The best restaurants in Exeter South West

I ordered a large cod and I received instead a chicken burger with chips (I don’t eat chicken). Tried to call multiple times but no answer.

Visited early on a Saturday morning before it was really busy, and had a friendly welcome and quick service. The shop was clean and comfortable. Not sure what it'd be like once it gets busy, but my experience was good.

The most tasteless food I’ve ever eaten in my life. The pizza dough and mozzarella sticks taste really off. Wouldn’t order again

Such a great place and lasting funny memories with great food and great company after a night at timepiece! Even the servers get involved with Halloween activities and inflatables ❤️

Avoid! This is the portions they gave us for regular chips! The boxes weren’t filled. It’s an extra £1.80 for cheese and that’s all you get, this is what it was like when I brought them home, a 5 minute drive away! They were cold and stale, the cheese didn’t melt whilst it was in the box. What a huge disappointment 🫠 In total it was £11.25 for 1 regular chips, 1 regular cheese & chips 2 buns and 1 curry sauce!!

Worst pizza I have ever had on delivery, I contacted the store to arrange a refund or a voucher. It has been months of no reply’s, store keeps on saying they have left voicemails which isn’t true. Honestly avoid this place at all cost and just go to dominos!

Ordered twice now from the shop in townbfor deliveries. Both times very polite delivery drivers, food arrived hot and tasted delicious too. Second time we ordered over the phone instead of online as online wouldn't allow us to do delivery. Very polite and well mannered staff where nothing was too trouble. Thank you!

Staff standing outside front of shop smoking. Said to wait for 15 minutes while they all had their break. Made a complaint. Template response no compensation or personal feedback. Embarrassing

JUST ORDERED A PIZZA AND AS I OPENED IT THERE WAS A CLEAR BITE MARK FROM ONE SLICE OF THE PIZZA! WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THE DRIVER OR ANYONE IN DOMINOS. IT WAS CLEAR THAT THERE WAS A BITE MARK. I MEAN HAVE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF. AND THEN THEY ALSO SAID ITS SOMETHING DUE TO THERE PANS STICKING WHATEVER. ORDERED 1 PIZZA FOR £33 FOR IT TO BE MUNCHED! DISGUSTING REALLY !

Colson’s restaurant’s food was good to be fair, service was absolutely appalling. Whoever took the bill for us CHARGED US TWICE. It has been close to a month now and they have NOT given us our money back. Lawyers will be getting involved as they are so incompetent they cannot figure out how to give us our money back. Deeply disappointed as it RUINED MY GRADUATION DAY. Hoping for some kind of refund on the original payment as this has been beyond terrible service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Very busy at lunchtime. Usual macca dees food, it is what it is. Pretty dirty and smelly outside, chaotic queues and cars
