Firenze in Gloucester

Been going here and I've been loving it every single time, the spice is a good level for spicy and the chicken served here is always juicy so you can't go wrong with this place ❤️❤️❤️

Apart from being a bit early no problem

was expected 19.45 after 3 calls to the restaurant it arrived at 20:40

lovely food normally, but this time Ir was over 2hs late, cold when it arrived.

Was good food other than wrong milkshake was made and delivered and took a lot longer the originally informed

I’m completely in love with Firenze’s chicken and pizza! It tastes so delicious, and it’s such great value for the price. I’m definitely a happy regular!

the food was absolutely beautiful and worth the wait, turnt up and a nice temperature wasn’t soggy and no issues the driver I had was so sweet and so was the workers would absolutely recommend

Good service, but I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but a tandoori hot was sent, therefore, couldn't eat the pizza.

Poor management - had to wait extra 10 minutes on collection because they didn’t have the food ready.

By far the best kebab, piri piri chicken I have had I'm away working and have visited many establishments over the last few months in Gloucester and this place ticks all the boxes in one place fried food pieces of chicken and chicken wings ,tasty burgers and the piri piri is excellent I'll finish this review with calling the the chicken tika masala kebab the best thing I have ever tasted highly recommend

everything was delectably scrumptious so very tasty, and so much food for a wonderfull price. We will defenatly be orering from here again and I really think you should buy from here too.

there were hardly any toppings or sauce base on both pizzas, it was like chewing cardboard. what happened guys your pizzas used to be good. very dissapointed

Food was late, which i would understand on a busy evening but it was 1pm on a sunday. When the food did turn up it was on the verge of being cold, the chips were barely edible and the chicken was not so bad would have been better hot.

Cooked in a timely manner. I ordered a Chilli Locos gourmet burger which was absolutely perfect. We also had the whole peri chicken was perfectly grilled and juicy. And I absolutely love the spicy southern wings from here

Food always on point, tried the peri burger today it was delicious!

First time and sadly last time ordering from Firenze. They forgot items: coleslaw, gravy and dip I’d paid for. The burger has out of date lettuce in it which made the burger taste awful - it was soggy and inedible. The chicken was really dry and tasteless and chips were hard. Tasted like everything was warmed up sadly.

Collection ran over by 20 minutes, by the time we got home the food was cold and soggy. Paid extra for a upgrade on the pizza and still got a small, even though I ordered a medium.

I've ordered a few times from here now and the food quality has never let me down yet. Great meal deal prices. ranges of good delusion foods, But you like peri i recomend. Good customer service, friendly and easygoing staff. Comfortable steating inside if you wish to eat in.

Best food ever always tasty and delivered by lovely drivers

I can't give a high score for quality as I couldn't eat much of it. I asked for mild chicken and it was not in any way mild - even with a cold it was way too hot to be described as mild. Drinks and chips were great though.

I’ve always ordered from here. always be good but today was the last straw. i’ve been waiting 3 hours for food when i ordered at 7pm now it’s nearly half 9?! that’s unacceptable as i’ve been fasting all day for ramadan this is a joke. i’m gobsmacked this is so appalling!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND.

Absolutely love Firenze! It's local so very convenient. The food is always cooked fresh and the staff are very professional. We order takeaways here probably a little too often 😅 but we have no complaints!

Really hot and good service; however, packaging needs some work. My food had spilled into the bag and had torn the bag and gotten the pizza boxes soggy.

So i have had a few visits hear over time and not had any issues but i do find theres also been a good few times where they simply dont follow your instructions on how you want your food prepared after all im the one paying for it so i want it done to my liking not yours. You can see there adding it on there screen or paper and still getting it wrong really winds me up sorry but nice food if you can get it right

I found a foreign body(plastic object) in the rice.

Unfortunately the food wasn’t nice today at all. Everything was stodgy. Like it had been cooked a long time ago. Chicken was super oily too.

I ordered my meal at 4.40 it arrived at 10past 5 the only problem they never delivered all of the order I phoned them and told them this was at 20 past 5 and they said sorry and they would send the rest of the order I phoned again at 6 o’clock and once again they said sorry and they would do it straight away i finally got my food at 7 o’clock and would you believe it was cold I will never order fro them again

My favourite place to get fried chicken from. It is a guilty pleasure once every two weeks. I won't go anywhere else for it.

Wings and the cheesy garlic bread were lovely. The pizza was tasteless however and delivery was quite slow. Unfortunately won't be ordering again.

The food arrived hot but the chicken on the Bone was too spicy for my liking.l so didn’t enjoy it. The tub of gravy and coleslaw was tiny to go around us all and the gravy felt like shop brought. The coleslaw was ok.

Didn’t even order to me, then threaten to not let me use There service again! Yet got a ring camera on door to show wasn’t me taking the delivery in!!!
