Great service. Accidentally ordered to wrong address. Rang up and they fixed it for me straight away. Food arrived and it was hot and tasted incredible. The best place to go in Gloucester for variety with Pizza as well as Peri Chicken. Both were incredible and it’s definitely my number 1 place to order from. Cheers lads!

4 stars rather than 5, I usually give 5 but this time the Los Chilli Locos burger wasn’t as chunky as it usually is and it was missing my favourite bit… jalapeños! I love Firenze, just a little disappointed this time around.

Recently introduced to these guys through work colleague in Cheltenham, so thought I’d give the Gloucester site a go, and as far as chicken goes, pretty good! Not dried old withered chicken that can be the norm, but nice juicy chicken. Value for money is pretty good. So all in all happy.

Used Firenze for first time after recommendations from friends, placed order online and went to collect. Staff friendly and communicated about the wait time. Had a pizza, fries and chicken pieces. When home have to say chip portion was good and pizza tasty only negative was I ordered normal chicken not peri peri yet mine were hot so couldn’t eat them as can’t have spicy food. I’m not sure if all their chicken is hot but it doesn’t say that on the menu.. would definitely go back.

I'm absolutely gutted I'm a regular orderer from Firenze but the nachos I got today the chips tasted stale two bites couldn't eat anymore the chicken wings I got with my tower burger meal were not up to par the coating was not crispy at all and still quite wet and stodgy gutted

I ordered a pizza and a chicken burger meal. The pizza was mid, nothing special. The chicken burger was absolutely delicious but the wings and strippers were tasty, the meat was cooked well but the coating wasn't crispy. It came 15 minutes later than Gloucester Eats estimated arrival time. Definitely worth the price for what it is.

Takeaway just delivered - 10 minutes late and missing 5 different items. Nowhere near hot either. Maybe an off night but I won't be trying them again after this.

i’m not very happy with my pizza i asked for a half chicken bbq, half tuna sweetcorn and onion and instead i got a whole pizza covered with chicken, ham, tuna, sweetcorn, onions, peppers did not ask for peppers and ham.

Third time I've ordered. Excellent value for money. The pizza is lovely and just the right size for 1 person. The boneless box is also great value and all very tasty. Very quick delivery too.

Good service, but I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but a tandoori hot was sent, therefore, couldn't eat the pizza.

Poor management - had to wait extra 10 minutes on collection because they didn’t have the food ready.

By far the best kebab, piri piri chicken I have had I'm away working and have visited many establishments over the last few months in Gloucester and this place ticks all the boxes in one place fried food pieces of chicken and chicken wings ,tasty burgers and the piri piri is excellent I'll finish this review with calling the the chicken tika masala kebab the best thing I have ever tasted highly recommend

Food was late, which i would understand on a busy evening but it was 1pm on a sunday. When the food did turn up it was on the verge of being cold, the chips were barely edible and the chicken was not so bad would have been better hot.
