Had the best food after a long time. Chef Susa was very helpful in explaining the menu. Unforgettable experience!! Absolutely lovely

Super food and nice atmosphere. The add on stellar service from Jake Stokes in the Bistro who really knows his wines and enhances the experience. Reasonably priced and great quality. Can only be very heartily recommended. Building in general is very interesting too.

Half an hour wait for a DRINK! Asked for tap water to sip on until then and was told I'll be with you when I can. Very shoddy service indeed.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! We had hot pot, grilled sweet and sour fish, and salt and pepper squid — and every single dish was delicious. The hot pot was flavorful with a great variety of ingredients, and the sauce bar really took it to the next level. The grilled sweet and sour fish was perfectly cooked with a delicious tangy glaze, and the salt and pepper squid was crispy, tender They also have a karaoke room downstairs! It was the perfect spot for my friends and I to hang out and celebrate a birthday. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great time! Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!

Would a grumpy pair. Not sure hospitality and people facing role is one for them. Would have had better service from a self vending machine.

Food is always brilliant. Service everyone who works for Lounge is always polite and friendly. Gluten-free menu is not just a side option. Dogs allowed, so if allergies, then it's trouble.

Always really enjoyed the food from here, it’s tasty we never have any complaints

Lovely staff on the 25th April. They went above and beyond !! The food was lovely, as always. (My daughter says 500 stars!)

Delicious hot chicken perfectly cooked and not dry, hot chips and refillable drinks but overall was expensive for what it was.

Just had a cream tea. Lovely fresh floaty scones and delicious jam.
