Smashing Burger Company in Poole

Didn't bother making my food on just eat but accept the order left me for hours thinking I was going to get it

Asked if they could phone me instead of knock as I’m in a shared house but driver banged on door anyway and when food arrived my burger contained onions which was not labelled on menu ( Don’t like onions but can pick them off not really an issue) but when I took a bite I looked at the burger and it was not cooked

Staff was very friendly gave good recommendations, food was excellent really enjoyed all of it especially the piggin Mac, Would highly recommend

Pretty decent food, very greasy burger but what can you expect. The Biscoff Burger actually worked nicely, 8.5/10. Would reccomend!

Wrong order delivered through Deliveroo and then when you try to phone them it just rings and rings and rings…. And then eventually you get a recorded message to say you can’t leave a message. Super helpful. The incorrect food that was delivered was cold. Not sure where the 4.4 stars are coming from because that is definitely not my experience with them! I’ve ordered from them before and it was cold that time but I thought I’d try it again because everywhere had off days. Two out of two for cold and incorrect food now! Disappointing, and sadly I won’t be trying for a third time. (Managed to get a refund from Deliveroo for the incorrect food which is good.)

Had a takeaway Thursday 1st of June. Food delivery 1.45 later food must of been sitting there for a long time was freezing cold had 2 burgers cheesy chips and loaded chips had to throw away food and have eggy bread instead waste of 30 pound of my hard working money. I understand delivery issue but you can't let food sit there. You must cook a fresh order you guys have alot to learn.

Lovely tasty food, ordered double bacon cheese burger, biscoff and bacon burger and waffle fries

Absolutely delicious food, I'm not usually a fan of American cheese but the burger and bacon made up for it massively. Also the waffle fries were so nice, I really wish I had ordered another portion! Many thanks!

Worded reviews do these no justice, and the loaded fries are gorgeous- wish they did a large size 😀
