Great food, great price, fast delivery and always hot.

I ordered two chicken doner rap i got order so I have to go back the shop to change it.

Seriously,this place is outstanding,the best kebab in Dorset,fine Turkish restaurants can’t deliver the standard you get from hear,seriously,it’s spot on,fresh,home made chilli sauce,best Iv had,salad,fresh,meat jucie,perfectly cooked,get chef special,worth every penny,also it’s very reasonably priced,especially with the quality that u will receive,my go to kebab,

I ordered two 12” pizzas - they were not very nice and nothing special. One pizza was completely wrong & not what I ordered via the app. The pizza bases are very thick and a hard eat-compared to thinner crispy styles available elsewhere. The pizza bases are the worse - no way they made fresh - they are like the bases of cheap ready made pizzas from the supermarket. Not ordering again due to being sent wrong order and I was also not refunded for items I paid for that I didn’t get. Mickey Mouse pizza take away.

Ordered from here for delivery many times. Has always been lovely food, delivered early nearly every time and the orders have always been correct. Recommended. Top guys 👍

Good flavour but not everything is Haial.

The friendly staff and the food prepared in a hygienic environment are wonderful. The guys really know their job.

The food is great and value for money. A regular stop for us every Saturday onwards home from pub. Prices very reasonable. Portions generous and the staff so funny and friendly. Great takeaway venue.

Since its been taken over again the food is so much better

This place wasn't great in its old reincarnation, but under its new management its really upped its game, food served hot and is very tasty, customer service is really good, this is my new favourite kebab shop.

Recently moved to Canford Heath and wouldn't pick any other kebab takeaway. Portions are huge for the price, the meat is always tender and the salad is so fresh. No matter how I want my meal altered, they never fail to make it perfect.

Avoid this place if you value your health. We ordered simple chicken nuggets and 2 portions of chips and have both been suffering with violent V & D since last night.

Ordered the chicken burger meal. It was just a dry piece of chicken in a dry bun, no sauce, no salad nothing it was horrid for what I paid so disappointed might as well gone and got a rustler burger

Didn’t realise I’d also paid online, the driver came back after a while from dropping the food off to return the cash I had given also, as only a tenner and probably wouldn’t have noticed. 100% will order again, very trustworthy.

Great tasting burgers, lovely pizzas, fab chips! Good value for money, fast delivery, always hot, freshly prepared food. Delivery drivers are prompt and friendly. Lots of menu options available on the well laid out, easy to use website. Definitely recommended.

The kebab worth around £6 with that bread from Asda probably and they are very poor with the salad,doesn't worth the money

We have ordered from here since our first night we moved into our flat in Poole, a year ago. They have been great. Order comes on time or sometimes even early. Food is always to a good standard and we have never had a problem with them! Good price too. Would recommend 🙂

The variety of menu is pretty good for a takeaway. The pizza I had was excellent and a very good size for under a tenner. My one pizza was good for dinner and lunch the next day! The spicy wings were very big and the spicy coating was tasty if a little crisp for my liking. They have kebabs, burgers and lots of varieties of each and at good prices. Friendly service and a car park for pulling off the road.

Normally amazing food. Especially the chicken burger with doner meat, which is usually a huge chicken breast steak. Was disappointed tonight to see they've resorted back to the cheap small frozen chicken steaks 😞

Super tasty. Best kebab had in years! This is now our go to for a cheeky Friday kebab. I had the mixed with all the trimmings, thier garlic sauce is super delicious too! Highly recommended. Be prepared to wait.. They are busy (good sign I believe!)

They keep sending wrong orders. For 5 orders made with extra chese for 1.5 pound I did not receive an order that had cheese. I called once to complain about. I have reported this 4 times already...they ignored me and didn't even offer a refund for what I didn't receive. so i ordered today just exactly the same ...and what ...agein chese for 1.5 missing. is only 1.5 but ... I don't pay more money for something so I don't get it.

Wow what a pleasant surprise. My son said he had got a take away from here and said that he had enjoyed it. So I thought I would give it a go. I downloaded the app that was easy to use. Chose what I wanted a mixed kebab and my daughter hach small cheesy chips and a garlic torpedo. Booked it all on the app and paid for it. It started a 30 minute count down timer. With 20 minutes gone and still showing it as cooking the door bell rang. When I opened the box to my kebab my eyes lit up. It looked really good and it tasted really good as well. And the bonus was there was not a puddle of grease at the bottom. I had ordered some salad and sauce that came separately just how I had ordered it. My daughters cheesy chips where a small portion but a very big small portion. With no complaints from here. I will definitely be recommending Istanbul grill & pizza and will definitely be ordering again. Thanks for a great take away

Went in and had a chat with staff, the takeaway is under new ownership - It may look like your average neighborhood pizza, kebab or burger joint, but Istanbul grill and pizza is anything but! I wandered in with two friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of food on the grill! We ordered a chicken burger meal, pizza and lamb kebab, the chicken burger was so crispy, well seasoned, tender, juicy and the sauces were just bang on - way better than anything KFC makes! Pizza again my friend was impressed and his reaction was shock and awe, he demanded that we had a slice each and long behold, unbelievable! Knocks papa johns and domino’s on the head. The kebab was the first kebab in a long, long while to be so juicy and tender, tastes of real meat, lots of salad, very large portion when you go for large option, bang on! The sauces they make in-house are the chilli mayo and mayo- best chilli mayo we’ve had. If you’re looking for a takeaway tonight then don’t look any further. MUST TRY!!

Lamb doner kebab was okish, but it was huge portion, worth the money. Good spot for French fries and kebabs.

The pizza's were really nice and fairly priced, I was also treated to a little extra spicy beef and doner meat -thank you- I would taken a picture but it was gone before I thought of it.

Manny is a hard working man who does his best to please. My mixed kebab was lovely. The salad I had separate, nice & crispy (fresh)… really nice big portion of crispy chips too. The chilli sauce could have been more to my taste but that’s a personal preference. Keep up the good work Manny!!!

59a This is the best takeaway in the Poole /Parkstone area . I have tried many over the years and this is up there with the best . Chicken /burgers /kebabs are second to none . Yet to try the pizzas but I’m sure they are just as good . Friendly service and fast delivery. Would recommend to anybody . I have considered this review over multiple deliveries. Bit of a Tina Turner this place simply the best!! Very nice kebab shop very clean and hygienic, really friendly staff, and the food is amazing and fresh and cooked to order. Best kebab shop in Poole and Bournemouth I wouldn’t go anywhere else I’ve tried them all and nothing compares to this one it’s a must try

Awesome!!! Could easily feed a family of four on this Istanbul Special. So tasty I would eat this all the time if I lived in the area but sadly I only get to eat here every few months but it's always my first stop.

Have been there a few times now and the food has always been to a high standard, can't comment on delivery as only had collection

Had a few leaflets dropped in to us in the area & thought I'd give it a go. Popped in for lunch at 3:00pm today, ordered a chicken burger, chips & drink lunch deal for £5.50. Food was made to order there & then, service was friendly with small talk. Speaking to the owner about the association with California Fried Chicken & I was assured they are now under new management and nothing to do with the previous business and are awaiting the council paperwork for this. Small detail I noticed was the guy that served me even split the chicken open in the frying basket to make sure it was cooked all the way through then sent it back in for another minute or two. I'd much rather have this than any sickness from here. All in all a pleasant experience, hot & tasty food with good portion size and great value for money. Will certainly be back for a few lunches.

This is a new review being charged £1 as a surcharge was a common thing but to be charged £2 for surcharge and delivery when it says free delivery within a 3 mile radius of the store i won't be using this place again especially when they don't give you what you order

Ordered a takeaway from online for the family. Mostly o.k except one pizza had BBQ sauce which was not ordered and no one would eat as not liked. Rang a shop to make a complaint which they did apologise for their mistake and will make a fresh pizza to swap for the old. The pizza finally came after an hour and the same mistake happened again for second time. Dont understand how the same mistake has happened twice? Am not happy. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

Honestly o have ordered from here a bunch of times and it’s always been good there was one time they forgot one of our burgers but they have us full discount and have a us a free one when we next ordered but all in all proper good food lovely people and. It a bad waiting time and I live fifteen miles away from the nearest shop (four stars Cos they forgot my burger once )

Not very friendly staff rush you to take your order not giving you enough time to choose.When u do order they overcharge you saying the prices on the boards have gone up without them correcting it.Your food also will never match the God Father had a shish with chicken it was burnt .Definately not coming back and by the reaction of customers who stormed out before me they also felt ripped of by your prices being wrongly advertised and your overpriced food.

You'll either love it or you'll hate it, very greasy. I personally dont recommend the burgers but everything else is spot on
