Wonderful evening with friends. Our first visit. Oh why did we wait so long ? Fantastic food , great atmosphere. Incredible charity supporting Military Veterans, Mental health, Cancer &( Vascular) Ehlers Danlos syndrome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do . We will be back Take your own alcohol.

Very nice and people were lovely food was fresh and a nice atmosphere and food is good . Lunch is nice too

The rude male staff, avoid this place

Usually have great meals from here, tonight thoroughly disappointed though. Ordered at 7.55pm with an expected delivery time of 8:40pm. Food eventually turned up at 9:30 after calling a few times. Food arrived and wasn’t the best, chips were undercooked and curry had little taste to it, food was also cold. Usually we are regulars here but tonight has made me rethink our choices. Over £30 spent here tonight and nothing very good to show for it.

Waited to be shown to our table (table prebooked). Waited another 10/15 minutes to be asked if we’d like a drink. Waited nearly half an hour til I got up and went to the bar to enquire where they were. Food served after about an hour. Missing salad which still never arrived after notifying the waitress. Overall, food ok but service was pretty terrible in a restaurant that was not overly busy.

Didn't bother making my food on just eat but accept the order left me for hours thinking I was going to get it

I placed a £30 order about a month ago as on the website it said it was open and by the time I had arrived home I found out it was closed and didn't reopen for a while so I never got my money bk for a order that wasn't made and wasn't received

Been ordering from this place for many years, recently they have been awfu, my order took over two and half hours to arrive, and it was wrong, after being told numerous times, it's out for delivery, it took me turning up at the shop, and complaining for anything to happen, Manager is rude and arrogant, and frankly too lazy to check on his drivers and staff manage the kitchen correctly. Used to be one of the best around, sadly gone to the dogs

Totally ignored by 6 members of staff including the Manager - customer service is terrible here.

Lenon was the guy working. He was extremely rude. When we commented on the food hygiene rating he laughed and said yes I wouldn’t eat from here. I would re consider who you would be employ.

Uninterested staff and poorly cooked, greasy food. The food portion size is a joke compared to what they charge for it, the place is uninviting and cold. The individual cooking was more interested in her paper than she was in what she prepared. When this place was the Oakdale Fisheries it was 1st class… now, you’re better off heading to the Tatnam or to Creekmoor to spend your money.

Was quite sceptical after reading the derogatory reviews, but had no need to worry. Picked up two large haddock with chips at the time ordered. Quite delicious fish, one of the best I have eaten. Will definitely return.

This is only the second time I've been in here.. The last time was before lockdown, when we ordered coffee which was luke-warm. We complained and was met with a very curt reply, " we aren't allowed to make it too hot. Health and Safety!" We said we'd like it warming up but they refused. We came back today, as it appeared to be under a new name "Coffee Society" We had to pay an extra 60p per cup for oat milk, and again it was Luke warm. Had to order a pot of boiling water to warm it up ( which made it really weak. ) £8.45 for 2 drinks!!! Looking up, there were cobwebs everywhere, and it wasn't very clean. Never again.

Estimated Delivery time 60 Mins from ordering, arrived an hour and 40 minutes later. Meal was warm at best and the smallest portion of rice and naan possible. Charged £1.00 delivery for 1/4 mile if that! Fab when it was the previous Joy but won’t be using these again.
