The best restaurants in Fowey Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

The best traditional pasty I have had in Cornwall, and the sourdough loaf and cakes were brilliant,was waiting for misses in a shop , the shop window drew me in , really good bakery ( pasty was huge ) ,will return when we’re down again

Gorgeous ice cream and lovely staff. Not over priced either for a busy tourists destination. Would recommend the sticky toffee flavour

Lovely friendly local pub. Excellent service, really enjoyed the meal. My only comment is that the vegetarian menu is very limited

Lovely burgers, we had house (aged beef and pickles) and chicken. Both excellent and potato salad delicious. Can eat outside at 4 turning or order and collect.

I enjoyed the best meal of our two-week trip to England at Da Kona. The fish was fantastic, as were the side dishes and the sauce was surprising and very tasty. Definitely a recommendation!

Had a lovely meal down there today, simple enough. Lemon Sole beautifully cooked over some delicious fries and served with a delicate aioli. Also a Poutine which was a dish of cheesy chips with a fish sauce over it. All fantastic flavours.

The best place in Fowey!! Lunch in the courtyard today. Just perfect! Crab sandwich and a toasted cheese and ham sandwich with a cold bottle of wine.

Amazing food, lovely service, great seafood!

We managed to get a walk-in spot outside on a Saturday lunchtime (it’s October so not summer levels of busy but they still had a steady flow of customers and no tables inside so I would absolutely recommend booking). It was a fairly warm day for October and we were dressed appropriately so we sat outside and it was a great choice for us. The sun made its way round the neighbouring building half way through our food and it’s quite a sun trap. As for the food well we couldn’t fault it, everything was delicious, the flavours clearly thought about. I had the fish stew and my partner had the Thai scallops… we both said we would have those exact dishes again because they were so good! The desserts were also amazing, if you love profiteroles these were probably the best I’ve ever had!!

A lovely cosy real pub with a good range of Cornish beers and even though we didn't eat the menu showed a small but good variety of food even for a vegetarian coeliac like me. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere.

Great place, very friendly staff, food was great. See you next year.

Sad to say that Pinky Murphy’s is no more….it was a super quirky cafe come coffee shop come artistic venue. Guessing Covid, Brexit and rent all had something to do with its demise.

I came last week, first thing and booked which was good as it got busy quickly, the staff were wonderful so friendly. I ordered the pancakes and the eggs Benedict and both were perfectly cooked and delicious. Coffee was great to, can’t wait to return.

Gorgeous cafe with excellent service and lovely food. We had a sausage sandwich and a cream tea. The portions were very generous and the scones were delicious. We highly recommend
