Food was late. Had to reheat it first as it was cold. It would have been a 5 star for quality had it not been cold. It takes me two minutes to walk to restrant . So why so long driving. Also had to walk to main road to collect. Good food but poor cu

I phoned them when food was already about 40 minutes late and was told that they hadn’t received an order. 5 minutes later they phoned back saying that they had received the order but there had been some sort of mix up and it was going to be a further 20 minutes. When the guy came to the door it transpired that they had gone to the wrong address but not to worry - they had prepared a fresh order!!! This is not the first time we have experienced problems with this restaurant so won’t use again.

They could not find our address even though I called and told them what our address was. When our food arrivedit wasn’t hot and we had to put it in the oven to heat it up. It was really nice once we had done this but the idea of having takeout food is not having to use the oven and have hot food delivered.

1 start for delivery, left front gate open and dog was found out in the road. Maybe delivery guy doesn’t have doors or gates where he lives!

Everything was so bland tasting with no hint of any spices. The nan was very good though

Food was ok, but not as good as it usually is and they forgot my mint sauce, so that wasn’t great, really irritating when items are forgotten, especially when you’ve paid and are looking forward to it!

staying at Rockley park decided on Indian. Food was absolutely great as was service and delivery.Tried elsewhere last week disappointed but would definitely recommend Tatnam and use again.

Never had a problem. Always lovely and easy to call up, never felt rushed. Food is really good, best Indian takeaway in Poole! Delivery is always rapid unless of course you are ordering a speciality. They always go above and beyond. Thanks to the Wonderful Team.

Shame there were no freebies, no poppadoms or sauces, but curries were really good

Avoid at all costs. 2 star for hygiene. However, it's more like zero star due to all the dirt and filth that surrounds the whole establishment. The chefs look like they have never seen soap, so I can't imagine what was in my dinner. In addition, there were 4 gallons of water in my dinner, which is pretty poor when spending money. The chicken was undercooked, and I'm about to catch a 3 hour flight, so I can't wait for what potentially will happen. I do not understand why restaurants have poor service, surely you must realise poor service means poor publicity or are you that arrogant you really don't care, especially when you don't properly cook food thus making people ill?

Delivery on time but to my neighbour! The restaurant staff were all very pleasant and helped to get my order to me. The food was great after a quick whizz in the microwave.

They didn't send a whole meal deal on our order - please contact us we want a refund! Literally impossible to contact and on the night we called so many times and did not get anywhere. The contact email thing on their website doesn't work. Took nearly two hours for us to get our food after we ordered as well. Really disappointed and just want our money for the food that we didn't get back...

order stated delivered on just eat and wasn't rang restaurant was hung up on had to ring back 5 calls later was answered and told they don't know where my order was and would ring me back 15 minutes later food arrived cold and not a care in the world about how rude the staff were. Will not be using again and wouldn't advise others

Amazing curry, great price and great flavours

The Bhuna was pretty tasteless unfortunately. Everything else was ok.

I still found the chicken temperature not hot enough. Is there anything Tatnum Tandoori could do. That’s why I scored them one off top score. On the whole the meal was good.

Really enjoyed the food as ever. Always good. The delivery was over half an hour later than the latest given expected delivery time. That's fine. They were busy and the driver was really apologetic. However it is really irritating that the order was marked as delivered 35 minutes before it reached me. I'm then left wondering if it has been delivered to the wrong address and have to make a phone call to chase the order. That's not fine and has happened before.

I NEVER leave reviews! I just had to with this order, by far the best takeaway I’ve had in such a long time! Really good and would definitely recommend!

The food was not good at all. The keema pilau was burnt as was the scampi and chips. The korma was tasteless and the chicken was tough and the garlic Nann did not taste if garlic. The prawn purée was oily. The food was Luke warm. The delivery driver was very pleasant though. I called the shop to complain and asked for a refund as we hardly ate any of the food and the person on the phone said I’m busy and your number is saved I will call you tomorrow. We are still waiting for a call from him. It’s very frustrating as the food is usually quite good and it was supposed to be a special date night.

Been coming here for years, introducing it to my wife only this year and says last night was the best prawn tikka she’s ever had! Delivery was on time and friendly.

Lovely tasty food of good quality however although it was labelled correctly for what we ordered the curries did get mixed up (wrong meat in the wrong sauce) despite mix up was a very enjoyable meal. Mixed kebab as starter is particularly good and highly recommended

The food is normally excellent with good portions hot and tasty however last night my partner ordered a chicken biryani . It was bloody rubbish no flavour so bland it was like a packet of rice from a supermarket not even a named brand very poor it was thrown in the bin

Been using Tatnam for years, but introduced a friend last week and she said it was the best she'd had. No excessive oil or water coming out of your dish, full of flavour and piping hot on delivery. Very nice

Terrible curry! My husband had the mixed starter which was nice, the rest was rubbish. We ordered a chicken tikka bhuna and a chicken tikka rogan josh. They were both EXACTLY the same, a sloppy salty dish with NO spice heat whatsoever, and not one bit of onion in the bhuna. The chicken was also dry. There was no difference in the curry’s at all, they had obviously just dished them both up from the same pan. To add insult to injury, when we called them they said ‘well they are similar currys!!!!’ What a waste of money. We will never be ordering from Tatnum tandoori again.

I don’t leave a bad review very often but these guys take the lead in terrible food and service. We ordered a chicken tikka bhuna and a chicken tikka rogan Josh to only find that they both tasted exactly the same just a watery salty slop. No spices, onions or tomatoes in the bhuna or the rogan.Called to say how poor they were to be told that the curry’s we had were very similar. Been eating good curry’s for 30years and anyone who knows a good curry is aware they are very different tastes. Do not eat here!

Great food and portion sizes and prices are not that expensive either

I love this place. Every single time they deliver piping hot delicious food and always on time. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Their plain paratha is the best I’ve had.

Best curry house around. Ive been going here 25years and I think that just about says it all. The most flavoursome food I have EVER tasted in my 50 years on this planet. I literally cannot sing their praises loud enough!

Sent red meat instead of chicken. I cannot eat red meat. When I phoned to let them know I got a rude and abusive man shouting over me, like it was my fault who refused to listen to me, then put the phone down on me. Not even an apology from this man. I will never order from here again. If I could give zero stars I would.
