The best restaurants serving Vietnamese food in St David's Exeter South West

A bustling Friday night didn't stop our food from being delivered promptly and cheerfully. Pho has a decent range of reasonably priced Vietnamese dishes to suit all palates. I've never come away from Pho in Exeter, Bristol or Cardiff feeling less than satisfied with my meal or service.
