The Fox is een erg leuk restaurant.
The Fox, thank for the very nice dinner!

A little disappointed. My hot cappuccino was served in a plastic cup and the orange juice was from concentrate. For the price I paid, I would expect better quality. Staff was friendly however.
Lovely cappuccino and the staff were friendly and helpful. Friends that I was with had lunch and they had dietary needs, that the staff were really great with and offered alternatives. We were made to feel welcome throughout our visit and I will definitely be back again.
I don't normally like to write a negative review but on this occasion I feel I need to write this as a warning to any fellow motorhomers/camper vanners...DO NOT GO HERE!! Although car park is of ample size to accommodate vehicles of this size we were greeted by a knock on the door and a very rude landlady( who judging by other reviews does seem to be a problem) questioning us on our intentions and stating that she does not like us parking in her carpark and that we would not be able to stay unfortunately this happened just as her pub was opening for lunch trade so I'm not sure what she thought we were doing there!...maybe she should consider a customer relation course as we will not return and advise others not to and avoid the embarrassment.
Absolutely amazing hidden gem! Have driven past this place so many times without really noticing it, and then tried it with friends and our children on the off chance of a much needed breakfast!
Enjoyed a fabulous tapas dinner with three friends last night at the Vobster Inn prepared by a genuine Spanish chef. We shared ten different dishes from pheasant croquettes to Manchego and quince jelly. Why would you choose burger and chips when you can have a meal that you would never attempt at home.
We hadn't been for a while, but as we remembered we had enjoyed it, took a family member there before heading off to the subrooms on a Saturday evening.
We weren't disappointed. Friendly service, delicious food. The Pawa is amazing.
Only minor point is that we would have had coffee and been tempted by desert, but waiter didn't return after clearing main course and we ran out of time before our gig, (and we would have thought there was plenty of time)
Highly recommended.
PS website states will deliver up to 4 miles. We live 3.5 mile away up the valley, but putting our address in we are advised 'don't deliver here' Shame but I think waistband and wallet relieved. Maybe a list of villages would help?
Sought out this hidden little cafe after reading lots of good reviews and can confirm it is definitely worth seeking out. We had the lunch menu - quiche of the day plus a very healthy mixed salad. Generous proportions and good value, we left very full - too full for the lovely cakes, but we did buy a couple to take home.
