Service here is absolutely abysmal. On one order, they waited until I got to the kiosk to start making my order when I’d been queued for ages. On my next visit (today), they didn’t listen properly to my order so we were one drink short and had to wait even longer at the drive thru. Staff are unfriendly- so much attitude.

This drive through ha an opening hours sign saying open at 5 o'clock Monday to Friday. But they are always late by 15 to 20 minutes. It's not the first time . Everytime I get here at 5 and I had to wait, which is very frustrating. I Really hope the person who is in charge of this store will sort out this issue.

Food was nice but drinks were red hot and over filled - spilt all over the inside of the car and our hands, not impressed as we’re currently in a rental. Staff spent more time chatting than they did serving. Maybe if the staff showed a bit more attentiveness and care, the quality of the drinks would be better.

Very slow on a Sunday. Took ~30 minutes to process orders for 4 cars. This could have been due to short staff? Experience soured even more by the fact that when it arrived the coffee was horrible.

ordered and paid for a tiffin however the so called tiffin never graced our excited eager prescence. had i not been driving on the m5 i would have turned around to retrieve my tiffin. not being able to find a contact number adds to the frustration

Went to the indoor Costa for some drinks after quite a stressful day, was greeted and served by Aimee, made my day much better. Talkative and funny, great interaction and overall hospitality! I am very grateful for her kind words and service! Hoping to see more people like her!

I came back after an awful experience with a barista called Will with my partner after an X-ray at the nightingale hospital, and my what an improvement they have made. Our barista Aimee and the fellow she was with were a great laugh. The drinks they made were spot on, two frappes, and they’ve definitely made us repeat customers. Amazing customer service and drinks. Top shelf, amazing job guys

Mega busy. Coffee was red hot but not to the usual Costa standard. Had I not been 10miles down the road before I could have took a sip I probably would have gone back. Law of averages state sooner or later your going to get a bad one and on this occasion it was mine.....

Food not delivered. Telephoned twice to enquire as to its whereabouts. Was told lack of drivers on shift , then the guy had the cheek to put me on hold whilst taking more orders. Requested my money back to be told this would take 4-5 days to refund. Useless!

Worst experience ever…The female staff (Name starting with T with glasses on) had a worse attitude, disappointed with how the subway hiring system. Also, they chatted a lot and not even pay any attention on what they are making. Little ingredients and wrong making.
