Pizza Hut Delivery in Exeter

One of the main things that keeps me going is Pizza Hut garlic on the crust and I can’t remember the last time that this location actually gave me a pizza with my garlic bits. I don’t know how much longer I can hold on…

I ordered cookie dough from Pizza Hut and not only did the delivery never happen, but they still charged my account! I tried contacting their customer service and was met with unprofessional and extremely rude staff who offered no help at all. No refund, no explanation, just attitude. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from them again and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before doing so

Never delivered my food although I asked multiple times where it was

been waiting nearly 4 hours now for a pizza half a mile away. 2 hungry kids aswell as myself and no sign of it showing up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Ordered couple of pizzas last week for take out , i can honestly say they were the worst pizzas ever. They were soggy and just fell apart when picked a slice up and the crust wasn’t even crispy that was soggy too. I used to love pizza hut but i can honestly say i wont be returning.what a waste of money.

Food was due at 7.15pm latest. Didn't arrive. Was told it would arrive BY 7.30pm. Didn't arrive. Just called the restaurant and been told it's not even left yet! Will be at LEAST another 20 minutes because they're waiting for a driver to return!

It was our first time ordering from Pizza Hut since 2021 so we were looking forward to it, but we had such a terrible experience ordering delivery last night... We ordered x2 vegan cheese vegetable pizzas (the physical receipt the driver handed us even confirms this as PLANT CHEEZE), but upon opening, one pizza suspiciously looked different as though it was made with dairy cheese. It looked more browned compared to the other pizza and was more stretchy. A representative for Pizza Hut on Messenger informed that the plant cheeze is more white, which confirms the discrepancy between their appearances. We phoned the store and asked them to confirm if they used plant cheeze, but they couldn't help as they couldn't pull up our order because it was ordered through Uber Eats. My husband reluctantly taste-tested a small bite of the suspected dairy pizza, and he confirmed it was definitely dairy cheese! It's odd that of them would be made with different cheese when both pizzas are the same—just one has BBQ sauce, the other with tomato sauce. We had to spend more money to order from our trusted Dominos instead, since one of us was left without food. Not what we needed after recently moving house. At least we did get a refund through Uber Eats. We don't feel as though Pizza Hut can be trusted after this mishap, so we won't be ordering from them again regardless of the store location. It's a shame as the vegan pizza we did get was quite tasty.

The best vegan pizza's by far!! Quick delivery, arrived hot and absolutely delicious 😋 definitely didn't skimp on toppings either. Highly recommend!!

Pizza’s arrived luke-warm and undercooked. They were delivered after a long conversation with the driver in which far too much time was spent talking him in to an obvious delivery address.

Worst pizza I have ever had on delivery, I contacted the store to arrange a refund or a voucher. It has been months of no reply’s, store keeps on saying they have left voicemails which isn’t true. Honestly avoid this place at all cost and just go to dominos!

took 2 hours in total from the app to my door, i was reassured that the food would be quickly on its way before it then arrived later than the second estimated delivery time by another 15 minutes. food was cold and i was missing parts of my order as well as the anti-tamper seals being broken on the items which were delivered. i understand that issues sometimes can’t be solved or avoided straight away, but two hours is a joke. and two hours to not even receive my entire meal for that matter..

order never arrived so i called the restaurant, they said they never received the order and that they’d make it straight away. they said it would be ready and delivered by now but still nothing. 2 hours since ordering and still nothing

Noticed my error when ordering the pizzas so I'll take accountability for that. Phoned up within a minute of order confirmation coming through to find a resolution just wanted pizza to be delivered to different address and time but guy on the end of the phone not helpful at all. Within the space of 2 minutes supposedly had already had our pizzas in the oven so couldn't postpone or cancel the order, my question, within 2 minutes 2 customised pizzas already in the oven? How fresh are the actual pizzas being made? Just sorry we'll take your money can't do anything about it from the get go. So rude. I understand it was my phone error from auto filling different information but there was no help their end, seemed to be a college student who didn't care at all. Seriously concerned about the quality of the food if the pizzas are already in the oven within a couple minutes of the order being sent through.

Ordered online, actually a real nice pizza. Lots of fresh toppings, delivered really hot and quickly. Surprised!

Delivery was significantly delayed, and the pizza quality was disappointing. The flavour was dominated by a tomato paste-like sauce with minimal toppings, far from what was advertised on the website. The images are misleading, and the actual product does not match the presentation. Given the high price, the value is very poor. I do not recommend ordering from here.

Quite rude delivery man. I write an online note emphasising to ring the number as the doorbell isn’t working. Came in to knock, then had a go at me for not leaving a note, when in fact I did as I even double check to show it. The man just rolled his eyes at me as was not very nice.

Ordered a large vegetarian sizzler and large Margarita online for collection it was ready in 15min by the time to collect. Pizza was piping hot and just as expected in taste. Value for money. Fast service

My experience is for Pizza Hut. There was no extra cheese on the vegetable supreme pizza. Upon calling the restaurant, the staff member told me that they put the extra cheese on last, there was no cheese on top of my vegetables. No apology from him!

food arrived on time, well a little early, however the pizza and sides were barely warm. considering I live a 3mins drive away or 10 mins walk I would have at least expected it to be hot. first time ordering and probably my last unless a friend wants it specifically

Went to order a margherita cheesy bites pizza online. Didn’t have it as an option. Other pizzas did and also the Taunton branch did so rung them up to ask why and was told only certain pizzas can have the cheesy bites base. I asked if that’s the case why can Taunton do it? Was then told I could only get the cheesy bites base if I ordered through the uber app. Trouble is I live outside of Exeter therefore can’t get delivery from Uber so that was pretty useless. Fed up of going to order my favourite pizza when I have the spare cash and being unable to get it. It’s not the first time cheesy bites has been taken off their menu. Last time I complained to Pizza Hut on Twitter and they couldn’t understand why they didn’t have it then I magically appeared so feels like the staff at Exeter don’t want to do it so make any excuse so you can’t order it

I ordered a pizza without garlic on the crust and they put it also i ordered a bbq dip and the put it in the pizza and it is worst pizza cold and dough looks like no baked. As for delivery it arrived on estimated time but on the app didn't show that the driver was on its way.

Just had my second double pepperami pizza from pizza hut exeter ,the guy on the phone super polite,my pizza arrived well within the delivery window and was piping hot! Best pizza in exeter in my opinion but how I wish I could get anchovies!!, but still I'd recommend pizza hut to anybody!!

I ordered around 5:30 was told the order would be 6:25 to 6:45 already quite a long wait for fast food. At6:50 it hadn’t arrived I messaged and was told the restaurant Pizza Hut would text me, they didn’t. At 7.10 I called them they told me it would be 30 minutes, it wasn’t. I called again at 7:45 and was told it was ‘probably’ on its way!! Really shoddy and the complete antithesis of fast food

Staff said they are closed at 11 when it is stated as open till 12 in the site.

Went in at 23:00 the young lady was really polite and assured me that my pizza would be ready before my bus turned up. She was correct. But the pizza was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best if not THE BEST takeaway pizza I've ever had. So fresh tasting just really 5*.

Delivery late, had to ring to see if it was even coming, barely an apology on the phone. Pizza turned up cold and had been way over cooked. Ice cream flavoured was wrong. VERY DISAPPONTED and won't be ordering from here again!

The manager showed due diligence and checked my Vegan Gluten Free pizza while it was cooking.. the pizza wasn't vegan. So made a new one which was good as I picked it on my journey home which is about 30 mile away!

Missing drink and dips ordered

Ordered a meal for two, garlic bread was overcooked and hard. Pizza was overcooked, tasteless, and lacking much sauce on the base. Chicken side was good but missing dips ordered.

Had some issues ordering online so called the store. Samantha was more than helpful, even given my awkward order with a number of substitutions. Thanks!

Love the cheese crust pizza here. They have plenty of vegetarian options for pizza and sides. They have quite few amazing deals. Their Beyond fake meat pizzas are amazing. They are conveniently located on sidwell street and do delivery’s around Exeter very quickly. Would recommend it.

Ordered at 1.03pm, had a message to say it would be delayed until between 2.40pm and 3pm, food arrived 3.40pm. Some items cold.

Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee. Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm. Rocked up @ 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away. Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly. No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre. We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.

Food was lovely and it arrived earlier than I expected. I'll definitely use this service again.

Rang after 20 mins of being late to be lied to saying the delivery driver was around the corner as I waited 30 more minutes then rang again was told he was held up on the bridge , delivered over a hour after the time frame given … food was cold too top it all off. Disappointed is a understatement.

Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022 I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service 1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him 2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver. 3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me 4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for. TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?

Absolute abysmal service. Ordered a delivery at 12.30 to be told delivery would be at 3pm. Rung up the store to be given a rude and abysmal excuses on why they couldn't give the order. He was rude and refused to give his name due to how rude he was. Wouldn't give us a time that it could of been delivered. Dreadful service and was constantly mouthing off on the phone and just being rude. Can't believe this was the case and I would like to be contacted of this because of the issue with the member of staff!!!!!

Ordered a pizza only for them to have the wrong number so when they tried delivery they rang the wrong number and we were left clueless due to no tracking. This lead us to waiting an extra hour and half for pizza due to the delivery driver just moving on without delivery. When we rang to See what the issue was poor customer service trying to blame us for their mistakes. Would not recommend
