The best restaurants in Moreland Gloucester South West

Found Hetty’s on Google and the menu seemed great. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and from them until with left, the service was outstanding. The food was even better. Had breakfast and then had to try a brownie. I will be back tomorrow and highky recommend the establishment.

Not only is the food delicious but Ben and Sophie are amazing people, I would have The BBQ So for breakfast, lunch and dinner if possible!

Goat curry was laden in fat and tasted as though they had used a cheap curry sauce from a bottle. Used to be my go to place for authentic carribean food, but I will never order from them again. Just awful. Didn't eat the food. So that was £30 wasted. I would advise that they either up their game or leave the party entirely.

It was not good, unfortunately. I ordered the Chicken Dopiaza, there was a real lack of sauce. The curry basically consisted of lots of onion, red pepper, oil and chicken. The poppadoms were extremely brittle. The tikka masala was overloaded with coconut to the extent that the flavour much more resembled a korma.

Just had a nice meal at The Avenue very friendly reception 😋😋 Children & Dog friendly ( even had room for a disabled dog in buggy) couldn’t accommodate us any better Thank you 🤩 (Peyton) i give it five stars ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ (Especially the mash - so gooooooood!) 👍😃😀😍😋

As a continued customer of Hings, it saddens me I need to write a negative review. I treated my partner, and mum to a Hings takeaway for Mother’s Day, but my mum has since spent hours in bed with vomiting and diarrhoea. The chicken was raw and that is my mums favourite part of the meal normally. Spent £60 on the meal which I cannot justify when the food wasn’t cooked.
