Ordered through Justeat but it was the service that was horrendous so leaving my review here.

salt and pepper potatoes - didn't receive
Katsu chicken pieces with pot of sauce - received one lump of bits of chicken coveted in sauce
Apple pie x2 with caramel sauce - no sauce.
I rang the restaurant to ask what happened, laughter behind the phone, 'I didn't pack it' then 'we don't have any potatoes so we sent you chicken pieces instead'
If you come into the restaurant tomorrow, we will give you a refund...is it not the point of ordering online so you don't need to go into a restaurant. I am vegetarian so how is giving chicken a replacement for potatoes. My friend didn't eat either chickens, very greasy she said.
Won't be ordering again and hoping justeat give me my money back.
Delivery and service charge obviously not refundable though.
A quick coffee turned into like 30 minutes. Staff were too busy doing not much to attend to me. Ordered and then had to wait. Coffee was bitter, and the atmosphere was miserable. Felt depressed so left.
We visited for a Mother’s Day meal after booking in advance.
On arrival we were met me a pleasant member of staff who welcomed us and showed us to our table. Within 30 seconds a waitress came and asked us what drinks we wanted. We didn’t want alcohol so the choice was limited. Asked what alternatives they had, waitress didn’t really know but offered J2O or coke. There was also a note on the table telling us how long we had. I understand it was Mother’s Day and busy but felt this was not necessary. I’ve never been to a pub or restaurant and had this.
We ordered drinks and 3 carveries and 1 kids pasta.
Firstly the carvery was very good. The roast meats were cooked to perfection and the crackling was lovely. The portions were also very generous. The availability of the rest was great with a good choice of vegetables etc.
My daughter’s pasta on the other hand was pretty awful. The bowl was scorching hot and the pasta was slushy mix of what was a tomato sauce and packet pasta. It wasn’t cheap either. We didn’t say anything at the time as my daughter didn’t want a fuss. I get that it was a busy day and carvery is your thing but alternatives have to be good.
All in all the carvery was very good , the service was pleasant but a little rushed.

This is my favourite Chinese restaurant. Food is delicious, full of flavour and freshly made. It’s a family run business and the place is really welcoming. I definitely recommend it. The menu has a lot of choice and the portions are more than generous.

I ordered here for delivery and walk in on a number of occasions, it's a good kebab house, staff are friendly (driver today was very polite), food seems fresh, clean and tastes nice. I would recommend.
I was in for a beer with the boys, waiting at the bar. Having a nice time while waiting for a Guinness to settle, a young lady came up to question her pints of Coca Cola being flat.
The member of staff was happy to change them, however for some reason, I am guessing the manager, got really annoyed and lost his head. The young lady was very polite and didn’t get angry. He shouted at her saying it was her fault for not having ice or lemon in her drink. The pub was very busy, so maybe they ran out? Personally, I’ve never heard of that. Just seamed like a strange reaction and really awkward to watch.
However, I had a good pint of Guinness and my mate enjoyed a nice pint of Jale Ale. It was a shame how that manager
shouted at someone. It completely ruined my experience. I won’t be coming back if that’s how he treats customers! Plenty of other bars in the same area
Completely different from what I ordered, I actually got a lot less than I paid for and not one item of someone else’s order has been so easily switched.
Poor customer service, complained regarding beer as tasted bad. Took back straightaway and instantly got challenged, his response was, I ve just changed the barrel and asked me What's wrong with it.... after explaining it didn't taste right and his blank childish response I couldn't be bothered to have an argument and just said I'll order something else and just bill me for it then... seeing as we are ordering food and we spent over a hundred pound and even said, at the end, are you seriously gonna charge me for that pint and again, got defensive and did charge for it. Food was average at best and wait time poor.
Fantastic team working in difficult conditions, accommodating and kind with great communication, particularly Mario and the two others who sorted my issue fast and effective.
