Visited in the evening for cocktails. Asked for one with a different spirit in but they declined saying their spirits are premixed. For the prices charged, this is pretty poor. I want to see what you're putting in my drink!
Great food every time, friendly staff, perfect big garden, tables and large play area for kids.
Garden nice if you just want to chill too. Perfect garden for sunshine and waste time!! 😃
Ps. Dog friendly too! 🐶
So VERY RUDE! Couldn’t believe it. Tried to get a cup of tea here this afternoon with my little boy. But left after experiencing some very nasty staff. We went to the Riverside cafe just along the river, where the staff and atmosphere was excellent. AVOID
Went in here today with a friend while her dog was having a scan at the vets. We sat down at a table that had been cleared and cleaned and the lady working there said she would get to us when she could but was very busy and working alone. I replied with a big smile on my face 'it's probably to do with the million people who have all come in at the same time'. This lady apparently doesn't like anyone jokingly agreeing with her because she launched into a tirade about her manager being outside doing nothing, she should be on her break and was close to walking out and I could stop taking the piss! I tried to calm her down by pointing out that I was agreeing with her but to no avail.
Genuinely have never experienced anything like it in all my years on the planet! On a brighter note, went over the road to the Heavi Deli and it was lovely ❤️
What a wonderful pub. We picked this pub at random and we were so pleased that we did. We walked in and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A very comfortable place.
The food was fantastic very well presented and cooked to perfection.

Gave us an extra plate that’s my dog. Goated server .had insta reels on in the back which helped the atmosphere. Would give six stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very pleasant light lunch on canopied terrace. Excellent fresh soup & brie/ cranberry toasties + coffee. The centre is welcoming and a little scuffed which makes it very 'Arty' with amiable staff. Would have given it 5-stars but there is no need to have plastic grass dotted about?!!!
