Unbelievably quick delivery service and food wasn't bad either. Would use again

Popped in to buy lunch yesterday and was served by two friendly staff. I asked if they offered a vegan alternative to the cheese which they do ( greatly appreciated ). The young lady was very professional and offered to change her gloves etc between sandwiches which I thought was very considerate. I was then served by a young guy who was also very friendly:)

Great for early doors drink, didn't have any food but what I saw look really nice, next time I'm in Plymouth the ship will be on my go to list for a drink and something to eat.

Excellent curry with a fair portion. Only problem was it arrived without the drink I ordered. Would order again tho 👍

The whole evening for me and my partner were lovely, although being new our waitress sophie was very good and looked after us and was very warm and welcoming! Molly also took care of us and made the evening feel relaxing and comfortable throughout and she was nothing but attentive and happy. Can’t wait to be back soon as the food was incredible, and the staff are a credit!

Is not called Stoke bar and grill anymore, is now just the Stoke bar, not changed any over the years, clean and tidy, great entertainment, friendly and welcoming host and staff, friendly locals and a great range of drinks to chose from.

So we went on a lovely lil dog walk along some lovely sights. Low and behold, we get to outside the Royal oak and hear the doors unlocking with us knowing we had to have a lil tipple on this lovely day. £9.50 for two haze and 10mins later we're having a lovely sit down in the sun. Absolutely lovely lil pub by the water. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. And the fact they made sure Coco the pup had some turkey just made even better! Honestly 10/10. Will definitely have to come here again!

Excellent service. Staff always pleasent and polite. Superb lunch best ever fish meal. Very reasonable priced. A must to visit.

Been here a couple of time and must say fantastic food! sweet and sour chicken is very good, and special chow mein is excellent, service was exceptional and delivery driver was lovely, definitely be ordering from here again!

Last Saturday (9th Nov), we booked a table for a large group (18 people) for our Grandma's 90th birthday. Extended family came from all over the UK to celebrate her milestone and catch up after a long while not seeing each other. We had a wonderful evening and think it's worth telling you how great it was and why. Not only did the menu suit a very mixed bag of preferences with such variety, but it catered so well to our coeliac 7 year old niece. This is so important and great - there's often only a few options for her in various eateries and as she's so young, she can feel left out/sad about this. Her face lit up when she saw the option to have gluten-free calamari (her favourite!) and the team also went above and beyond by offering to make one of the not advertised GF options (halloumi burger) GF. Also on the food generally, everyone absolutely loved their dishes (the steaks went down very well and were cooked to perfection!). Also as a long-term tee-totaller I want to commend you on the range of alcohol-free options you have on offer, loved the AF Riesling! Now to Gordy. He was our main server for the night and made the night! He was friendly and welcoming, accommodating and patient with our rabble and incredible with our three little-uns. He was also so kind and funny with all of us, particularly our Grandma - he went out of his way to check in with her/make her laugh and make her feel special through the night. He also noted our 7 year old niece reading Harry Potter after dinner and made a point of telling her and my brother/sister in law how beautiful it is to see a child reading in a restaurant (presumably there's often a lot of phones/tablets involved!) - just demonstrating how attentive and lovely he is! Thank you team, and Gordy in particular, for such a lovely evening all round. We've been many times before and it is always great, but this one was a massive highlight. Will definitely be back!
