Didn’t even receive my order this is shocking

small portion sizes for the price. little dessert shop is cheaper and bigger size portions

Been here many times with friends. Almost perfect for a dessert lover.

Horrible atmosphere. Came in at 6PM (5 hours before close) to an empty restaurant with chairs/tables stacked - not a welcoming environment. Staff were nowhere to be seen, wandered around for a few minutes before someone scurried out from the back to seat us. INCOMPETENT STAFF. The woman who took our order was new - no issue here. However the other staff ‘training’ her were equally clueless. Customer service skills were nonexistent. I gave a £5 crepe voucher to the trainee taking my order, who applied 10% instead. I brought this up to the supervisor and was met with silence, as he clearly did not know how to put a refund through the till. He even continued to argue back with me and say that I didn’t bring a voucher (which he was holding in his hand). Similarly, my friends who came with 20% vouchers were unable to use them as staff couldn’t work this out on the ordering system. Safe to say won’t be coming back.

Table of 5 arrived at 14:30 to a completely empty restaurant and made our way to a table to be stopped abruptly by a very rude waitress and asked if we had a reservation with her eyebrows raised, I looked around and said “no..” to which she just gestures towards the table we were heading for. We sat there for ten minutes in a complete empty restaurant with no menus. My elderly mother in law went up to the counter to ask for some menus to be told “I’m just about to come with them if you go and sit down” - menus were given and we sat for another 15 mins with no service so decided to download and use the app to order. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty but your very rude waitress completely ruined this visit for us.

This place is going downhill / hell. We had to wait 10 minutes on till to order. Spent nearly £45. Then we received some of our food very very late. And they were saying that their runny hot cookie dough is normal. It was very bad and was like porridge in texture. Asked to change my order so was told not possible because manager says if everyone is getting same hot cookie dough then it was technically my problem and not their wrong recipe. We have ordered hot cookie dough there before and it’s always crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Very poor customer service. Then in my replaced order they didn’t give me ice cream with waffle. Don’t think I will be going there anytime soon.

I had rees's hot cookie dough. It was amazing but couldn't eat it all. It was sooo sweet. Also pineapple smoothie which was really refreshing. Don't think I would go again as I thought it was expensive. Two deserts and two drinks £30.

Delivered on time but the crepe was inedible, cold and barely any toppings. Also forgot the soft serve. Disappointing.

Food quality itself really good, delivery time quick but unfortunately packaging smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the smell is still present in my room after room and fabric spray. Put me off my food and drink quite a bit and made me feel nauseous.

LOVE THE FOOD, perfect to hangout with your friends (if you have money) but the vibe is just...off. It's got an eery, malicious energy. Other than that, great place! 😊

Best ice cream dessert I've EVER tasted! The ice cream milkshakes are just incredible too! I'm normally a savoury person but Kaspas has converted me!

I has some cinnamon donuts with toffee sauce .. wow out of this world . Lush .. also my daughter had the oreo cookie doe which looks amazing. She said it is wonderful I ordered an iced lattie. Wow someone doesn't know how to make them . Wayyyyy took much ice . So basically I got a very very watery latte . 4.95 for a cup of ice .. really disappointed as was looking forward to it . I tried to call kaspas to sort it out struggle away . I rang 4 times no answer You cannot leave a message which is quite bad customer service I was calling them to say please stop raining a lovely drink As evey other time it has been perfect

the crepe was a mess the sauce leaked all out the box the brownie was not soft at all rather disappointing 😕

Poor customer service order was wrong food was cold and rubbery

I had a very unpleasant experience at this dessert shop recently. I went there with friends to celebrate a birthday and decided to order a matcha boba tea. When I asked the cashier if I could have the drink less sweet, she responded in a very condescending tone, questioning if I had ever had boba tea before. I found this extremely insulting as my request was very simple and reasonable. Despite explaining that I had indeed tried boba tea before, just not at their shop, the cashier continued to be dismissive and rude. When my drink finally arrived, it was a terrible disappointment. The cup was mostly filled with ice, and the matcha flavor was incredibly weak. This experience left me feeling very disrespected and frustrated. The cashier's attitude was unprofessional and insulting, making what should have been a fun and enjoyable outing quite the opposite. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

They closed 20mins before there closing time. Nothing available to buy , least they can do this have some milkshakes and cake options even if they had to clean crepe and waffle maker. Very disappointing!! Or they should change there closing times on less busy days.

The food here was absolutely incredible, service very quick and efficient and a great atmosphere in the whole building. I would be a bit careful when washing your hands however. The water is piping hot. In fact, it was so hot I couldn't even use it. There should really be a caution label. Other than that, it is an amazing dessert parlour.

This place is like heaven and hell! I love going here, the food is heavenly.... Just sweet treats! However I always leave feeling sick 🤣.... My own fault, I will add! Whatever you do, don't eat a whole bowl of cookie dough to yourself after a waffle!! Staff are excellent, always really quick and attentive! The food is super sickly, moreish and lush! 🤣!! If you want a sugar rush, I could recommend anywhere else more! I look forward to my next serving of Cookie dough!!

Both of the Crepes were stone cold and were so hard it was like they were stale and had been on the side for a week.

Would have been nice if 66% of my order 2/3 items weren't missing. However, shop did try to be fair and fix the problem as it was their mistake and just waiting on a refund. The 1/3 items that did arrive was actually nice. I'm not going to hold this against the shop because I know in the catering world mistakes like this happen and to be honest the shop was very polite and professional when trying to fix the problem. I ordered the pistachio milk cake (arrived) the two drinks didn't but they're getting refunded and the cake was pretty nice with ice-cream. Would have given 5/5 if my whole order arrived but 4/5 just because only 1/3 things arrived. Delivered on time too. Slightly early I think can't remember.

We regularly go to Kaspas as it's our favorite place to eat in Exeter. The service is always good and the desserts are amazing. I would definitely recommend it

Food arrived 20 minutes lates, to the wrong location with cold waffles and melted milkshakes. Not impressed

Bought two giftcards as Christmas presents. First recipient used theirs no problem. Second recipient went on a day when nobody knew how to process it. Went again on another day and told giftcard wasn't registered. Have sent a photo of card and receipt to Head Office. After 3 weeks of investigation they have said 'it's not registered, go back to the store'. What a rip off. Don't bother.

THE FOOD WAS ABOMINABLE! Gross Waste of money I spent £17 on a shared dish of ice cream and it was tiny with a little amount of ice cream it was already half melted and the food to cost ratio was WOEFUL. Not to mention it took 30 minutes in an empty restaurant to scoop out some grotesque ice cream and serve it. The staff were not very happy. Next the milkshake was bitty, they did my order wrong and didn’t give me cream even tho i payed EXTRA. Waste of time, do not come here it is VILE!

Absolute farce, ordered and within 5 minutes Said it was out for delivery but the driver was in the middle of town as you can track it!! Next thing said delivered but it wasn’t!! Rang kaspas and the girl said my order was still there and the just eat drivers do this all the time where they say they’ve delivered it but haven’t actually been to collect it!! Told me to ring just eat but of course you can’t find a number so have to go through the email stage!! So I wouldn’t bother ordering

Was sat waiting for my order and witnessed a staff member (wearing the same pair of gloves she’s been touching a dirty till with) stick her hand in and scoop some ice cream out of a tub and eat it! She then proceeded to make a customer order using ice cream from this this tub 🤢

We put in an order saturday night of 32.24 and never received it due to there being no delivery drivers. Still waiting for a refund. Otherwise I have never had this issue with Kasper's and the desserts are always delicious !!

Great ice-cream milkshakes and deserts. The American diner feel is a nice touch. Great for kids and bigger kids like myself

Poorly run... Asked if the right order was made as the order on till screen did not match up to what we ordered and was reassured it was. Once it came out the food was the wrong as I was expecting, and when we told them it was incorrect the server came to us and was huffing and arguing to us that It was what we ordered even though we tried to make sure it was correct as it wasn't correct on the screen when ordering. Won't be going again.

Very sweet food, good array of drinks. Not cheap, kids love this place. Cher cakes, waffles, ice cream, pancakes. Most tastes covered. Cool booths, clean.

Im not usually one to complain, however I feel I need to write this. About 4 months ago me and my partner ordered milkshakes from kaspas. As shown in the photos below, there was what looks to be like mould floating around in one of the shakes. When I phoned up about this I was told to forward the image to kaspas and they replied saying “it’s chocolate”. You can quite clearly see that it isn’t chocolate! This evening we thought we would try kaspas out again as we thought maybe things would be better again. When we received our waffles they were ridiculously cold! Furthermore, one the waffles also had hair on it! The strawberry’s were sour and the bananas were all bruised. I definitely wouldn’t suggest going here! It is so unhygienic to have hair in your food, let alone mould in a shake. Avoid this place at all costs, go to little desert shop!

Items seems to have been delivered to the wrong address.

The app wasn't showing that the driver had left the restaurant and he was knocking on my door. Fine but I can't really hear my door unless I go and listen out for it. Delicious food though!

Don’t go to Kaspas in Exeter. If you leave your table to go to the toilet, your table will be cleared even if you have half your meal still left and when you ask why no apology is given and when you write an email to get a refund, they say it’ll be paid within two days but I e been waiting nearly a week and no response whatsoever. Terrible staff and terrible service from management and below. Avoid at all costs!!!!

For me, this seemed an expensive place for what is not much more than ice cream, waffles, and crepes. More for the kids.

Amazing! Just what we needed as a summer holiday treat, bubblegum sundae and kinder bueno sundae, lush!

Love the choice of a kaspas and it never disappoints wherever we are. Staff were really friendly and made it a great experience. Everyone was happy with their choices and the portion sizes larger than expected for some things. Great for a special occasion or just a general treat day.

The staff look like they’ve had there soils ripped out. Toilets disgusting Ice creams over priced for such an average ice creams. Decor is appealing Have experienced icicles in ice cream which suggests re frozen

If you are pre-pubessant child you will love this...parents watch the sugar intake of that child. I went, after a meal in town, thinking a desert restaurant would be cheaper than an overpriced bought in cheesecake/ice cream in a restaurant...oh, no it wasn't. Not cheep, but entertaining after a few bears. Don't go for haute cuisine.

Chose this restaurant for my 13 year old daughter’s birthday celebrations with a few friends. Desserts are amazing but wanted to comment on how brilliant the staff were. Without prior notice and a stress mum arriving much later than she wanted to ask if she could put up decorations and leave a birthday cake to present later, the staff said not to worry and they would take care of everything. The booth we had reserved looked amazing with a banner, balloons and confetti on the table. My daughter walked in amazed and a truly grateful mum. Highly recommend for customer service.
