Very nice staff members - I ordered the cookie dough and wasn't satisfied with my order, but the very kind gentleman at the counter let me exchange my dessert! Honestly, both him and the staff were very accommodating, so thank you very much!

Very very rude staff black hair in bun dark features. Went tonight to have good time with the my girls. She looked at me gave me the dirtiest looks and didn’t serve me. Waited for the other guy to look back and see I was waiting to serve me. Will never come here again! Felt very embarrassed!

The waffle was nice, but the pancake was rank. It tasted like it was a day old, it was so rubbery I could hardly cut through it, it’s un edible

The cakes are not fresh, they are frozen.

the guy who delivered my food was amazing. very humble and polite. But the quality of the dessert was pathetic. total waste of money.

Absolutely shocking !!! I’ve put a complaint in and get nothing back asked for a refund sent photos and receipt and waited over a hour and half for 2 desserts that were un eatable melted and smashed out where been bashed around ! Awful

Unfortunately, the restaurant had not paid attention to the requirements of the customer by ignoring the added instructions.

Very dead restaurant but food was good. Idk how many staff members there were as I only saw one but our food came out quite far apart and only received my drink after we had all just about finished the food. Staff was polite and gave me a £5 voucher before I left 👍

Horrible atmosphere. Came in at 6PM (5 hours before close) to an empty restaurant with chairs/tables stacked - not a welcoming environment. Staff were nowhere to be seen, wandered around for a few minutes before someone scurried out from the back to seat us. INCOMPETENT STAFF. The woman who took our order was new - no issue here. However the other staff ‘training’ her were equally clueless. Customer service skills were nonexistent. I gave a £5 crepe voucher to the trainee taking my order, who applied 10% instead. I brought this up to the supervisor and was met with silence, as he clearly did not know how to put a refund through the till. He even continued to argue back with me and say that I didn’t bring a voucher (which he was holding in his hand). Similarly, my friends who came with 20% vouchers were unable to use them as staff couldn’t work this out on the ordering system. Safe to say won’t be coming back.

Table of 5 arrived at 14:30 to a completely empty restaurant and made our way to a table to be stopped abruptly by a very rude waitress and asked if we had a reservation with her eyebrows raised, I looked around and said “no..” to which she just gestures towards the table we were heading for. We sat there for ten minutes in a complete empty restaurant with no menus. My elderly mother in law went up to the counter to ask for some menus to be told “I’m just about to come with them if you go and sit down” - menus were given and we sat for another 15 mins with no service so decided to download and use the app to order. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty but your very rude waitress completely ruined this visit for us.

This place is going downhill / hell. We had to wait 10 minutes on till to order. Spent nearly £45. Then we received some of our food very very late. And they were saying that their runny hot cookie dough is normal. It was very bad and was like porridge in texture. Asked to change my order so was told not possible because manager says if everyone is getting same hot cookie dough then it was technically my problem and not their wrong recipe. We have ordered hot cookie dough there before and it’s always crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Very poor customer service. Then in my replaced order they didn’t give me ice cream with waffle. Don’t think I will be going there anytime soon.

I had rees's hot cookie dough. It was amazing but couldn't eat it all. It was sooo sweet. Also pineapple smoothie which was really refreshing. Don't think I would go again as I thought it was expensive. Two deserts and two drinks £30.

Food quality itself really good, delivery time quick but unfortunately packaging smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the smell is still present in my room after room and fabric spray. Put me off my food and drink quite a bit and made me feel nauseous.

I has some cinnamon donuts with toffee sauce .. wow out of this world . Lush .. also my daughter had the oreo cookie doe which looks amazing. She said it is wonderful I ordered an iced lattie. Wow someone doesn't know how to make them . Wayyyyy took much ice . So basically I got a very very watery latte . 4.95 for a cup of ice .. really disappointed as was looking forward to it . I tried to call kaspas to sort it out struggle away . I rang 4 times no answer You cannot leave a message which is quite bad customer service I was calling them to say please stop raining a lovely drink As evey other time it has been perfect

the crepe was a mess the sauce leaked all out the box the brownie was not soft at all rather disappointing 😕

Poor customer service order was wrong food was cold and rubbery

I had a very unpleasant experience at this dessert shop recently. I went there with friends to celebrate a birthday and decided to order a matcha boba tea. When I asked the cashier if I could have the drink less sweet, she responded in a very condescending tone, questioning if I had ever had boba tea before. I found this extremely insulting as my request was very simple and reasonable. Despite explaining that I had indeed tried boba tea before, just not at their shop, the cashier continued to be dismissive and rude. When my drink finally arrived, it was a terrible disappointment. The cup was mostly filled with ice, and the matcha flavor was incredibly weak. This experience left me feeling very disrespected and frustrated. The cashier's attitude was unprofessional and insulting, making what should have been a fun and enjoyable outing quite the opposite. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

They closed 20mins before there closing time. Nothing available to buy , least they can do this have some milkshakes and cake options even if they had to clean crepe and waffle maker. Very disappointing!! Or they should change there closing times on less busy days.

The food here was absolutely incredible, service very quick and efficient and a great atmosphere in the whole building. I would be a bit careful when washing your hands however. The water is piping hot. In fact, it was so hot I couldn't even use it. There should really be a caution label. Other than that, it is an amazing dessert parlour.

This place is like heaven and hell! I love going here, the food is heavenly.... Just sweet treats! However I always leave feeling sick 🤣.... My own fault, I will add! Whatever you do, don't eat a whole bowl of cookie dough to yourself after a waffle!! Staff are excellent, always really quick and attentive! The food is super sickly, moreish and lush! 🤣!! If you want a sugar rush, I could recommend anywhere else more! I look forward to my next serving of Cookie dough!!

Both of the Crepes were stone cold and were so hard it was like they were stale and had been on the side for a week.

Would have been nice if 66% of my order 2/3 items weren't missing. However, shop did try to be fair and fix the problem as it was their mistake and just waiting on a refund. The 1/3 items that did arrive was actually nice. I'm not going to hold this against the shop because I know in the catering world mistakes like this happen and to be honest the shop was very polite and professional when trying to fix the problem. I ordered the pistachio milk cake (arrived) the two drinks didn't but they're getting refunded and the cake was pretty nice with ice-cream. Would have given 5/5 if my whole order arrived but 4/5 just because only 1/3 things arrived. Delivered on time too. Slightly early I think can't remember.

We regularly go to Kaspas as it's our favorite place to eat in Exeter. The service is always good and the desserts are amazing. I would definitely recommend it

Bought two giftcards as Christmas presents. First recipient used theirs no problem. Second recipient went on a day when nobody knew how to process it. Went again on another day and told giftcard wasn't registered. Have sent a photo of card and receipt to Head Office. After 3 weeks of investigation they have said 'it's not registered, go back to the store'. What a rip off. Don't bother.

THE FOOD WAS ABOMINABLE! Gross Waste of money I spent £17 on a shared dish of ice cream and it was tiny with a little amount of ice cream it was already half melted and the food to cost ratio was WOEFUL. Not to mention it took 30 minutes in an empty restaurant to scoop out some grotesque ice cream and serve it. The staff were not very happy. Next the milkshake was bitty, they did my order wrong and didn’t give me cream even tho i payed EXTRA. Waste of time, do not come here it is VILE!

Absolute farce, ordered and within 5 minutes Said it was out for delivery but the driver was in the middle of town as you can track it!! Next thing said delivered but it wasn’t!! Rang kaspas and the girl said my order was still there and the just eat drivers do this all the time where they say they’ve delivered it but haven’t actually been to collect it!! Told me to ring just eat but of course you can’t find a number so have to go through the email stage!! So I wouldn’t bother ordering

Was sat waiting for my order and witnessed a staff member (wearing the same pair of gloves she’s been touching a dirty till with) stick her hand in and scoop some ice cream out of a tub and eat it! She then proceeded to make a customer order using ice cream from this this tub 🤢
