The food at Frangos was absolutely amazing! We ordered both the chicken biryani and the lamb biryani, and we were blown away by the rich flavors and perfect seasoning. EDIT, well after tonight’s meal I must say I’m devastated as I requested for my hot wings to be juicy but instead can dry, this isn’t the 1st time they don’t it actually I’ve only ever had one decent meal from here so thought I’d actually call them to which they happily said they will send fresh ones and waited another 50+ mins for them to arrive to which my other side was now cold then to my horror my replaced food was wrong and instead of hot they was lemon. Safe to say I will never be ordering from here again as that’s another meal gone in the bin. Absolutely amazing food tonight, I have to leave a review as and when it’s deserved 👍 thank you guys 🙌🏼

Got food delivered quite a few times and it has always been on time and hot. I really like their biryanis. They are really good and not like usual ones where they add chicken or lamb pieces into pulao rice and call it a biryani. Will definitely order again.

I tried their Hyderabad 'Dum' bryani and it was AMAZING! I also had a takeaway of piri piri wings meal and a chocolate and strawberry waffle and a ferrero milkshake and it was scrumptiously good. Will definitely recommend and go back.

We have finally found our comfort restaurant which is quite close to our home. Best and amazing authentic biriyani we’ve ever had so far in the uk and I have been in the uk for the past 13 years. We also tried an indo Chinese noodles and rice and that was superb too. Can’t wait to try their whole menu.

I ordered delivery from here so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. The food was wonderful, the daredevil burger is magnificent and I got a great value for money here, would recommend to anyone. had a couple of meals from here over two weeks and both times they were hot, tasty, on-time or even early. SO FAR REALLY GOOD GIIVE THEM A TRY YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTTED 8/05/24 Ordered again tonight 1/4 chicken rice mozzarella sticks and special wrap and SAME!! Flavoursome, big portions of sides and on time!! Found my new spot!! Just hope they don’t let me down!!

The best authentic indian food in Gloucester, Bristol area.

Customer service is pathetic, they tell you 15 minutes but once you arrive always say another 15/20 minutes. Repeatedly get the order wrong then tell you, you didnt order that. Taste is different everytime, never consistent. Dont bother coming here.

Ordered a white chocolate cookie dough and received a milk chocolate cookie that was rock hard and didn’t taste nice. The delivery was awful, order was over an hour late and specifically asked for them not to ring the door and they did at 11:40pm, setting my dogs off and waking everyone up. Do not recommend.

The place has got something extra, the menu is so different from every other place I have been to. Chicken cooked perfectly, so many selection, has got all kind of sauce you can enjoy. Customer service is wonderful. Relatively new with very good standard.

I was so excited for indo Chinese and ultimately let down. My first time having indo Chinese outside of India, and I hoped it would be similar, but no unfortunately. Prices are good, portions are good size, but hardly any chicken, so a big place of rice / noodles, and all needed to be heated up as it arrived a bit cold. The chicken in all the dishes was dry and rubbery and more like piri chicken than Chinese. So I had high hopes and really wanted this to be my new go to, but hey you gotta tru new things and experiences. I'm sorry to leave a 2 star review, but this was my experience.

Ordered using Uber eats with the restaurant delivering the food themselves. Food arrived lukewarm at best with a metallic taste. Some pieces were cold and I had to spit them out. Milkshake also wasn't (5guys) cold. Probably shouldn't have risked a new place while hungry. I'll not be returning.

I tried frango’s family box it was just amazing 🤩 you get all the dishes in family box , waffles ice cream 🍨 and drinks cheap and affordable. Great taste.

Absolutely horrible food. The vegetable fried rice had no vegetables, (literally 2 peas and 4 carrot cubes) and was just full of red chilli powder. Didn't even taste like Chinese food. No soy sauce aur any seasoning . No salt. The Manchurian balls just broke down and melted into the gravy. The waffle was soggy and wet.

The food was fresh and delicious. My favourites are the Indo Chinese noodles 🍜 and Frango Special wrap. The staff were so friendly especially service was good The shop is very clean and hygienic. 💯 Recommended.

Based on friend’s recommendation I got chicken biryani on a Saturday. It was definitely authentic biriyani and the chicken was well cooked and soft. The rice was bit dry as it was not fresh. I saw it being heated in microwave. May be it would be fresh on Fridays. Hence the 4 stars.

Decent price, taste wise very average. Peri Peri chicken was ok. Fried rice a lot far from authentic indo chinese, don't remember having fried chicken pieces in chicken fried rice before. Peri peri fries were very dry, unsure it was cooked fresh.

Ordered food for a staff party. Order last min. And wow the lamb biryani finger licking good.. and the chicken tika..sheek kebab.. tandoori chicken, amazing new menu. Amazingly 1 if the best hotspot for halal food.. Mouthwatering sauces on the peri grill and the indo rices one of the chef's speciality. Even if you are not for gloucester this food is worth the drive down.. Definitely would recommended their deserts and mango milkshake. Customer service 100%

Ordered via Just Eat. Have ordered numerous times with no issues. Was missing an ice cream.. called the restaurant to be asked what I ordered, where from, postcode around 5 times! No apology for missing ice cream.. just said someone must of missed it which is quite obvious! New management I’ve been told and probably the reason for the shocking service!

Absolutely amazing experience. We came a long way to eat Indo Chinese and it was well worth the trip. Especially the Hakka chicken nd honey sesame chicken were the two standout. I'm infuriated! I made an order for chicken fried rice and chicken Manchurian, hoping for a satisfying dinner. But guess what? The fried rice reeked and had this weird, off-putting flavor. On top of that, the chicken pieces in it were ridiculously tough, like chewing on rubber. As if that wasn't enough, the chicken Manchurian was equally horrendous, made with stale chicken and a disgustingly hard texture. This whole ordeal has left me feeling sickly and utterly frustrated.

Service was superb & food is so tasty specially drum stick which they started & chicken biryani 😍 My kids love there food I'll love to visit again.

Frango has one of the best peri chicken in Gloucestershire. 1. The Chicken and burger taste was spot-on and delicious. 2. The ambiance was clean and modern, and the staff was kind. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely takeaway.

If I could score lower than I 1 star I would .never ordering here again food was absolutely disgusting and cold by time it got deliverd , didint evan get the items I had orderd. Took over an hour to get here when it's 5 minutes down the road and it said between 15-25 mins. Chips were as cold as if I kept them I the fridge didint get the right noodles or drink I had to bin everything and after a long day at wokr just wanting some quick food , not happy. The driver had rang me and said he was here he than proceeded to say he did not know where he was and I said I'm by ny House can't see you. 10 minutes go by and I've walked up and down my street to I finally find them.

Lunch time deal is good but the size of the chicken wings getting smaller day by day 😂

Took a group of 11 year olds here for lunch after a laser-tag birthday party at JDR Karting. The owner was very friendly, the kids loved the food (hotwings, noodles, etc + chips which are way better than McDs or Burgerking chips, then their fab milkshakes & Sundays). A great little place.

Mind blowing absolutely recommend to the people who looking for d nice and delicious peri peri. I came yesterday with my family for eatin and we have wonderful memorable experiences with the great service and fresh food worth for the money. My wife was happy with decorations of peri peri chicken that was with salad so impressive kids were happy with the wings he is very choosy though but this time he said to me dad they are awesome. No.1 Place for peri peri & Indo chineese cuisine in gloucester. Lat night we had the best time at dinner that i think I've ever had! it was amazing food and service. Impressed with clean and tidy sitting area. Specially grilled peri peri chicken was awsome.
