Papa John's Pizza in Poole

So disappointed, we wanted to support them as we live in Broadstone but had one large pizza £25 + Delivery hardly any toppings all crust, unfortunately won’t be using them again

Ordered a large order on Saturday during the day for 11 of us, pizzas were delicious, a selection of pizzas all perfect, cooked in good time, also had cookies, never tried them before... Lets say none was left!! Bart was very friendly and welcoming, very clean kitchen Definitely 5 stars! Keep up the excellent service

Really poor, Spent a fortune on two pizzas for the family and the amount of toppings we got was discussing!! the taste was very average. We had a asda pizza the night before that was better and was 1/4 of the price.

Order was wrong, they covered a bbq chicken in pineapple! Asked for a different pizza and offered to pay any extra as kids were put off the one covered in pineapple but they wouldn't let us, run by kids who don't know what they are doing!

Greasy tasteless food. Pizza was had greasy cheese with no taste and just processed ham. Side of tot potatoes where the same, covered in grease and tasteless . Best part was the pre made garlic and herb dip

The greasiest pizza I’ve ever had! It wasn’t the best, really doughy base. Could of done with a few more minutes in the oven and resting for a minute before putting in the box.

An absolute garbage pizza,fish and chips the night before no one liked. There is no decent meals on this site,, for edible food go anywhere else.

Prices are disgusting for a holiday camp site!

The pizza toppings do not appear to be the same as they once were and a very sparse pizza on a number of occasions. A shame as Papa John's was once very good.

Unfortunately on this visit myself and my family had upset stomachs

Ordered pizza at 6:50 for delivery at 7:45 … still waiting for it at 8:30 - my hopes of getting a pizza at all are waning, my hopes of it being hot are even slimmer. No number to call, they can’t call me .. rubbish.

Terrible, terrible service. Nearly an hour late for 2 pizzas & when I called to complain the guy just left the phone connected but wouldn't speak!!

Ordered for collection, apon arrival was told that they haven't received my order and that it doesn't exist even tho I have proof of order and a receipt. Was told there where not interested and given an email to contact, told I would receive a refund in 3-5 working day (that was a lie). Also worth noteing the guy who was on the screen and handling food went from one to the other without washing there hands Half an hour later after I return home I received a call saying I ordered it to the wrong address..... They had taken my order out for delivery to the wrong address even tho I ordered it for collection and was told I needed to collect it. Once I arrived to pick up my pizza it was STONE COLD as they did not recook it after THERE ERROR. still awaiting a reply form there support team on the matter, I dont expect one as it has been over a week now Do not order from here the employees will do anything to not help you and do not care for customer service. I will not be Ordering with papa johns again any time soon which is a shame as I use to alot Go somewhere with better quality of pizza like pizza hut or domainos

Nice food ...way to expensive but we were starving.. no deals sadly offered.

Advertised a closing time of 11pm, but refused to sell a pizza for collection after 9pm.

Ordered to caravan, very quick and food was tasty. Family meal is a great deal

Polite and helpful staff and tasty pizza as usual. But they don't do the same deals as usual papa johns just because they are in the middle of a holiday park. Deals are completely rip off and you end up paying almost double. If you can drive, you are better off driving 4 miles to another branch.

Customer service is horrendous. I don't understand why a family resort would allow such a thing. I wanted to order online over the phone (as this is the only option) but was told he dont have time to tell me what offers they have and cut me off as another customer was calling. He then laughed and cut the phone off - This was the Manager!

Not very organised - a long wait for collection, with no clear instruction on where to wait or when to collect. Charged for 2 dips with the wedges but only gave us one and completely cold wedges. The full menu is not available here.
