Decent food and drink on offer but why does the place stink of wet dog. It's quite an unpleasant smell

Large clean room . Surprised, no biscuits supplied! On 2 occasions, housekeeping knocked on my door to come and clean at 8.00 am. The second time, I had put out the sustainable stay hanger on the door, which is meant to prevent room cleaning.!! The bed itself was comfy but the pillows were very hard and that's why I didn't get a goid night's sleep over the 5 days I was there. The breakfast next door at the Fishbone was poor standard. A couple of mornings there were no fried eggs, only scrambled, which didn't look very appetising. The orange juice had run out twice, and I had to ask for it. Generally not good. I was there to visit my partner in hospital each day, so I didn't have a choice. I certainly didn't eat in the restaurant at night as it was quite pricey and guessed it would be the same standard as breakfast. I will say the staff were lovely...very pleasant and helpful.

Great food great atmosphere I will definitely return.

Met with my sisters for a 60th birthday lunch. Don’t get together as often as we would like so really looked forward to this. It was not clear where we could park so we enquired and staff said where we parked was fine and to give out number plates. This we did and we had our lunch. We deliberated over dessert which meant we were a little longer. Today all three of us have received a £100 parking fine as we were 20 minutes over three hours. We were unaware this was the case and have spoken to the restaurant who say they can do nothing. None of us can afford this and it has spoilt the celebration. Will not be returning again sadly.

We ordered pizza ,3 light bite, risotto prawns, loaded fries the food was all cooked in margarita sauce, bbq chicken bite was absolutely crap was shocking smash burger was lots of black pepper mix ,risotto was absolutely shocking. Mushroom with garlic so grease. Just waisted of money i want recommended for any people . It is absolutely worst ever place i had food in my life shocking

Lovely friendly staff and the food was very tasty

Can't believe how dirty this coffee shop is. Floors had dirt everywhere and behind the counter it was disgusting. As this is part of a large chain I would expect better.

Incredibly slow service gave up and left

I've been dining here every weekend for the last 2 months and the food has been amazing every time. Freshly made food, friendly staff and good service. A nice spot to relax and have a leisurely lunch. Good quality and good value for money compared to other sushi places. The Ike Age (crispy squid) in particular is the best I've ever had.
