There is one lady working here she doesn’t service to people and not any respect to anybody that is so silly you get money you are not working for free i hope the manager will kick out you

Rude and coffee was not up to standard

✨️every time I catch the train from St. Davids, I always grab a coffee ☕️ from here. Nice little Costa, always clean and welcoming. Staff I've encountered always polite and friendly 😀 the cake,pastry and savoury section always full and looking delicious !

Lovely costa place lovely staff

Twice I've had a bad experience at this branch. The 1st time a lady did not want to know when it came to trying to help me with a reward issue. The 2nd time a member of staff tried to tell me a wet floor sign meant they were closed in a very patronising way. I would suggest going to Starbucks over the road instead.

Every time I pick up and drop off at Exeter St David’s I always pop in here to grab a coffee and the staff are really lovely. They know now exactly my order and how I like it too. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Very lovely place to go to with very lovely staff and service got a chess tosta, also very good place to go when your waiting for a train got place for a snack and good prices.

From the warm welcome from Jamie, the really efficient team work and the foresight to offer to fill my water bottle ( I didn’t catch the ladies name) to really well made coffee. A great start to my Saturday morning. Thank you

Yesterday my train was cancelled so I had a costa coffee. Jamie &Martha are allways there to cheer me up, what a team. And guess what again today my train was cancelled another coffee and the wonderful service with a smile and my whole world is fine again thanks to Jamie &martha , JJ

Appalled by the fact it closes at 5, it should be extended to AT LEAST 5.30. If it was it would gain more customers as it is next to train station with people arriving for the train home.

Just came out of the Costa young lad leaving his shift with a roll up cigarette in his mouth, i ask for a cappuccino young women with glasses served me and said chocolate so quickly i thought she said short cut, surely if trained correctly she would have said, chocolate sprinkles sir, not good manners,the other young lady with long hair very good service and manners, the young woman with glasses needs re- training. I go in daily

I went in for a quick coffee and snack before my train on 21/2/2023 at around 4:30. I was served by a boy with curly hair and piercings who was absolutely lovely and polite, and the girl making my drink with him was so happy and bubbly in the background singing away. Seeing this kind of happiness really cheered me up after what was quite a dull day prior to this. Hopefully these two can get a little bit of recognition for amazing customer service and happy spirits :-)

A very badly run coffee shop with mostly uninterested and blunt baristas who are low energy. In the past, they messed up so badly and spilled milk down my leg and barely apologised. Nowadays, they are the mask police and demand to see an exemption to wearing a mask when I say I can’t due to hidden disability (even though no such document legally exists and doctors have said that they are not granting exemptions). I believe what they are doing is actually illegal under the Equality Act 2010 so they ought to be more careful with their zealous insistence on masks. May be a contender for the worst Costa Coffee I have ever visited.

I don’t normally come to this part of town because I usually use Exeter Central station for train travel but I often go on long journeys by train and for that, of course, I have to use St. David’s. I start early in the morning and before heading into the station I stop at this Costa first for my morning coffee and a cake sometimes too. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, service is quick even when busy. The coffee and cakes are excellent as you’d expect from Costa. Note: it is just a takeaway Costa purpose built for travellers using St. David’s station so don’t expect tables chairs and china cups. I will always come here because the Starbucks opposite the station’s ticket office and the Pumpkin coffee shop on platform 5 are both massively overpriced, they’re very messy and the staff simply don’t care about their customers.

Such good service. Coffee and food exactly as you’d expect but a massive value add with the swift and friendly service.

Great place for a coffee as long as you get the right staff

Great location but staff weren't that caring and very slow. Even considering it was quiet when I visited there was no effort put into giving a good customer experience. Asked for coffee to be added to a Frostino but they 'forgot' and I wasn't prepared to wait any longer for a new beverage because a toastie for the person before me had no cheese (really!?) which had already added to the delay while another was prepared.

It's not the greatest location and the seating sucks (3 stools), but the coffee is good the service was great and best of all it's not Starbucks

Regardless its compact space and the lack of free car parking, it’s Costa and this is enough.

Visit this place almost daily since moving to Exeter - the staff are really friendly and the coffee is always hot. My favourite is the hazelnut latte. Yum.

Somehow the price of the fuel goes up by the time you walk in to pay. This happen many times wiered.

When sitting in, I would like the option of china cup not all paper cup. Staff always friendly.
