Very nice and friendly place lovely food and hosts

Came here with a friend. I didn’t order anything but my friend got some dishes and drinks. I had a caffe nero cup with coffee and the worker started harassing about and threatening me that she will throw away my coffee if I don’t pour it in another cup. What is this?? The workers, especially an older woman were really rude. My friend called her out on her behaviour and she called me and my friend dirty idiots…

I ordered an all day breakfast and a flat white. Within 1 hour I had stomach cramps which lasted along time and then diarrhea 3 hours later. I felt so ill.

Very clean and tidy, unfortunately I didn’t see the breakfast offers until too late.

Our FAVE coffee shop - Coffee is always delicious and the team there are top tier!!!! They always nail the perfect coffee order. They are happy and always acknowledge us regulars.

Ordered cheesy chips but got plain chips but still charged for cheesy chips

I visited Zizzi with my daughter last week for lunch, and we were so disappointed. We ordered a pizza and some drinks, but the quality of the food was really poor. The pizza was absolutely horrible, and it seemed like the starter was literally frozen and then thawed out by the chef before being served—it just didn’t taste fresh at all. As for the drinks, they were just sparkling water with syrup, which they called a cocktail, but it had no real flavor. Good food should be about quality and care, and unfortunately, this experience missed the mark entirely. We definitely won’t be returning.

Have hardly been made to feel more at home. The friendliest staff imaginable. They put on a great Sunday roast and the bread pudding is to die for!

Amazing Service and Pizzas!!!! Our waiter Jake was amazing, really attentive. Super happy with the experience, would defo come again.

A place for the lads to watch sport

Ordered a Flatwhite after waiting for sometime even though lots of staff behind the counter. When it came the coffee was awful, Bitter is an understatement. Nothing decent to nibble with it. Would not return for the fact that the coffee was horrible.

Can't comment on anything, as we were refused entry due to not booking - could understand if it hadn't been completely empty, at 4 p.m on a Sunday. Spent our money somewhere else, that were only too happy to seat us despite being really busy!

Fabulous carvery , great selection, friendly staff and pretty interior, will be returning for sure for another carvery

Terrible service tonight. Can often be late, but tonight was 50 minutes after the time they told us to collect our food. No apology given, didn't seem to care. Won't be back. Other people also very delayed for long periods

Our favourite place to eat in Exeter. Always great service, food and atmosphere!
