Mohan Indian Takeaway in Poole

Not the normal quality I was a tad disappointed to be honest being a regular customer lacked taste depth

I have been ordering from Mohaan for nearly 15 years and they are still the best Indian takeaway in the area.

Awful, rice turned up smothered in cold flour and completely inedible, pathia sauce had a weird like greasy texture to it and delivery took 90 minutes to deliver from order placement on a Monday night? Shocking

I ordered the Mosala which shows its served with Pilau rice, however the rice was left off the order, the rest of the food what great though, would give 5 star if rice was delivered.

Food quality was generally good but we ordered two garlic naans and only got one that was also cold. The missing naan got refunded.

Love this Indian takeaway ..... have ordered from here for years. I'm mentally disabled and don't cook tbh however I was extremely disappointed tonight, they seem to be watering down there coolly/ mint sauce....its an important part of a curry, now I will be looking into other curry houses near us....

Bought curry’s for my brother and I. He said the food was amazing. Not long to wait and I agree. Enjoyed the food. The service of the young girl was outstanding. Will visit them again. Affordable yes.

Been to a few Indian restaurants in my time but never been to a Indian takeout but was not let down at all very clean inside and great customer service and the food was absolutely amazing so will be going back 👍👍👍

The chicken shaslick was beautifully done, and the beef madras was lovely tangy and spicy. The tarka dal was delicious. Only improvement would be to make the naan slightly thinner. Thank you!

Delivery was great, on time, friendly. I ordered food I have had dozens of times before from other Indian restaurants. Mushroom panoramic were horrible, like thick pieces of tough floury cardboard, no hint of mushrooms! Inedible. Sag Ponir, my favourite Indian dish, no sign of ponir cheese--instead tasted like sharp cheddar! Not good with an Indian meal at all! The Malaysian chicken was OK, but too sweet. The Peshwari nan was OK.The awful taste of pakoras and Sag Ponir ruined the meal.

First time ordering from here tonight, usual haunt was closed. I must say that I'm very impressed. Online ordering very easy, unlike some. Delivery spot on time. The food was incredible, best Indian I have had in a long time. Will give it ago again to see if it's as good next time. But first impressions are-- Well cooked flavoursome food. Would be happy to recommend

this is my second time ordering from this restaurant. I loved these dishes so I ordered the same ones again. Very enjoyable.

We had a takeaway tonight and it had to be one of the best curries I've had so far. Chicken tasted like it just came off the bone and the consistency of the sauce was sublime. Dhansak was spicy but not hot which made me savour every mouthful. Excellent

Delivery arrived 25 min late. Disappointed that restaurant sent NO UPDATES. The food was really all delicious, all warm except naan bread, naan was also burnt on one side. Despite that, I really enjoyed the meal

I ordered from here for the first time tonight. The food was good and tastes nice. Had a couple bits of chicken was lively until me and partner both stopped chewing and looked at each other!! It was vile it tasted so gone off!! Such a vile horrible taste we smelt the box of chicken and you could smell it such an awful funky smell!! We didn't eat anymore of it and called them to explain. He didn't seem to care his response was "well other people have had it tonight and no complaints". My partner is never sick he has just been sick and I was sick not long after. We are both laid in bed feeling sick and really bad stomach ache!! But it's all OK because no one else complained over it I will be keeping the chicken and taking it back for them to smell and taste tomorrow I will keep it in my fridge and they then can tell me that chicken is fine !! ROTTEN!!

I recently ordered from this restaurant for the first time and I can happily say I have found a new favourite. One curry I previously ordered (ceylon) was incredibly sweet, however everything else has been full of flavour and nicely balanced. Will be returning time and time again.

this is one of the best indian take aways around. the food is always really flavourful plenty of choice and garlic naan is dripping with garlic butter. Not had any issues yet.

We would order from Mohaan's again, but via the method we used to, over the phone. The menu is too complicated for Just Eat and we can't tweak the ordered items to our requirements. Furthermore, the order arrived half an hour late, with no indication that there was a delay. The app told me the order would arrive "Approximately 19:35", but I don't call 20:05 an approximate time.

Was lovely. I ordered a tandoori king prawn for A change but i thought they were a bit too salty, not worth the money and wished I had Ordered my normal Curry but great food as always xx

Food was good as always. Delivery was a bit poor with the driver just dumping the food on the doorstep and then driving off. The driver is always rude but this was a new low.

Ordered a takeaway for 1st time today. Absolutely delicious. The mushroom rice was so tasty I could of eaten it on its own! Peshwari nan was the best I've tasted and the jalfezi & chicken korma were plentiful and delicious too. Plenty of large pieces of chicken breast in each curry. Will definately order from this restaurant/ takeaway again.

According to just eats delivery estimate it was over an hour early.

Only place we get our Indian from living across the road but their without doubt the best, family members that come and stay with us from London/Luton always ask for a curry from here to Portion sizes great not greasy or disgusting all cooked to a good standard arrives really hot ready to eat :)
