Absolutely horrendous food, not the right orders would never order from here again, half the salad missing hardly any ham think the driver and his family had a dip in on the way

We felt a bit stressed to order even though we were the only ones in the store…

Only thing that was wrong with both sandwiches is the cheese missing I asked for cheese on both sandwiches and non on either

Food wasted toasted or cut Cheese bites was stale and hard Cookie stinks or burnt and has burnt patches over it

maps showed delivery was coming and then they marked it as delivered and never gave me the food

Not impressed with the tiny amount of salad I ordered from subway. For the price it is really not good. Hardly any in the box

Well where can I start the promotion is very misleading and the place is filthy I think EHO neet to pay a visit , there is not drink dispenser as so you have to have a bottle of drink that will cost you more than a meal deal at Tesco s , the whole point of having a sub way is the unlimited drinks not pay a premium price to get a bottle from the fridge. and staff are so inwelcoming is very uncomfortable. Never coming back .

Subs were supposed to be toasted- the bread is still very soft and they are cold. Hash browns are soggy and the insides are hard. Quite disappointed

Half my order came it was cold and I’ve paid more for a foot long and revive a 6 inch if I wanted a 6 inch I would’ve paid for one. Disgusting

Food was great as always. Service was ok. Atmosphere wasn’t great as the male and female servers were just talking to another guy in the shop, not a customer, clearly just someone they knew. Didn’t make for a great atmosphere.

Sub was warm when delivered but the ice cream was not fit for human consumption.

I was happy with my Subs x 2 and my Cookies x 4 but I did not receive my Caramel Chew Chew Ice Cream x 2 but I was charged for them £5.98 it seems every time I order from you it either never turns up or something is missing from my order this is putting me off ordering from you again please could you refund me the money you owe me £5.98 thank you Ann Tucker

Delivery was super fast, however the Breakwich was missing hash browns and the Meatball Marinara was missing jalepenos.

The two girls who were working last night at about 10:30 we applaud you both of you were working super hard and the girl who made my sandwich omg it was the best one I’ve had from there in a long time well done!

Somehow, my address was showing as 91, not 61. So that delayed things somewhat. By the time it hot to me it was all pretty cold, and the garlic slice was missing.

To be honest,sandwiches are horrible. For this money, it is better to go to Mcdonalds

My order never turned up even though said it has been delivered!!!!!! Absolutely useless!

Both subs arrived toasted when I'd not ticked the toasted box as we didnt want them toasted. No onions or cheese on one sub when these had been requested and no lettuce on the other sub. Wouldn't bother again as clearly can't follow order choices.

Well it's the next day and I still haven't received any food, happens all the time, after this order didn't turn up I ordered at mcdonalds, that turned up 25 minutes late and cold, will stop using just eat as it's not the first time

I bought a cookie for my partner on my way home from work this evening. She has just bitten into it and felt something scratching against her mouth and teeth. I am absolutely appalled to say that it was a piece of metal wire. Luckily my partner wasn’t hurt, but we are both extremely annoyed. It is a good job it wasn’t a child who had purchased the cookie.

I haven’t received my order yet. The driver must have gone to a different house as I am currently standing outside my house waiting for my order

I enjoyed subway and good prices for the all foods and drinks and I enjoyed having foot long sandwiches/ sland and chcocolate dounts can you have more different type of dounts please and I enjoyed dine in

Middle was lovely. Asked for sub to be toasted. Was overdone and very hard and crispy. Nearly broke my teeth on it. Usually no problems. Food was barely warm and hash browns cold.

Order was never delivered. Status on app went from driver on their way to delivered quoting a delivery time of 12.22 despite it only being 12.15 at the time!

Out of all the Subway stores in the city, this is the one I recommend the least. At lunch time when - I'm sure like many others - our time is limited and we need to grab a quick bite the service is consistently very slow. It's fine if they are busy but there tends to be no sense of urgency. In other stores you can see them making 2-3 sandwiches at once to clear the queue. The resulting sandwiches were not well made and in the case of one of the melts it was wrapped in paper, rather than the cardboard sleeve they use at other stores which stuck to the bread and filling.

The delivery service was great, but I couldn't get over what the "Meatless Philly" tasted like. It LITERALLY tastes like ****. For reference, I can confirm that I have "unusual" interests, so I know what **** tastes like. Sometimes I don't mind it, but I don't want to taste it in a sandwich. Absolutely disgusting to the point of inedibility. This is not a joke or exaggeration: The "meatless philly" tastes like scat. Please do something to change the flavour. I can imagine that some people enjoy it, but I can't imagine that it's any significant proportion of your clientele. Your substitute meat is so bad that it has driven me to publicly admit to this. You could not possibly have made a worse attempt at replicating the flavour of meat or making an appealing alternative flavour. With that said, the texture is fairly accurate to beef, possibly closer to the real thing than any other meat substitute I've ever eaten (though still some way off). It's just the flavour that's completely wrong. I also had a "big breakwich". That tasted great, but I can't honestly rate the overall quality more than 1 star when one of the sandwiches tastes the same before and after I've digested it, even if the other sandwich was good.

If i could give a 0 overall and for service i would! As a former assistant manager of Subway store, this was the single worst experience I have had in the 4 years since I left. The member staff was unapproachable, rude and obnoxious during the ordering process. Following this the first two orders were incorrect and the orders given weren't listened to in the first instance. When these issues were highlighted, the operative was rude and abructive to claim more money needed to be paid when he had failed to listen to the actual order in the first place. The operatives response was to ignore us, walk back behind the serving counter and serve the next person. It is important to mention that my senior colleague bought food from the same operative a week prior and found him to be rude, abruptive, unhelpful and everything Subway doesnt want its opertives to be. It was the biggest infringement of Subway customer policy I have seen since I left the business and a sandwich artist with that attitude should not be allowed to work in such a busy and popular store. My colleagues and I will never return to this store because of the appalling service and attitude we were given.

"We don't stock black pepper" is possibly NOT the best thing to hear from your server at a Subway. Not their fault a group bought every single cookie, mind you.

Ordered from here multiple times now and have had issues every time. From delivering the wrong order completely, items missing from order, ingredients in the sandwich which shouldn’t be in there to simple things like the sub wasn’t cut. I don’t understand how difficult it can be. Shocking service. The service when you go in store isn’t much better.

The food was shocking. My colleague’s meatball marinara was dry as a bone. My sub was dry, tasteless and squashed and my other colleague’s sub was squashed flat. Not the standard I expect from Subway, I won’t be ordering from here again!

It was nice today, Put alot more salad in. Sometimes you get no salad and no sauce? and the sandwich is not cut.

The sub was far too salty! I've ordered it with sat on it before and never had the problem. This was inedible, and half of it went in the bin!

I wanted lettuce with my 2 x 6 inch subs, was told there wasn't any lettuce which is very bad, the staff should make sure eveything is all stocked up ready for each day of opening & serving. The service that I was given was dreadfully ignorant, there was two young men there, their attitude was very poor.

Wasn’t toasted when I asked for toasted was waiting on my doorstep for 15 minutes whilst pregnant freezing cold waiting for the delivery driver to sort out the order and work his phone.

Wrong ordered delivered when complaint made refused to replace it refund even after evidential photos were submitted clearly showing the order was incorrect. I was unable to eat mine due to it being saturated in BBQ Sauce (not ordered). The other one had salad in (not ordered). I have been refused a credit ir a refund for my order. Never will I use this again. This was a treat for mothering Sunday which I was unable to eat disgraceful customer service no stars if possible

Got picked up on time but driver stopped at 7 different stops beforehand which meant by time it arrived, my sandwich and bites were very very cold. Not impressed.

I just went this morning and met one old lady staff who is extremely rude to me. I was still deciding which to order and she rushed me, saying 5mins and that’s enough, with an unwelcome face. When I ordered, the way she responded and her voice tones were bad-mannered. She obviously needs to be trained how to serve customers properly.

Great to grab a sub after a night out, as long as the queue isn't too long. Only complaint: sandwich was poorly wrapped so had to wait until I got home to eat. All in all sub standard.

First of all, I am a vegan, I ordered a vegan subway along with a vegan cookie, I received a subway which was packed full of bacon, I also received a NON vegan cookie which had a cute note attached stating that it was not vegan, the order was completely wrong and this isn’t the first time! The sandwich was thrown together without regard and wasn’t even cut in half, I understand it had its busy periods, I work in hospitality myself so have some empathy concerning this, but this is simply unacceptable in every regard!

Popped in this morning for a cuppa, the two staff members was very cheerful. Put a smile Smile on my face, :) thank you.

Everything about my order was wrong. They don’t read the ingredients of a sandwich and just shove whatever they want in when I ask for a veggie delight and specify what I want I don’t expect tomatoes shoved in which I’m allergic to when I asked for free cookies I ask for free I don’t expect one when I asked for a drink and crisp expected to be here not just not turn up and no refund or explanation or alternative. Absolutely appalling customer service even on the phone just Mongyy and says Oh I’m sorry the refund will be automatic well no it’s not is it I have to go all the way through just eat and complain waste of my time don’t ever bother ordering from here again clearly incompetent thick staff

Ordered all salad except sweetcorn & asked for extra topping of crispy onion, I got 3 pieces of cucumber, 2 slices of tomato, a few pieces of lettuce, couple of jalepeno's & 2 pieces if gherkin, all in a foot long!!!
