really quick and friendly service

The delivery seemed swift and the tracker said the driver was at the restaurant before the food was even ready, which is great. However, the food was lukewarm, verging on cold by the time I got it. I think it must have left the restaurant cool.

Ordered at 12:57 didnt receive the food until 2:22 food is now rather cold and shocking delivery time.

Food was awful, I was missing a volcanic burrito (which are expensive btw) and I had no receipt. It took ages to get our food. All the food, burritos, tacos, chips, chicken nachos, cheese pots, they were all so bland it wasnt even a nice thing to eat. The volcanic burrito I did get wasnt spicy in the slightest, taste like plastic cheese, even the cheese could do with some salt at least. Absolute waste of money unfortunately.

This Taco Bell is terrible, to start the workers behind the counter were deathly blank, refused to give me more napkins, food took so long to come and when it came every aspect of the meal was cold and hard, the soft drink machine in the store is viciously aggressive almost blasting through the bottom of the cup provided and the ice machine is very generous. I felt the atmosphere within the store was degrading the 2 counter staff were watching me eat my food and were definitely making snarky remarks about me and my girlfriend. I highly recommend that management investigate the stores conditions as i feel that this is a let down to the Taco Bell brand, i love Taco Bell i even have my very own Taco Bell t-shirt and i feel ashamed to wear it when this is the reception that a Taco Bell outlet provides. I will return to this store within the near future and further review, hopefully action is put in place to provide the city of exeter a better Taco Bell experience. Kind Regards, Anonymous

Good food but the place is filthy every time you go! Everything needs a good clean including the toilets!!! Gross and no toilet roll! The staff need to be told to regularly clean the whole place!

Very small portion, not worth the money

Upon entering this outlet, plenty of self-service kiosks were available and it was easy to check status of orders at the counter. I had a Beef Burrito that tasted really good with cheesy chips and a Lipton Peach Iced Tea, the chips portion was quite underwhelming however especially since I paid extra for these. Service was slower than expected despite a lack of customers and the place was a tad dirty too.

Terrible! The staff don’t speak English, my order was wrong and the kitchen was filthy!

Floor littered with rubbish. No excuse, plenty of staff around to spend 5 mins sweeping the floor. Food is mediocre. Expensive for what you get.

While I appreciate Taco Bell’s food, my recent experience with Karan at the register was disappointing. Despite explaining my difficulty with vision due to a recent medical issue, there was little patience or understanding shown. Initially claimed card payments weren’t working, only to process it anyway. Experienced eye-rolling and dismissive behavior when I had trouble communicating my order. No receipt or order number was provided. The environment in the restaurant was particularly concerning. A group of boys were throwing things around the dining area, shouting, creating a safety hazard and an intimidating atmosphere. The staff made no attempt to address this disruptive behavior. I spoke with another female customer who also expressed feeling unsafe in the environment - it’s telling that multiple customers felt threatened during their visit. As someone who also works in hospitality, I understand busy shifts, but basic courtesy and understanding toward customers, especially those with temporary disabilities, should be standard practice.

Food was cold even though we ate in, they forgot part of our order. No apology. Screaming kids (not half term so?!) Won't come back. Tower Park Poole branch is 100x better. I am concerned I will be ill in a bit as it didn't seem fully cooked though.

So dirty in here paper all over the floor tables not cleaned staff seem to talk to you as if doing you a favour. Not coming back again

Thought I’d give it a second chance and it was worse than the time before, which I didn’t think was possible. The crunch wrap supreme was 10% beef 90% lettuce same with the taco. Churros were stale tasted like they were made hours ago. The quesadilla was just full of sauce and tasted nasty. This is 100% the worst Taco Bell I’ve eaten at and will never eat Taco Bell again because of this such a shame because normally enjoy the food.

Absolutely dreadful ! There was literally a teaspoon of beef in both the crunchy taco and the beefy burrito . Oh I forgot to add there was a bit of lettuce nothing else! Never Again! 😡

Very fast delivery but 2 items missing that just eat did not compensate will not be ordering again

First the courier went to an address 4 miles away, one meal was missing and the other 2 meals were basically empty tacos and burritos. Absolutely abysmal.

Staff was so rude and couldn’t find my order and didn’t listen to me when I told him my name and told him it was a just eat order. 3 portions of chips was missing and my baby’s cheese wrap not happy at all I don’t pay money to not get what I’ve paid. Me pregnant went hungry because I would rarther my baby eat but wouldn’t have needed to happen if they got my order correct.

The floor was unclean, the service was fast but the staff were unfriendly, I specifically ordered something with no ranch and it came with ranch, the staff weren't understanding they were unfriendly and my food came with a random bit of tomato on it when you can't actually order this food with tomato! Good thing I'm not allergic!

There's not much I can say bad about taco bell. I love it.

I’m appalled with this delivery. I love Taco Bell and everything was super cold!! Half the things I ordered either weren’t there or weren’t right. I ordered 3 chips with cheese dipping sauce and instead I got a tone of Cinnamon twist with no sauce, the veg deluxe box was ok but still cold.. half of my things were missing. Whoever put it together needs to be fired.

the food is absolutely not up to standards. I can tell this came from a ghost kitchen and when I wanna try taco bell I will go to the torquay one because the ghost kitchen isnt cutting it.

My partner went in on 23/09 got a burrito, chips and taco which were all okay, but also got me a bag of cinnamon twists which tasted rancid, like your oil had gone off and you'd cooked them in it any way! I've had them before and they've been fine but this time they tasted like straight up chemicals Sour so went in the bin.

This place's quality has slipped mainly food it is not as good as it once was. there is room for improvement but right now it's slipped quite a bit

I love taco bell but everytime I order it's a bloody joke. They either forget to add the fries, or no nacho cheese. But tonight is the worst, about a teaspoon of mince in my taco 😡 it's not the most expensive thing but you should expect some level of service, it's a joke honestly

Ordered two Volcano Burrito Meals, both meals with cheese topped fries. and 2 Craving beefy burritos. Only one portion of fries arrived and it was very small and only one cravings burrito arrived also. Very disappointed :(

No sugar on the churros- which along with the cinny twists were greasy and tasted of cooking oil - yuck!

Missing multiple items, food cold, driver did another delivery in-between leaving shop and arriving at our address.

Barely any meat in the tacos,literally about a 1.5 teaspoons and rest was salad, also taco shells were broken in pieces, and all the nachos were in the bottom so they were smashed to pieces! 😮 hard to eat crumbs!! delivery not recommended!!! 😠🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Driver was stopped at level crossing for 20 mins b4 realising it was closed and he had to come a different way. Food was cold when it was eventually delivered, the bag he had it in was not sufficient to keep the food warm. Will not be ordering from here again

First time Taco Bell customer- friendly, helpful service and ended up with a couple of delicious tacos that had obviously been put together with care. My wife had an equally good quesadilla - they were very busy and everyone was served quickly.

Googled taco bell on Google expecting a larger venue but this is a small unit with two booth type seats and additional stools, suited to quick bites and take outs. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food which arrived quickly. The shop was clean throughout as we were able to eat in and would use this again if we lived closer.

Missing the chicken tenders and delivered cold.

It may be the smaller of the 2 Exeter Taco Bells but in my opinion it's the better one because the wait time in the Rydon one I had to wait nearly an hour for, meanwhile in this one I only had to wait like 10 minutes tops, only problem is there's not much seating in there other than that it's pretty much great, the food is delicious too but thats a given with Taco Bell, shame it makes me go doodoo super hard tho

I was so excited when they opened as I love tacos. It has gone far down hill with the food having very little filling, rice old, missing items. I have to say I won’t return.

Came at 11:11 especially to try it out, paid £5 for parking near by, place was closed even though it said open from 10am. What a waste of time and money. Had to re park as had to find some place where to eat near the center. Contacted ''customer service'' absolutely NO service

Got takeaway, three chicken strips. I think you are meant to be able to customise sauces, but I ordered at the till and wasnt asked what sauce I wanted, and got nacho cheese as default. Usually I HATE nacho cheese, so I was quite disappointed, but it was actually delicious. The order was made so quickly, I was right after a big order, and the man at the till (who was very nice), told me that there would be a long wait. And then I got my food about 2 minutes later, which was amazing. It meant I had time to catch an early train, and I really enjoyed the food. The inside eating area seems quite small, but when I went in there were lots of seat left, so I don't think it would be too much of an issue. I definitely look forward to going back

The driver didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Luckily I was able to hear when someone entered the main door or I wouldn't have gotten my food

It's 15:30 on a Wednesday. It's dead right now. But Jesus one of the best crunchy wrap Supremes I've ever had. Super fast and hot too.

Awful place. Order wrong, drinks machine not working properly. The whole place needed a good clean. The taco arrived with about one spoonful of filling and some limp lettuce. Had the misfortune of using the toilet, absolutely disgusting, hairs everywhere no toilet roll or hand soap. Felt sorry for the people working there as obviously not enough staff and probably on min wage. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Delivery time was moved back 3 times we waited over an hour the food was stone cold and missing items. Absolutely shocking will not use again.

Driver took so long that consequently I got locked in a car park.

The food was fine and service lacked a little but the state of the place was disgusting. The bathroom was horrible, looked like it had never been cleaned with stuff smeared up the walls and dirt and grime everywhere. There was rubbish all over the floor in the restaurant and the tables dirty.

It’s genuinely incredible how a fast food company cannot process the difference between chicken and beef… my partner cannot eat red meat due to medical reasons and for the last 3 orders she has been left miserable that Taco Bell has continued to mess up her order putting beef in her food. Hire some competent staff who can read an order and get some glasses because chicken and beef are two very different things.
