Stood in here for 15 mins waiting to be served ended up leaving getting Chinese instead. Terrible

Amazing service and fast during rush hours !!! It took less than 10minutes to get my variety bucket and extra hot chicken wings for my famlam. The food was very hot and delicious thanks to the workers and the place itself was relatively clean. This is definitely a kfc I will come back to x

We ordered a special that was still displayed and valid yet staff wouldn't honour the sale because it wasn't on the system. Then the cashier proceeded to get the order wrong thereafter... we had to wait around 10min further for the ordered drinks that were not captured to get to the car.

I tend to take away but going less and less to this chain as getting more expensive for what you get. Check your orders on dine in or take away as many mistakes are made.

Usual KFC with plenty of free parking spaces, food was ready within 7-8 minutes. Toilets clean. My criticism is the dirty tables. More than half of the tables were empty, but needed a clean. About 15 minutes later, while I was there someone started cleaning them.

Food was normal quality but it was very busy and service was very slow it seems like orders for delivery takes priority

Isn't the first time when I am having horrible experience with kfc ,just different locations, but for sure the last time when I ever had food form kfc. Order lot of food and all came very dry,looks like it's been cooked last week,extremely salty,fries were floating in oil. Unfortunately this is far from being edible. I've lost 34 pounds ,my fault I was not going to the shop to show them what they have send me. But I been there few weeks ago and the staff were absolutely bored,didn't exactly understand what you asked them. It seems like they don't care how they are frying that chicken and fries. Well, I've learnt my lessons now with kfc!

It was a Sunday afternoon when we popped in. The shop was fairly quiet, no sit in customers other than us but it was hard to choose a table where to sit down because none of them were cleaned off.

Ordered on App, went to collect and they couldn't trace my order, the don't use QR codes, they couldn't trace my order from my name or email. I had to reorder again and pay. Kfc cost me 73.00 today. Manager did say the £37.68 would be refunded, however it hasn't as of yet.

Service was very poor, a young lad came over to take our order but walked away as we said hello. Then a lady came to take our order but had trouble explaining what some of the meals were and struggled with the till. When we eventually got our meal we found they had forgotten to put the mini fillets in buns. We then had to wait even longer for the mini fillets to be redone while the other food was getting cold. Even by kfc standards this place was very poor

It's a KFC - clean enough and consistent with what you'd expect. Plenty of parking.

Well that was an expérience.I ordered a take away meal from them.I think it was a lucky dip bag they gave me or just put whatever they had in the bag.The order was incomplete and was not what I had ordered.There were several items missing as well.The machine did not give a receipt so when I got home with the order I would not be able to take it back.Is this an oversite or a little earner on the side.

The food is good. But they need to sort out the service.

Never enough staff! Bins overflowing, tables uncleared as a result. Every cleared table unwiped. Place bit shabby, ripped seat covers for example. Food as expected...

I personally didn't eat here but I was with someone who did, the guy who served us was really friendly, the food unfortunately was a bit hit and miss with one of the chicken pieces coming minus its coating

Absolute abysmal service from Elina the Manager. Was made to feel intimidated and uncomfortable. Shame because the food was good and exactly how I ordered it. But as a regular here because of this individual I’m debating whether or not to return. Have contacted Care Squad about this to get in touch with Franchise as she should have better customer service skills especially if she is running the restaurant.

Went for drive through. Burgers and wings were dry and rock hard.

Very good atmosphere from the staff who were under pressure but did the job well and were very friendly. The staff has improved since the last time I came last summer.

Items missing from a delivery order

Great quick service by the 2 male and female servers. Really good quiet atmosphere with music background. Food was excellent.

Had problems with their app for a special for delivery. They don't deliver to Lytchett Matravers. The app gave me a choice to collect instead. Drove to KFC and could not complete checkout in app to get the deal. Went in and explained to Manager. He refused to help as he said it is a delivery only deal. I explained about it gave collection again he refused. Why do an offer that you do not intend to fulfill. Perhaps I should report this as fraud to Trading Standards.

There always rushing and always forget to put food items in bag.

There's not a minus for service As they earned that . They were a total joke , the order station ,did not print a ticket ,so I asked at the counter for the order number , the number I was given , was not the right number , as no such number was on the being made board , I asked him again, as the bag was left on the side , that had been there a five minutes at least ., he asked and then said its yours . Is this the kind of morron you employ.. when got back to the hotel , the food was only just warm . Not good enough

We arrived just as it opened, the restaurant was clean and staff friendly. The food was excellent, served hot and delicious.

KFC is always great food but what is it with this place that they forget one item every single time! I now only order inside and check through all my food before leaving.

Typical KFC. The staff are all fairly fast serving unlike some other branches I've used. Clean and tidy.

One employee in particular, named Ellis was a wonderful young lad. He seemed very hard working and was perfectly polite. I had a lovely time with great service.

Actually really disappointing. 2 pays of our order were missing. Which is pretty special as it was the 2 pots of gravy missing from the 2 orders of the Gravy megabox

Hardly any flavor in the chicken. Not what you expect from KFC.

Queue for the drive thru was massive. We parked up and ordered in store, no queue, back in the car with our order way before if we had used the drive thru. Probably best to eat in, in hindsight. Staff were great. 👍 food was 👍

Went to get a meal and it took 43 minutes to get it staff not getting orders right they were doing more for on line orders than people who were in store really really poor service

I love this place and it’s easy to find. It has a huge parking space to park your vehicle. Plenty of room for you to sit down and enjoy your meal. And we order our food at the cashier and came straight away less than three minutes. The guy that served us (his name is Harry) was super friendly. Great ambience, and not so crowded. Definitely will come back here again with my friends. The place is pretty clean and hygienic and it’s a great place to spend with your friends and family

Took a while to get food as plenty of order beforehand were mixed up. Could have been a one-off event, so could be better next time.

Ordered zinger, burger was small very hard on the edges, not that hot and roll was stale. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

We visited the place today 4/8/23 it had gone 2.00 p.m. so not exactly rush hour. Every table that was empty was dirty (not an issue if the place is busy). My wife asked for some cleaning gear to wipe the table down, call us snobs but we don't like eating where someone else has made a mess, kind put us off our food. There were several staff stood round doing nothing. It wasn't an issue for us to clean our own table but we had to ask 3 times for the cleaning gear and when we did get the cleaning gear they gave us the look as though we'd had been caught with their sister, by the time the gear come out it was quicker for us to eat our food in the car to avoid it getting cold and the place just looked outright dirty, needless to say, we won't be going again...

KFC isn't what it used to be, considering that this is the flagship for the area it is very poor, cold limp chips chicken only good for the seagulls outside which there are plenty obviously they get fed really well with disappointed customers, very reluctant to use again.

Food £25:00 mostly hot and fresh cooked, chips & 1 Cobbett had been around for a while. No dipping sauce offered for either of the qualifying items (popcorn chicken and chicken fillets) was told 1 free dip then 40p each and every table in the place needed cleaning. Clean loo stopped this being a 2* review

Really fast service, all food was hot and seemed freshly made.

1. Self service machine do not print receipts so you need to remember the order number when comes on screen 2. Staff don't make final checks when giving orders to costumers, we had 2 missing items but given back after few minutes 3. When restaurant is busy do not expect it to be clean as there is lot of fallen food and tables be dirty 4. Hand soap dispenser empty in mens toilet

Dreadful food. Limp, pale, undercooked "fries", which must have only been briefly shown a fryer rather than spending any time in it. Fillet Tower burger looked like it had been thrown together from a distance, with more ketchup smeared inside the container and leaking out than was inside the burger. Chicken was dry, tough, chewy and gristly - basically inedible, assume it had been on hot holding for about 3 hours. All this for the rip off price of 9 quid odd. Drive through staff got the order wrong 3 times, then just talked over me with incorrect items as I tried to correct them. I don't expect 5* gourmet food from a fast food restaurant, I'm far more realistic as to the standard on offer, but I wouldn't feed the food received on my order to a dog. Avoid this place like your life depends on it, because given the standard of the food, it probably does!

Good, quick turnaround but no hot drinks - could've done with a coffee. Tables needed wiping down and the delivery drivers were getting in the way of customers.

It was simply okay. The food is good as usual however it's always loud and crowded in this location. The staff is usually lazy, slow too. I had issues with a manager being extremely rude a while back here however I'm glad to see she may be gone now.

The self-service kiosk inside wouldn't print receipts. Although my order number disappeared almost immediately after the order was placed, I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order. In store orders were obviously the lowest priority over Deliveroo and drive-thru orders as Deliveroo drivers were coming and going as I waited. I then asked for a receipt and was told to queue at the till whilst my order was getting cold. I eventually sat down to eat my food first before going back up to get my receipt. The staff seemed to be unfocused and generally nonchalant. At least the food was great as you'd expect from KFC!

Slow, don't know what they are doing.

KFC is definitely one of my guilty pleasures. We don't quite get the American experience so there is less to get wrong but somehow we manage it. Firstly I understand it's a job but these fast food restaurants using Uber eats, deliveroo and other fast food delivery services need to make them use the drive through or have a separate pickup desk. We encountered 3 delivery guys blocking most the counter, pushing in to grab orders first, delivery bags covering the counter and floor.. they are really annoying at every fast food restaurant! Staff were constantly shouting at each other at the same time because the food they asked for hadn't come, pretty sure their manager was answering personal calls on a mobile too. Didn't seem important but regardless they got my order wrong, after battling back passed the delivery guys managed to get my order and eat. The general place didn't look very clean however, a cleaner soon came round and cleared the tables lazy customers hadn't and wiped them down. Will probably drive to another one next time I want some finger licking chicken.

Food is usually hot and there is barely ever a queue at the drive-thru. We were asked to pull over in the car park to wait for our meal (even though there was no one behind us). We did so and waited for the meal to be brought out. No one ever came, and after 20 minutes went into the restaurant to find out what was going on. They said they had come to our car but that no one was in it! We hadn't left the car - why would we? Looking at our receipt, they had written down the completely wrong car reg on it. My car is red, the car reg written down was white. Clearly they just guessed which car I was in, and didn't actually take any notice when the order was placed.

3 x delivery guys jumped large queue and all left before anyone in queue was even served. Staff had to be promoted to serve. About 6 staff members behind desk and neither of them seemed to know ehat they were doing. Took me 20mins to get a megabox. I think the delivery guys need to access using the drive through as they have all the equipment over the counters where food is served.

Ropey, depends on the team on as to what kind of service you get, sometimes you wait ages, sometimes it is fine, sometimes staff are literally arguing over who has to make your krushem 🙃 but it is just a kfc

Ordered on app, went through drive through. Icecream and 2 cup drinks arrived at least 10 minutes before food arrived. On food arriving she ripped the bag giving it to me and it threw it at me dropping it in the window. On driving home along the dual carriageway my daughter screamed that the gravy had leaked over her, her car seat on trying to stop it burning her any more it fell to her trainers and flicking into the ice cream. This manager is totally out of control running around flapping her arms definitely not calm and definitely not capable of doing the job. Shes got no coke in a bottle so she wasn't going to give me a drink at all even though e paid for a bottle.. Due to them balancing the ice creams on the icecream we lost the icecream over the floor also as it was balancing on the cups and my daughters jumped up from being burnt. The gravy had leaked over all the chips, chicken, icecream and my daughter as well as my car. My daughters had the food bag on her lap and has got burnt all over her lap and legs because the lady didn't want to give us two bags. The minute she ripped the bag and she pushed it out the window into my car she should of re bagged it. The drinks and icecream should not come out 10 minutes before the food. I understand it's a Friday night but the kid with the hickys on his neck couldn't take orders due to my order stuff up and the cars not moving ...So he should be helping out getting my order out instead of doing nothing. Total shambles, bad management for sure. Tried putting a complaint on kfc contact page but the minute you type injury it wont let you send the message.

Wowbox. Crazy value for money. Service was pleasant. Food super quick.. nice to see the drive through customer were not priorities like some mcdonalds.. quiet at lunch time.

This branch of KFC barely ever gets our drive through order correct, in the past even forgetting whole meals. Also last time I ordered a mighty bucket meal the mini fillets were half the normal size. I will no longer buy from here.

Unfortunately they have a problem counting ordered six pieces of chicken but got home and only had five.

The food wasn't the issue. And to a certain extent the service wasn't either. The problem was they simply couldn't cope with the amount of orders. With drive through, dine in and just eat and deliveroo the staff here was so overwhelmed and short staffed to manage. We waited 45minutes for our order and when it came it wasn't right so my husband had to wait 10 minutes to talk to the manager that was desperately to try and keep on top of it all. I think more staff is needed or to be a branch that maybe doesn't try to manage all 3 ordering systems? Customers will stop coming becuase the atmosphere inside was not pleasant. Very stressy!

Great chicken burgers & chicken pieces. Highly recommended.

Using the self-service screens was a bit counter-productive as no receipts available, table service numbers removed, vague post-payment instructions and "blink and you miss it" order number. Most folks in the queue blankly staring at random food on trays and assuming it was theirs, then waiting a few more minutes to grab a selection of drinks. Restaurant is pretty small so does feel busier than it really is, but each time I've been here I notice that eat in customers have to clear and clean a table & seats (and surrounding floor) before sitting to eat. Very similar problem with the KFC franchise over at the Dolphin Centre too. That being said, takeaway food standard always is pretty good and I want to see if there is a world record to be broken for eating the most popcorn chicken in a day.

Food is piping hot but the service is a bit slow. Over all rating is 5☆☆☆☆☆.
