Anna did an amazing job on our wedding cake!! We came into the process a bit late, but thankfully she was available and really helped us make our (admittedly random) visions turn into a beautiful and delicious cake. All of our guests absolutely loved it -- I was worried we'd have so much cake to take home with a small-ish turnout, but they definitely enjoyed it enough to eat more than I expected! The initial booking and coordination with Anna was great, everything went so smoothly, really can't recommend Sugar Bowl Bakes highly enough!

Coffee was fine, cake selection ok too. Pity that the staff when serving you use head sets / microphone to talk to drive through customers at the same time.

Ordered the classic kebab and received this. The chicken was extremely dry and it came with a tortilla wrap instead of a pitta. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Apart from all the scumbag chavs that mess around outside, this is a great place!

Latte amazing atmosphere is superb

Great welcome, very clean, super room. We were given a 'quiet room' which suited us very well. Would recommend this for a stay. Central but not noisy as set back from the main road.

Absolutely love this place, love the atmosphere and the staff. Always go above and beyond. Had a massive party today everyone served at the same time, all really enjoyed it. Thanks guys

I went to here for food the woman told us to sit at near to the bar and a worker was looking at me it’s was making me feel uncomfortable and the woman was rude to me and my girlfriend and my best friend the woman keep looking at us it’s was very uncomfortable all we want to do is sit was on a table which you have booked online u could use to walk in and a Wait take you to a table ever since cOVID-19 happened its changed so much i would like the old System back

I returned after two months for my daughter’s birthday, and once again, the experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were top-notch. The service, especially from Ellie and the rest of the staff, was fantastic. They all joined in to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, even bringing out a birthday hat and a balloon dog, which made the day extra special. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant. Booked a table for 8, turned up promptly and were left waiting at the desk for ten minutes before anyone came to take us to our table. Were left at our table waiting for a member of staff to take our order whilst other staff were milling about cleaning tables that were not in use for the rest of the evening, prioritising customers who wanted to pay whilst seemingly ignoring us. When we were finally attended to we the had to wait another twenty minutes for starters to arrive, then had to ask for our drinks as they had not yet been delivered. Food was okay but the unattentiveness of the staff made our experience less than we would have expected. All in all the whole experience was a negative one and I would be very reluctant to give Harvester any more of my custom. A very poor service, steer clear of this restaurant.

Poor slow service even when empty. Dirty tables. Flat lemonade. This branch is consistently a confused mess.

Always loved it here. I'm upset and disappointed that it was suddenly closed without warning last week. Disgusting actions by management. They clearly place no value on loyal, hard-working staff. Shame on them.

I forgot to take a picture of the food!! The food was OK but for a toasted sandwich and 2 tuna paninis plus drinks it came to almost £20. So make you study the menu and get one of their many deals on offer.

The cafe staff are always very helpful and lovely. I bring my kids every week and they love it. Shop floor is always well stocked and staff are helpful
