Kelly at this place has been fantastic, we have been here for 11 weeks now and she has looked after us all . At times we are a crew of 8 to 10 guys and all looked after very well . We stay in lots of places on the road for work as we work all around the country Many thanks Jeff One Stop Kitchens .

Burgers were fine. Delivered quickly, missing salad.

My wife and myself called in today for lunch as we have visited this restaurant on several occasions we stood by the desk to be greeted and seated and we waited and waited there seemed to be only one person serving in the restaurant who came past us and didn't even look at us and I'm sorry to say it just didn't feel right so we left very disappointed I have never left a review before but felt I had to on this occasion

Excellent food and a lovely waitress

Me and my partner arrived an hour early for our meal due to our schedule change. The reception ladies are so kind to offer us a seat. Their service is amazing compare to rest of the harvester I’ve been to. They are always smiley and approachable. If I get a chance I will def come back to this harvester 🤣🤣❤️thank you so much for serving us and you guys made our date better 😙

Lovely family meal this evening at Harvester Redgrove. Quick service and lovely food (huge portions also!) Our waitress, Abbie was fab from start to finish and very attentive. Thank you! :-)

We had a wonderful visit to Harvester, where we were warmly greeted by the lovely front-of-house, Kelly. From the moment we walked in, both Kelly and our server, Nikki, made us feel incredibly welcome… 5 stars for both of those alone! Despite the restaurant being very busy, due to an offer being ran, the whole team remained friendly, professional, and attentive. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, and the salad bar was constantly replenished, ensuring everything was fresh. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in their service, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We left feeling full and well looked after. Highly recommend this Harvester – we’ll definitely be back!

Great food, very slow service which was a shame.

As always the food was great… my only concern was when I got the bill and went to pay for it with my card the waitress had already set it to tip… so no option to not tip was given and then I felt pressured into it… where as the waitress bought me an empty glass to fill myself and an empty bowl to get my salad, so no real service tbh.. hence I wasn’t going to tip…..

Wasn't too busy which was great, staff helpful but salad bar was low on stock and took quite a time to replenish

Went in for a quick meal as we were in the area, we were served by Naomi, she was very nice and helpful. We will be returning

Ethan was such a lovely young lad working hard on his own but still had great manners was very polite and service with a smile keep up the good good work Ethan 👌🏽

The location and pub was lovely when we walked in. However it all went down hill the moment we were shown to our table. We hadn’t even taken our coats off when we were asked what we wanted despite half of our party still not arrived. The waitress was rude, was rushing us, and not very pleasant to deal with. We ordered our starter and mains and the starters came fairly quick. However we waited over j hour for our mains. No update, no apology, yet table around us were being served quicker despite them coming in after us. When the food arrived half was cold, items missing, still no apology. No cutlery, no condiments. I asked but waitress didn’t come back. Just awful service. I will never visit this harvester again. Our bill came to £233 but I wish I’d gone to KFC next door

Greeted and served by Ethan today, a really lovely lad took time to explain menu and options. An asset to the Harvester.

Disappointing experience with the service. When we arrived, the staff were too busy discussing dirty alloy wheels to acknowledge us properly. We felt like an inconvenience just asking if a table was available. While we waited, other staff members simply stared rather than offering assistance. A real shame, as good service makes all the difference.

Superb Food, freshly cooked. Excellent Service provided by Staff Member Eni. Wonderful atmosphere that was warm and welcoming, provided by great Hosts.

Its a nice harvester in a convenient place to Glos and Chelt. Usually go late and by then salad bar had been raided. Food portions and quality are good. Waitress was very welcoming

service was good, staff were efficient, prices were reasonable, salad bar was lacking stock, as it was on our previous visit, although it wasnt hecticly busy

The food is great I've given 5* on the service but this is purely for nicky in the restuarant. She is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond. She makes this place,she needs a raise, she works so hard Those in the bar area weren't the happiest bunch when I last went and by the sounds of it,one poor girl had worked 2+hours extra and her manager just kept grunting at her.

Delivery time kept slipping back. Food was warm but not hot when it arrived. The coffee is overpriced compared to other vendors. Average.

Service time was okay, waited around 25 minutes for two meals. When arrived my rare steak was basically well done, my chips weren’t loaded, and the other chips were the wrong ones. They replaced the steak in about 5 minutes, but if anything that one was underdone - practically blue. They also forgot the fried egg off the mixed grill, which i only realised after. Mac and cheese side was far too crispy on top, had to cut it apart with my steak knife. Overall not the best experience, don’t see myself coming back.

I had forgotten about the salad bar , really nice , We had a good meal and great service from Abbie.

Excellent service loved the food

Abby/Abbie was brilliant today, thank you for providing great service and interacting with our child. First time being out as a family as a toddler who can scream, shout, walk and talk and she made us feel at ease.

Food was amazing, even though it took a little while to come (it was really busy in the restaurant this evening) it was still piping hot and delicious. Our server Abbie was fantastic, she’d recognised that we hadn’t had our food yet and went to check on it before we even needed to ask. The atmosphere has a 3 purely because there were children running around the restaurant as if it was a playground..

Staying at the travelodge next door in preparation for my partners surgery tomorrow at Nuffeild Hospital. Abbie was absolutely brilliant and so lovely, even had a chat to us about a tv show we all love. Harvesters are Harvesters got what I was expecting when it came to the food quality but Abbie’s service was exceptional

Fantastic service here! We was served by a lovely lady called Dianne who was so helpful, attentive and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely come back and hope to see dianne again :-) food and salad bar was all fresh and tasty.
