First Week of Sept 24: The friendly staff where a credit to Cornish Tourism. Normally we eat at another harbour side pub, but chose The Old Ship as the courtyard seemed more cosy on a cloudy evening.

Absolutely fabulous and friendly pub!!! The staff Ben & Lauren went that extra mile to look after us! Both so friendly!! Infact everyone in the pub was friendly and chatty and the food was exceptional
Based on previous reviews, we chose to take our family of 7 for an evening meal whilst staying in Portreath for a few days. Bearing in mind that it is high season, the only choice of food was a limite

One of the best fish and chips I have had saying I get a sausage and chips normally I tried the fish the last few times I have been there and it tastes bloody amazing and the service is just brilliant
One of the best pizzas I've had and a nice change from the norm. I had the crab pizza which was so good. They also had lobster pizza and a scallop pizza plus the usual pizza.
Price wasn't out the way
Unfortunately this is not like me but I'm afraid I have to give this place a very low rating, they had no draught ales at all just said arriving soon, the place absolutely stinks of dogs and the gents
