Good atmosphere, very delicious food and Elina's attention was very kind and professional.

The staff are always so friendly, professional and helpful. Pho is amazing, the beef brisket pho is my absolute favourite, it is slow cooked beef brisket bone broth, amazing for your gut health:)

Been to the Exeter Pho many times now and have never had a bad meal. Food is always fresh, service is good and usaly very quick too. Definitely recommend for big portion sizes. Juices are good too with great selection

James was great server answered questions about the menu. Would definitely be returing

Service was great, only thing that bugged me a little was the constant standing over the table and asking if we're ready or wanting to order any more stuff.. i get it's their job but every 5 minutes (quite literally) i'm not so happy with. Very good overall though amazing food too!!

It was my first time eating at pho and I was having a hard time deciding on what to order but my server, Cedric, recommended the pho house and baby squid. Service was amazing and food was good as well.

Amazing experience everytime we come here. Our server Cedric was really attentive and he brought my girlfriend a waffle with a candle for her birthday.

I loved hanging out with my friends at Pho, there was yummy food, a fun environment and brilliant service. I ordered a steak noodles. My partner wanted to order something but change one thing, which she has many times in the past, but this time they said they couldn’t for no good reason. My steak came out freezing cold on the brink of inedible. This has happened twice to us now. Would NEVER come again and would recommend everyone who sees this to go someplace else. The customer service was good for the most part but we had a women who started serving us half way through and she was incredibly rude and didn’t understand a word we said.

Very good food, music choices were not the best and didn't feel like they fit the vibe. Service was alright, automatic service charge but you can request to have it removed. The worst part of it was the other customers, went with my partner and had one lady spend half her meal staring at us, as well as several others do so without any consideration. Not sure if it was because we were young (18), gay or they just didn't get out much but will definitely not be going back, as it was very hostile.

Came in for lunch with the family and had an amazing time! Our waitress (Caitlin) was incredible from the moment we entered. She provided menu recommendations and was extremely accommodating to my mums dietary needs. The food was hot and very tasty. Overall, we loved our meal and would come back. 5/5 service from Caitlin, thank you for such an incredible meal!

One of the better versions of this chain restaurants that I've been to which was mainly due to the customer service. Our server (Caitlin) made sure that we were well looked after.

This is the third time I've eaten in and the food is phenomenal, I've also had takeaway and that is also fantastic. Absolutely no complaints and am gutted the one in Plymouth has closed. We have to travel to Exeter just for our Pho!

Great food, great atmosphere, great usual stop-off. Can’t do better than Chicken Pho for a healthy, authentic taste and relaxed ambience. Not over-fussy or pretentious , just fresh fantastic food.

The food here is an absolute 10/10, absolutely incredible, I really recommend the chicken fried rice. Staff was friendly, but the restaurant can be a little loud and busy for dinner.

A banker for us when in town. Service is always great and the menu serves up reliable favourites with lovely light options for summer and warming broths for winter. You. might want to ask for less noodles in the Pho as it is huge.

Lovely valentines lunch, never been before but such a welcoming easy going atmosphere! Food was delightful. They also let me have a set of chop sticks for my 7 year old who is at school today, very kind! He’ll get a kick out of it !!

Food here is quite local Vietnam style! And the noodle soup is quite good. Spring rolls are the best! And you can get15% off with ur student ID.

I always love it here! Great atmosphere and the food is delicious. Loads of choice of traditional dishes and drinks, and the puddings are gorgeous! Plenty of replacement chopsticks and you can do the walk of shame to the cutlery stand if the chopsticks fail you 😂

My first time at Pho tonight and it was amazing! Food was fresh and delicious and the staff were really good at helping with deciding what to order. Our lovely waiter also gave me some chopsticks to take home to practice with after failing miserably in the restaurant 😂 Highly recommend!

Very good, a little difficult to eat with the long pasta in the soup but really excellent: curry soup with 3 mushrooms
