The food was lovely very good value for money, it was very welcoming and dogs allowed in. Would definitely not miss a trip to come here when in Marazion

We called for a lunch time drink where we were met with a warm welcome before heading over to St Michael's mount. We decided to call back for the evening service. The staff again were warm and welcoming, attentive without being intrusive. I had the mussels which were plump and delicious my husband had fish and chips, both dishes were a generous size and although the pub soon filled up at no point did we feel rushed to vacate our table. It's lovely to find staff that seem to enjoy doing their job and excellent food to match.

Have to say what a lovely experience we had, best meal of our holiday in Cornwall. Very polite and friendly staff, and the Halloumi, Squid starters and Aubergine main was absolutely fantastic Clean, cosy pub that is dog friendly. Thanks 👍🏻

On the day we visited there was a sign saying short staffed so be nice to those who are here. I went in and ordered two cream teas as advertised on the massive sign out front. The guy behind the bar sighed and put everything together. It felt like an inconvenience. The food was nice and the garden is lovely.

We loved this pub. So friendly and welcoming. We tried most dishes, short rib burger, chicken burger, seafood risotto with squid ink, Korev lager from St Austell, everything just perfect. Only about 6? tables inside so recommend booking in advance. Lots of people gently turned away on the Sunday night. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. £110 for 4 of us - reasonable considering it's Cornwall in summer and all the food was amazing.

Decided to stop here for lunch today. It was not busy at all, only two tables taken outside and a couple inside. We ordered drinks and were told there was at least a 30 minute wait on food. Our drinks arrived apart from one as the box mixer need changing on the coke a cola machine. They said there were going to change this and bring our drink outside. After a 15 minute waiting we went back inside to be told it was coming. 5 minutes Later a very rude lady came outside and said we cannot change the box. No can we get you something else, would you like your money back or even I’m really sorry you have been waiting 20 mins for a drink.. no she averted her eyes and turned and walked away! We literally had to go back into the pub and ado for our money back. What customer service!

Lovely cosy pub. We ate there twice and on both occasions the food was superb. Would recommend the fish and chips. The ale that was served was excellent and top notch. Atmosphere was great and easy to speak to all the locals. Lastly would recommend quiz night loads of fun.

Fabulous food. We had home made nachos and the prawn taco for a quick light lunch together with amazing garlic bread and Parmesan fries - delicious! Definitely worth a visit after walking around St Michaels Mount.

Ordered Nachos inedible, tortillas burnt, chewy, crispy, no snap. Cheese dried to bowl no sour cream. Chicken wrap dry, drowned in sweet chilli sauce, poor. Wraps should come with chips ours came with crisps. Overall very disappointing

We booked here after visiting 2 years ago and loving it. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the service was quick and really friendly, the music was great and the atmosphere really cosy. Also a bonus that it is dog friendly

I rarely go to pubs but out & about on my lean mean red machine (disability trike - customers oh yeah lol) thought I’d pop in (with UltraViolet my rescued Frenchie) & see what’s going on! So I was pleasantly surprised to see Rose from my own village & she seemed competent & friendly yet professional & I enjoyed a light lunchBb & a pint of cider & chatted to bar flies & it was very enjoyable & friendly & I can’t recommend it enough! The best pub in Marazion for sure!

Popped in here for a relaxing pint. It's a really nicely laid out, traditional pub...with a lovely fire next to the bar. We sat and chilled watching delicious food come out. The Sunday roast smelt and looked excellent.

We ate here with our young family back in March. We had roast beef, scampi and kid's fish and chips followed by brownie and sticky toffee pudding. The mains were very good and the desserts were better than average. We got a free dessert as it was Mother's Day. However, the drinks were very expensive - £4.75 for a pint of coke and £3.50 for a small bottle of Britvic orange juice for our child.

On a cold February evening this was a great find. A small pub with a very welcome warming fire, we stopped in for a drink but ended up eating too. Dog friendly 🐶 The Cornish mussels were perfect (!) plump, fresh and very tasty, and for half term they had a deal on for their kids menu. Stayed longer than planned 👍 and left very happy. Definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited this pub for some lunch today ,what a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Food arrived looking good and plenty of it and tasted good too. Wheelchair friendly with level entrance and enough room to manoeuvre around whilst inside.

We spent a week in a rented house in Marazion and visited this pub 3 times. On our first night they had a pub quiz which we entered and really enjoyed, good beer and friendly host. Had a drink in there a few days later, was very quiet, chatted to barman, gained some useful local knowledge. Went to eat there later in the week, good pub grub, fish and chips, burger and a shared pudding. Would certainly be my local if I lived in the village.

Nice pub with friendly staff. Despite being busy the place wasn’t chaotic. There were a few unavailable items (no sandwiches due to supply failure) but there was enough variety available not to be disappointed. Food was excellent and served swiftly, but was not rushed. Would recommend.

This is a smart pub in the centre of the village offering a reasonable range of pub food. There is an outside drinking area and a couple of separate rooms. The prices are on par with the area. The St Austell Tribute was well-kept.

Oh my goodness. What a gem of a pub. We are on holiday staying in Sennen but has been out all day and needed dinner. Found this place and took a chance. And wow! So glad we did. The staff were super helpful and friendly, we had no table booked vyt he accommodated us as soon as he could. I had my 80 year old mother in law with me , all the way from Glasgow and even she was impressed! The food was divine...probably the nicest food I had eaten out in a long time! This place definitely deserves it5* from me! Absolutely brilliant xxx

A great, traditional pub with friendly staff serving fantastic food using local produce. The shin of beef ragu, the burger and the sticky toffee pud are delicious! Dan and his team are brilliant, as is the music playlist! A must try when in Marazion.

We chose this pub for a Sunday lunch based on the reviews on Trip Advisor and weren’t disappointed. Good food - my wife and I both had Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding - good service and an outdoor seat in the sunshine in October. What’s not to like! It’s not pretentious; just well cooked food done well and served by staff that genuinely seem to care.

We have stopped at The Kings Arms for crab sandwiches after visiting St Michaels Mount for the last 2 years. Last year our experience was tainted by a rude young man serving on the till. Having always enjoyed visiting, but his attitude really upset me. It almost made me never want to return to this pub, but we came back a couple of days ago on our annual visit. Aside from the crab sandwich being removed from the menu (totally gutted, but we understand why the menu changed), we had an amazing fish finger sandwich on focaccia bread! The ladies behind the bar / serving the food were really happy, cheerful, helpful and a far cry from the young man who was rude this time last year and ruined my visit. I’m glad I gave this lovely pub another chance and look forward to keeping up the yearly tradition (and praying for the return of the amazing crab sandwich 😋). Give those ladies a pat on the back for turning around my previous bad experience into a good one! Those are the kind of staff that should front your business!

Nicest pint of beer I had on this Cornwall visit. My 8yo son & I met up with a friend in Marazion and had a lovely drink & bar snacks at The Kings Arms. The beer was delicious - I had a few pints of Tribute, the cheesy garlic bread deliciously spicy. A very warm welcome from the friendly & jovial staff which made for a really nice atmosphere. My friend had wanted to go to the Godolphin but for some reason there was a terrible smell around there, but the air was good around the Kings Arms. Marazion is such a nice place and I hope the people there call the water companies to account and make them clean up their act. I would've had a swim but not with that awful discharging going on. I 'm wishing power to the elbow of the businesses & people doubtless impacted by this in getting this sorted. A lovely place, and I intend to return, hopefully the water company will have done it's duty by then as it may take some for renationalisation to do it. .... But I digress. Lovely pub with excellent beer, atmosphere & food.

Wir wollten heute nach unserem Besuch auf St Michael Mount Eine Kleinlichkeit (cream tea ) zu uns nehmen. Trotz genügend freier Plätze mussten wir an der Theke, welche am Durchgang zur Toilette und gleichzeitig Lieferanteneingang, ist Platz nehmen Wir wurden dann zwar sehr schnell bedient, jedoch war der Scone und die Cream halb gefroren Geschmacklich ein Desaster und für 17 Pfund alles zusammen sehr bescheiden

One of just three places to eat and drink in a tourist hot-spot - yet some of the staff including manager need customer service skills. Instead of "kitchen is closed now - it opens at 5" how about "kitchen is closed at the moment but will open in just 15 minutes if you'd care to wait". Needless to say we moved on. If don't like tourists, why work in a tourist facing location. Couldn't review food because kitchen closed at the busiest time of year....

1 pint of Carlsberg and and Gin and Lemonade for £17.90. Absolutely disgusting. As locals i am appalled at these prices. My other frequent drinking establishment I would get change from £10 for the same order. As the family who own Wheal Rodney Holdiay Park in Marazion its absolutely appalling prices and it will certainly be driving people away from Marazion. Very sad and poor service to say the least. That's 1 big family who they're never getting business from again and I will strongly recommend people avoid this pub. Absolutely disgusting.

We've been in Marazion for a week and have popped in here for a drink a couple if times, and have always been made so welcome, it really is a friendly pub, not at all touristy, it has a proper local feel abought it. Tonight, (sadly our last night) we ate here, and the food was, without a doubt, the best pub food I've ever eaten, and it was better than most of the restaurant food I've eaten as well. Mussels for starters, a really good size portion, the juiciest freshest mussels imaginable, apparently they were delivered from Fowey this morning, and a really nice cream sauce as well, followed by fish and chips - 100% top notch, thin crisp batter, amazing haddock, brilliant. Thanks to all the staff, they are a credit to the pub, we will return xxx
