Domino's Pizza in Exeter

JUST ORDERED A PIZZA AND AS I OPENED IT THERE WAS A CLEAR BITE MARK FROM ONE SLICE OF THE PIZZA! WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THE DRIVER OR ANYONE IN DOMINOS. IT WAS CLEAR THAT THERE WAS A BITE MARK. I MEAN HAVE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF. AND THEN THEY ALSO SAID ITS SOMETHING DUE TO THERE PANS STICKING WHATEVER. ORDERED 1 PIZZA FOR £33 FOR IT TO BE MUNCHED! DISGUSTING REALLY !

Very disappointed waiting 10 mins to be survived that's with staff asking if I'm ready to order I said yes and they dissappear out the back, when I did order eventually and pay, came to take my food, asked them if they had my large pizza one chap went "oh its not finished" put my small pizza and chicken under the hotlamps again and walked off waiting another 10 mins for a lady to come out who past me my food which again I said I'm waiting for a large pizza they then informed me that they had even cooked it I could wait for them to cook the large pizza or have a refund. I took the refund as I had to go back to work but I'm still waiting for it. I went in on 17th September and I'm still waiting for it

I order two pizzas. One bacon and pepperoni And one ham sweetcorn pineapple and chicken. Both pizzas had spices put onto them when we both don’t like spice. And other ingredients put onto pizza that i didn't ask for hence why i created my own pizzas. The only good bit was the driver from quick very polite

The staff were very courteous and jovial considering the time of the day we visited… minutes to closing time.

I've had numerous issues with this location, and my latest experience was the worst. The staff were extremely rude, and the wait time was excessively long with no apology. I've also heard from others that they've found hair in their food. On multiple occasions, I've waited over an hour for service. Being part of a chain, one would expect better standards. It's disappointing and disgusting to hear about such unhygienic conditions. I do not recommend going back.

Ordered twice so far . Has arrived as quickly as they can possibly get it to you and food tasty and hot. It’s fun watching the tracker seeing where your order is! A real treat when you live in the countryside to have a home delivery service. Staff friendly & polite .

Ordered several pizza amd chicken staff were not seemingly happy with their job seemed to rush me when I tried to order something else, got the food back the chicken was annimic could have done with being cooked another 10 min. Mine and my partners pizza was greasy and had a horrible after taste and I ended vomiting several times afraid to say unless you employ nicer people that are not out of school we won't be back

Had twice and it was amazing and staff absolutely lovely we are going to be regular customers.

Had a home delivery. Not sure if they came via a war zone cause I have no idea why it would be In a mess.

Bought pizzas from here many times but recent couple of times it was with over sauces and not getting the right toppings.

Called here after going to the darts at west point stood in Que from 11.50 with two others people behind us. Then just at 12 some young person came out amd said we are not taking any more orders it’s closing at12 . We told him we were here at 11.50 amd the staff were either talking or on their phones ignoring the Que Absolute disgrace the manger who was a kid was ignorant and attitude . Another gut asked him why he dint come out to serve he said he was busy training two others . What at midnight .. clown . No wonder he works for dominos what a future Stay away from here and other dominos pizza shops as they don’t care

Awful experience got my order completely wrong ran out of chicken staff gave off the vibe the really didn't want to be there also put in an official complaint

The food was average for dominos, they do seem to vary from one outlet to another. What I didn't like was being kept waiting in the shop for 10 minutes (there wasn't anyone ahead of me in the queue). I could see my pizzas on the shelf

Staying in a hotel next door. Thought I would go order myself a pizza. It was NYE so I expected it to be busy but didn't expect to be ignored for 5 minutes then get shouted at from across the kitchen nobody is here to take your order so use the app or go away. Then shouted expect a 30 minute wait. It was only 15 and the pizza was good. But absolutely no customer service for the price being paid for a pizza I expected more.

I have never met such rude, less helpful ppl in my life they were extremely unhelpful wouldn’t waste my time again I would be truly embarrassed if I was them.

I've used this domino's plenty of times before and honestly always pretty decent. But last night I don't know what happened. Fries were basically cold and still starchy and uncooked in middle. My Xmas pizza was actually OK but my wife's veggie pizza was hardly cooked, cheese not even melted! Stuck it back in our oven to finish and was tasty when cooked! But not what you expect for nearly £30. Don't like to leave a bad review, but whoever was working last night needs to be told how the oven works. 😂

Take away/delivery service only. Food 10 - 15 minutes. Hot tasty and fresh.

Dominos has never been a favourite and decided to give it one more go and no never again!! 🤢 Staff good as gold but the food is pants!! Burnt cold and dry.

The pizzas are just ... so good. Always some good deals to be had - get the app!

Best dominoes I’ve been too the pizza was delicious and a young man named conner gave me the best customer service and made ordering my pizza easy ! BEST FOOD IN EXETER, Highly Recommend

Absolutely disgusting customer service skills on every level from ordering my food with the waiter to speaking to the manager at the end of a dreadful experience. I have now consciously decided never to step foot in that place again.

They got 2 stars for indoor staff for having time to chat between each other whilst ignoring customers, quality of their food reflects the state of the whole country going into recession. I’ve ordered my own creation with pork sausage, some peppers and ground beef. I received full pizza of pork sausage with 10 pieces of shredded peppers and around 3 pieces of ground beef on every other slice. Very poor

In Google it’s written that they are open till 12. And when I reached at 11. A colleague told me that they closed at 11 and won’t serve anymore.

Pizzas/the super friendly delivery guy came super fast, on Valentine's evening even, all the way out to Cranbrook!! My friend placed the order for me so I didn't realise there wasn't a tip option available, or I would've tipped the guy myself -- sorry!!!

Ordered on the app, like I have many times before. However they rang saying they don’t deliver to my address although my housemate ordered here last night and we have ordered here many times before.

Refused to deliver to our house despite having had multiple deliveries from them to the same address previously. Store manager was rude over the phone. (Management aside- I would like to especially mention Roz the delivery driver for such a friendly service yesterday.)

Just be careful ordering anything Vegan from these guys. Not sure they know what it means. Not great when you have a dairy allergy to find out your vegan pizza comes with a side sauce filled with milk and egg ingredients.

Ordered pizza from this store twice in the last month and both times have been bad quality pizza for dominoes! Either way too much sauce, not a lot of topping, floppy and not crispy so is thick when it's supposed to be thinner, extra cheese and there's less than what is normally on there. Thought I'd try again, but it's put me off now for a while to get pizza from this store. Downhill 😕

Ordered a veggie supreme, it came with 2 bits of ham and several bits of chicken. I accidentally ate meat which has made me feel sick as I am a vegetarian. I only got a refund for the pizza which I personally don't feel is enough. I was also told it must have happened from the cutter which is not possible as there is bits of meat all over this pizza. Also, it is concerning that they use the same cutter on veggie and meat pizzas. I had a bad experience previously where they forgot a pizza. We called and a lady hung up and we never got a refund. Really terrible customer service at this branch. I never had problems when I lived in my previous home and had a different branch. I will not be getting dominos again.

Typical Domino's pizza place what can you say really. I went in and collected my pizza which was done quickly and the staff were friendly enough.

Awful experience and customer service. 1hr 40 mins later pizza still hadn't arrived after ringing the store and being told it would be there shortly. Total lies. Seem incapable of contacting their drivers. Had many years of happy dominoes delivery but this is twice in a row now. Avoid if at all possible.

Don’t bother they won’t answer the phone and food hasn’t shown up. Now got to try and get a refund.

Waited 2 hours for delivery, stated it was delivered when it hadn’t arrived. Had to go into the store to pick up the order in the end, no apology and then they tried to argue about giving us the big dip as it wasn’t on our order.. it was! Stupidly didn’t check the boxes and got home with the wrong pizza. Second time pizza hasn’t turned up & been recorded as delivered, useless!

Pizza as tasty as from other Dominos locations, but they didn’t cut it all the way through…

Had a few bad orders a couple of years back, but recently every order recently has been on point.

Very busy on a Saturday night. Not surprising but my order took a longer than other Dominoes and I was the last person who could put one in.

Easy place to pull in and park to order a pizza. Service was quick. Pizzas tasty. Can eat outside at tables if you are willing to brave the seagulls.

Tried to order online - wouldn’t work, rang up ordered, walked with my whole family to pick up (staying in a local hotel) can’t accept cash. Followed by rude customer service very passive aggressive. Don’t waste your hard earned money with this store.

Standard Dominoes - sometimes a little slow and we've got home on a couple of occasions to find the wrong order or changes not been made.

Waiting 15 minutes until somebody will pick up the phone at 6pm. Dissapointed. Food is lovely. Service / lack of staff getting to the point when i might choose some other place next time.

Insane waiting time on collection. Expect to wait 90 minutes after your collection time. We were told the app doesn't give realistic wait times... once we turned up. Won't come back.

Usually OK. Totally dropped the ball this week. Really poor customer service and waiting times over an hour despite suggesting 15 minutes. Honesty and transparency go a long way... Follow on review on a separate occasion... epic fail. Delivery driver turned up missing a side. We were advised we would receive the side or a refund and we would get a call advising which. Absolutely nothing... shocking customer service. I will be complaining to head office tomorrow morning.

Just ordered pizza from here .. we are very regularl customers and order the same pizzas every time .. so obviously know what quality is being delivered Have to say our last order 12/03/22 was disgusting .. Luke warm .. not sliced had to do it ourselves or pull it apart .. toppings not right even though they were customised orders you expect what you pay extra for especially when paying £24 for two pizzas. Most disgusting pizzas we have ever had Will be looking to order elsewhere

Staff rude... honiton guy called jamie was awful rude to my dad an oap. Dominos pizza lovely cannot knock it but i am disgusted with how they talk and treat customers... my dad with conditions had a panic attack due to such disgusting attitude. Again dominos is great good food... customer service is vile and needs new staff.. how dare they upset the elderly and laugh after... horrible horrible staff.

Shocking Domino's. Driver got wrong house even after instructions were written down instead of calling he gave the pizza to some guys outside the bar next door. He couldn't even speak English. Needless to say by the time I located the pizzas they were stone cold no refunds nothing!

To be honest the only reason is Danny the Deployer. Absolute top gezza got my food to me within and it was still warm. If you get Danny the Deployer, deployed out for delivery you know it’ll be a good one.

Got charged twice for our order.tried the next day to get refund but fobbed off,no manager in leave number and he will call.no surprise no phonecall so had to visit again.spoke to Christian who tried fobbing me of for twenty minutes before pretending to give refund.i asked for a receipt but all handsets had no receipt rolls!. don't even think about contacting Domino s customer service,they haven't got one!!. disgraceful

They had some driver problems, but nothing was notified to me when i ordered the pizza at 19:55. I had the tracker on and after baking it sat at quality control for 20 minutes, so i called the store to see what is happening, the female I spoke to told me they were just waiting for the driver, but gave me no indication there might be a long wait, in other words hid crucial information from the customer. at 20:50 I called again, as the tracker still showed in quality control, I rang 4 times and each time the call was ended instead of answered, after delivery 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering, I kept calling until someone answered the phone, and told me that all orders are 2 hours, I asked where this information was available as I wasn't informed of this either at order time or in the phone call i had had 25 minutes ago, he put the manager on the line who apologised and told me they have problems with low driver numbers and that all deliveries were running late, if i had been notified about this I could have taken the decision to pick up the pizza, as it is not very far from where i live, DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE, USE THE ONE IN EXETER TOWN CENTRE INSTEAD

Ordered a pizza before my night shift at the hospital because I didn't have any food in the house. Pizza out for delivery, saw a pizza being delivered to a different house so called dominos to ask where our pizza was. They assured me the pizza was still out for delivery and that it must have just got stuck in traffic. Called back 15 minutes later and asked them to call the driver who admitted he had delivered it to the wrong house. Pizza refunded but now have to go to work with no food. Really upset and angry with the service.

Service was amazing. I came in for a collection and everyone was helpful, kind and speedy. Had a slight issue with my order and I think it was Fin who went out of his way it get it sorted straight away.

No consistentcy, sometimes lovely other times terrible. Had an order a few months ago that had some plastic in it, rang the store and the staff couldn't care less. Thought we would try them again this week just gone the order we collect was cold. It wasn't busy and we collected within the time frame they gave us so no reason for it to be cold. Domino's have lost a regular customer as I won't order from them again and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Very rude. I went to the shop and the guy almost panicked - “You can’t come in here sir, stay back!” He seemed terrified like I was carrying the plague. It’s ironic since there is a Starbucks and subway next door where you are allowed inside. It’s strange because there was a menu on the counter and no sign saying you couldn’t come in. 🤷🏻‍♂️

So I just had a very bad conversation with one of your workers we order two pizzas for 19.99 and only received one and when I call the store and ask about the second pizza the GENTLEMEN told me that I am trying to get something for free which isn’t true because they offer states two for 19.99 and when I asked for the general manager he replied that he cannot give me the contact detail and said that he would ban me from dominoes so I said you are trying to charge me for one pizza and not two which was the deal I have three children which were hungry and one pizza isn’t enough to feed them all and all I want was my other pizza I have had many problems in the past with dominoes and am conserned about if it is a attack because I am a foreigner and he said that I couldn’t speak English properly My children were really unhappy because of the fact that we only received one pizza which was not Evan hot and the man on the phone belittled me and made me feel small and was highly disrespectful towards me and made me feel really bad about myself for not being able to fully understand him or him not to understand me Then after talking on the phone for ten minutes he finally decided to send out the next pizza Which he said we would have to wait another 30-45 minutes For it to be delivered which is out of order

Rude manager. Gave us an incorrect order. Then when we told them it was incorrect - he tried to tell a heavily pregnant woman to bring the incorrect pizzas back so they could be "thrown away" rather than get them himself. Telling someone who is not an employee to effectively carry out work because you're too lazy and sullen as a manager to do it yourself is indefensible. As was his excuse of there being "customer details" on the pizza boxes as a reason for wasting a huge amount of food. Absolutely appalling customer service. Only from the manager. Other members of staff were fine. He needs a long, hard look at himself in the mirror.

Called up during the day and checked the NHS discount was available and if it was OK to show it to delivery driver due to lockdown, said no problem to do that. Called back about 1700 to order to be told no can't do it and you need to order through website, ordered through website and it took money off my card then said it can't do the order I need to call the restraunt to discuss. Called restraunt and was told it does that when it's busy and I need to wait for the money to come back on and they wouldn't take order over the phone, told me I had to wait 3 hours for the money to go back onto the card and then try again. Waited 3.5 hours for the money to go back on after a 12 hour shift and ordered else where as didn't have any more money. Complete lack of customer service each time I called and holding onto the money for three hours, seriously?

Me alojé en el Holiday Inn Express local (a 5 minutos a pie) y pedí pizza en línea, oferta BOGOF usada, disponible para pizzas de cualquier tamaño para la colección, que fue realmente una buena relación calidad-precio. La orden recomendada estaría lista dentro de 10 \ 15 minutos y en los momentos de llegada entregó nuestras pizzas como listas para usar, esto nunca sucedió al recoger la pizza de Domino en cualquier otro lugar, ya que siempre ha habido una espera / retraso después de llegar, ¡aunque no aquí! La pizza también estaba deliciosa :)

They could do with a bench or chairs outside whilst waiting for orders similar to those outside of a nearby Subway.
