shocked as a good 10-15 mins drive from the shop!) and best of all the dishes are consistent and don't change drastically between chefs (do wonder if its the same one 6 nights a week!). Large portions, crispy chips and crackers, fast delivery and never had an issue with wrong order arriving etc. Only bug is that you can't order online but think that's a introvert issue! (Staff are always extra friendly on the phone so not anything major!)

Absolutley guttwd with the service here. Called up at 9.30 to ask closing time to be told 11pm. organise food order ect after a long meeting get to the chinese for 9.50 and theyre closed! Not happy at all how can you choose to close early in 20mins. If your expecting food dont get your hopes up otherwise theyll let you down with no explanation!

This is the first time I have been to wongs dragon after wanting to try a different Chinese takeaway, all all I can say is wow. Superb food, amazing price, and good portions. I will absolutely not be going back to my old takeaway after eating wongs. It’s a yes from me.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best Chinese takeaway I've ever had the pleasure of eating, it was delivered 5 miles on a motorcycle and was absolutely Piping Hot. Simply amazed by this place and hopefully my next experience will be just as good... Well done Wong, s Dragon

I have ordered both delivery and self collect and the food has always been good quality and remained hot. Nice selection of the standard Chinese dishes at a reasonable price.

We always over the years have used wongs dragon for our takeaways and can honestly say it has always arrived very quickly and has been very tasty indeed . We wouldn't use anyone else.

It's a bit Tina Turner this place, Simply the Best! Cracking food, fair prices. The crispy beef in chilli sauce is to die for, the spring rolls are a treat, rice not claggy, definitely the best we've had in a long time. Menu saved in the collection for next time we're down this way

Grest food - haven't used for a while but popped in last week and it was the best Takeaway I've had in quite a while. Am back there tomorrow for the same again. Very generous portions as well - i had two dishes plus veg. Fried rice and it lasted me for 4 meals!! Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting good value and great tasting food.

Love the food from here. Always delivered hot and quick. My favourite place for a Chinese. Crispy shredded beef in chili sauce is my personal choice.

We were staying a holiday park and ordered from this chinise lovely food prawn toast could of been a bit more prawn taste but was ok price was good delivery was good and arrived nice and hot.

We ordered from our campsite and the food was delivered early and piping hot. Everyone enjoyed their food, there were six different mains , and we will be ordering again for our final evening meal.

I got a Kung Po Sweet and Sour chicken + Chicken in Satay sauce. Kung Po was ok, Satay didn't taste of peanuts at all, it was quite bland and salty, when satay should be sweet and peanuty. The portions are generous compared to others at least so that's alright.

Love this place, they even deliver to Bere Regis, unheard of round these parts, love their food, love their service

Staying at father in laws and wanted a takeaway ... I’m veggie, cooked my requested meal and all the other dinners we ordered were very hot (temperature) and tasty ... well worth a visit

We have just had a delicious meal delivered to our campsite (South Lytchett Manor) and it was the best Chinese we’ve eaten for a very long time. The negative reviews nearly put us off, but we are pleased they didn’t. I ordered a Thai king prawn red curry and my Husband had chicken in black bean sauce with special fried rice. It was delivered ahead of schedule,was piping hot and generous portions-yummy

We stayed at Sandford Park for the weekend and decided to order in a takeaway for our last night treat.... OMG I cannot recommend this place enough, it was absoltely delicious and I simply cannot fault it at all. The prices werent too bad and worth every Penny. I would most definately use this place again when I'm in the Poole area!

I have been a regular customer here for years. I have only ever had one issue and that was taken care of with a smile and extra prawn crackers :)I would recommend and I would also suggest that you order well in advance if you want delivery, however, they always overachieve on time!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Ordered Chinese for our family to have a nice meal there were 6 of us to eat the Chinese food from here and all 6 of us got food poisioning, so I phoned and explained what’s happened and they would not refund me instead they said they would give me 20% off my next order!!! No thankyou will never ever order or eat from here again!!!!!!!!
