Food is good, but took two hours to turn up for takeaway not very good service as I give them a call and then they put the phone down on me .

Bland curry sauces last time we ordered from here. And waited a while for the food to come as when we drive past by bus it's empty in the restaurant so why take while to deliver...

Really tasty food. Order said delivered but it then wasn't delivered for another 20 minutes after it should have been.

Unlikely to be ordering from here again. Order was marked as on the way for 45 minutes. I queried as it was late and the estimated delivery was then pushed back by 25 minutes. The delivery was still 15 minutes after this new estimate, arriving almost 2 hours after ordering. Part of the order was also cold on arrival.

We received none of the chutneys that were ordered

Vegetable Korma was just basically sauce kemma naan was hardly no meat inisde paid 3.50 for two pots mango chuntney and not fresh yoghurt and some onions no lime pickle wont get going back

People don’t tent to leave a positive review these days, but I have to say this has been the best takeaway meal we have had in a long time it’s was so good and the lovey gentleman that delivered it was friendly and kind will defo be ordering again 10/10 truly great food and service. Thank you

Lost trust in this resteraunt sadly. Ordered vegan, got lamb, very bad experience for my partner. If you have spexific dietary requirwments i dont think you can tryst ordering from here. We used to enjoy, used to trust the orders. No more

I’m extremely disappointed. The curries were incredibly watery, almost like soup, and completely lacked flavour. There was no depth, no richness—just bland, tasteless sauces that didn’t resemble authentic Indian cuisine at all.

Amazing Indian restaurant, who also do takeaway and delivery. Fantastic food and wonderful prices on a Wednesday with a banquet deal. Highly recommend if you are in the area and wanting a curry.

Really nice food, received a free naan bread too, polite delivery driver and on time

poor quality compared to all previous orders placed. Rice had far too many whole garlic cloves. chicken had bones in it and only 2 prawns.

Order was close to 30 minutes late. Food was cold when it arrived. Not very good quality, likely due to it being cold. I had tried to order it as a collection for lunch time (after 12:00) and had placed the order to have it cancelled. And told they don’t open for lunch on a Sunday. But their ours on JustEat indicate they are open for collection. Wouldn’t order from here again.

we are here for a weekend away, we decided to try a just eat order from Indian ocean and we we not disappointed! it was very good, and delivery was brilliant considering we are down a long track road. we would definitely recommend 👍.

Staying in the local area for a few days. Drove past it a few times so decided to order a meal for collection. Ordering online was easy. Great communication via email on when to collect. Popped in 30 minutes later. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food... wow! Very good and plenty of it. It was excellent value for money. Be warned, the portion sizes are generous! Overall, I'd heartily recommend it 🙂

I enjoyed the food but had to reheat it in the microwave as only Luke warm and probably would have eaten anything as was starving....was way past just being late for normal reasons and driver didn't have a scooby where he was going....got a call and he was 100m down the road. sorry have enjoyed everything before but really not impressed tonight!

Best Indian in Somerset!! Soo tasty. Everything about it was perfect and is every time I go. Korma was so creamy and delicious, nan bread was so fluffy and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Thank you!

All of the food was spot on apart from the popadoms they were over cooked and were starting to taste burnt in the middle of them

Always a great curry from Indian Ocean. The lamb madras is fantastic, the meat is so tender. Food always comes on time and prettt hot, friendly delivery and no issues with orders. Recommend 👌

Quality not brilliant sadly. The veg byriani sauce quite watery, the chicken in the chicken tikka masala pretty tough but also a strange unpleasant taste compared to normal home cooked chicken. Can’t work out why some chicken in some take away curries tastes similar? is it rehydrated or just poor quality/ cheap? Not sure, but it’s really not great especially when getting a meal like this is a ‘treat’..Better quality ingredients would be welcome. Potato side dish & rice ok.

Delivered Late and not very warm

Very disappointing, ordered well in advance. Called to be told it is running late, which I obviously knew because I was phoning to say it was late! A real shame as I would have recommended them otherwise.

Visited here last weekend with my son for a takeaway. Delicious food. Can fully recommend the paneer Jalfrezi and Lamb Tikka Shashilick. Decent price as well.

best Indian for delivery, takes a little longer to get to us in wells so we always take this into account and order as quickly as possible. food is delicious 😋

First impression when arriving is the car park and garden is a bit tatty and untidy. Weeds everywhere and lawn and patio not looked after. When entering, the environment is nice, clean and airy, so looking better. The dining area also very nice looking and bright and clean. The table service was indifferent. I ordered a Kingfisher beer and a Cobra was brought to the table. The food was also disappointing. There are no skills in the kitchen on a Saturday (maybe they have a different cook on other days). The Chicken Tikka starter was dull tasting, and the chicken was pre-cooked before going into the tandoor, so it was dry and tasteless - not tender as juicy as it should be. The main meals were also nice on presentation, however taste was unbalanced and overpowering. The Chicken Tikka Masala was far too sweet, and the Chicken Dhansak was not pleasant at all - like eating a pot of Caribbean pepper sauce (much too hot), and not sweet and sour. The naan bread was good.

First time ordering and certainly won't be the last. The food was hot and the flavours were amazing. Thank you for a great meal 😋

Passed this restaurant and decided to pop in for takeaway. Had a fantastic curry which was good value. Recommend the Jalfrezi and Peshwari Naan.

Food delivered over an hour late and no compensation. Food barely warm

I order from this place quite often and it’s usually great. The last time I ordered there was a problem with the driver trying to find the address, I thought that was a one off. I ordered again yesterday at 18:05. At 18:56 I called the restaurant to ask where the food is as the tracker said delivered. I was told that they had called me over 15 times and I hadn’t picked up…. Why would I order food and leave you to ring me that many times? The name and number on the system wasn’t even mine, so I definitely had no calls from them. I was then told the driver would ring me, 15 mins later he did, he said he was outside my address, he wasn’t. After talking on the phone for a few mins I went to look for him and he was half way down the town street… so not outside my address like he said. The food was then rubbery and cold. Very disappointed especially because this usually is one of the best Indians I’ve ordered. I doubt I will order again

I’ve ordered from this place many times and never had a problem, this is now the second time the driver has “ rang “ me multiple times, not found the address etc. The food was cold and was very disappointing. The food is usually great but I doubt I will order from this place again which is a shame

It was late but I had an update and was well worth the slight delay

I ordered lamb stating 1 pepper. The food was so spicy that it was unedible. My girlfriend also tried it but she couldn't eat it either. Reported this and in response I was served some leftover mint sauce that was left over from the starter. No further questions. Soon after, we paid and left. Ridiculous price for what we had! Reply to administrator: Thanks for the response, we previously reported that the food was too spicy and were given the rest of the mint sauce to extinguish, no other alternative! Even during payment they didn't come back to it, And no, we won't come back either.

Was told on the app that my food was being delivered at 8:30, then it took till 8:45 for the app to say that it had been delivered when in fact it didn’t turn up till 9:00!?

Definitely worth the wait! Although arriving late, the food was absolutely amazing- such rich and exquisite flavours. If it’s a choice between fast delivery and quality, I would choose the latter every time!

Korma too sweet only 3 pieces of chicken large so had no flavour, the paratha was brown and tasted like wheat, the cheese balls were inedible and the coconut rice had onion in it, I cannot eat onion and it was not mentioned on the menu!

Lovely food and great service for delivery. Only little issue was the nan was a bit burnt, but the rest made up for it.

Popped in for a takeaway, really impressed so much so we plan to go back to eat in. Next to a river, tables outside to enjoy a drink. Owner really nice, chatty. Staff seemed pleasent. Restaurant looked very swish. Now the food.. Generous size portions. I had enough for two meals. Full of flavour. Resonable price for plenty of tasty food.
