The prices are the same as restaurants but the ribs are a lot smaller last week in Bournemouth the chips were cold and the starters not good at price

Best cheesy mushrooms EVER!! Festive menu was excellent and portions were generous. Rotisserie chicken was very testy too. Scott was particularly good as our server, ensuring we were well looked after. Well be back for more

To be honest I went off Harvester, but this week gone my partner was feeling a bit down , so I thought best to find something that would cheer her up. So I reeled off restaurants and she chooses Harvester. I had a gulp in my throat as I thought oh Sh”t that’s backfired. We go in and to be honest the staff were great the food was bang on and I enjoyed the mini puddings. A lot more vegetarian options now, but would like to see more. Definitely recommend and I will visit again soon.

As always amazing treatment and so welcoming when we come to the harvester. Expecially with an autistic child, nikki and her team welcome him with massive smile and let him go straight to his favourite table. Nikki welcomed us at the table with a lovely bubbly smile and always listens to everything that is required for my child, she even talks to him and makes him smile. Best child friendly pub we know and love coming every time Now to end it with a high with little one eating his favourite pudding strawberry ice cream 🍦 can't wait to come back :)

Bit varied, staff nice and friendly but service could have been faster. Food generally good but random items were cold. Had the English breakfast and clearly the poached eggs and grilled mushrooms had been pre cooked and not heated up properly, also the poached eggs were solid 😞 About par for a harvester but expected either cheaper or better execution

For the price the food is fantastic, and love unlimited salad and drinks, especially with kids. Our Server Sharon couldn’t have been nicer and helped me with the app and vouchers which made it even better. Was a great impromptu dinner and a lovely relaxed family atmosphere.

We pre-booked a table (so not as tho you wasn't expecting us) for 7 adults and a toddler. A table wasn't ready for us and the person who took our name upon arrival made a point of telling us you were short staffed even before we'd booked in. (Made it look as tho he was getting his excuses in early!) Several menu items were unavailable and the server even had to check with the kitchen on more than 2 occasions . We were very close to just paying for our drinks and leaving.

Not great, very average food, nice fish but chips were like thin oven chips with hard ends, a thimble of mushy peas which were not even hot, tried 3 salt sellers and had to open bottom to get any out, next table had same problem, we saw 2 separate couples send steaks back, lettuce in salad bar was brown, such a shame used to be very good here and we used to come at least twice a week

Eni was our server this evening, very attentive and polite, food was great, wine was lovely.

Very disappointing. Ordered the half rotisserie chicken with corn bread and gravy, and the chicken and pepper skewer and a half rack of ribs with barbecue sauce. Cannot understand how you can rotisserie chicken over a flame and not get the skin crispy. Gravy was thick and lumpy. The chicken on the skewer was very dry and the ribs just had the sauce poured over at the end rather than being cooked in the sauce. All the food was cold.

Great knowledge about Gluten free options. Friendly and efficient service from Abbie. Good selection on the salad bar.

Absolute shite, no cutlery on the table, had to ask for this. Had to chase for drinks after about 30 mins. Took over an hour for starters to arrive, when chased for mains we were told it would be about 2 hours from the time we arrived. Don’t even bother wasting your time going there if you are hungry

My mum and I decided to visit harvester when staying in the travel lodge next door for the night. We were met by a friendly chap at the door who quickly seated us. Our server, Eni then came over and offered us drinks. After giving is a nice amount of time to look at the menu, Eni came back over and took our order. Her customer service skills are absolutely phenomenal. We felt at ease and she made sure our orders were correct. My order came a little after my mums so she gave us some free onion rings. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to return. Amazing food and even better customer service!

Harvester has really gone down hill. I paid £19 for a chicken and rib combo and the chicken was tiny, the chips were awful and the corn bread was nothing to write home about. The wife's steak flat bread was tasteless, the steak was ok, but the rest of it was not very appetising, and it had this drizzle of limp salad on it. Certainly not worth the £45 we paid. Even the salad bar has gone down hill, and all the food just looked as if it had been there all day, even though this was 1pm in the afternoon. The food was all just very disappointing given how much we paid for all of it. I was expecting to get full with my combo, and it barely touched the sides. Extremely disappointing and poor. I would have actually preferred to drive the extra few miles and pay the extra money to have a sharing platter at the Hickory's Smokehouse in Quedgeley.

Myself, husband and 2 children had a spur of the moment meal here last week. We booked 10 minutes before the meal, as the place we were going to originally wasn't serving food. We were taken to our seats and greeted by our waitress Eni who told us they had ran out of a couple of items. This didn't bother us we just had something else as it was late in the evening. Our children had so much to choose from it was hard to make there mind up. The waitress Eni was very polite, friendly and efficient, nothing was to much trouble. The salad bar and rolls were still well stocked up even though time was getting on. When our meal arrived it was hot and very tasty and well presented 😋 Our boys couldn't eat it all so we asked for a takeaway box Phoebe from the kitchen gave us one but couldn't find a lid so she took it to the kitchen to clingfilm it. As the boys couldn't eat their pudding the chocolate brownies were wrapped up to take home. Although still quite busy the tables were cleaned and set up for next day, no dirty plates left on tables. Toilets were very clean, and well stocked with the essentials. We had a lovely evening. Thank you Redgrove Harvester we will be back!

Our first visit whilst travelling through Cheltenham today. Tried out the Smoke House Belly Pork and Corn, (new on the menu) at the Harvester Redgrove. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Well done chef! Would recommend this to anyone fancying something different. Very welcoming, friendly & helpful staff both in the restaurant and behind the bar. Keep up the great work.

Came in to try the new menu and we was not disappointed. The chefs produced amazing quality of food and the presentation was fantastic. Me and my partner will definitely be returning to the Redgrove. The service from Ethan was quick and efficient and the chefs Kia and Charlie and Joe should be proud with the standard of food they produced.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. It takes a lot of effort to write a review, but during a cost of living crisis, it’s not fair to let others waste their money. The service was horrendous and the food only slightly better. We ordered from the Sunday 3 course menu which took a long time to come out (this gets better) and during the second course the waitress spilt almost all the chips over my lap whilst serving and though apologetic (I didn’t really mind) no replacement came and neither were we asked how the food was - It was dry, tasteless and there was no salt available or anyone to ask - despite looking around the restaurant nobody asked if we were ok. The table was sticky and not particularly clean but it was tidy and to add insult to the sticky hands there was no soap in the men’s and the hand dryers were faulty. Then pudding didn’t come for 30 mins after the plates had been collected. So I went and asked, then another 20 mins went by, so I asked again. Then it came out. To be fair to the staff they were clearly under pressure and the order was correct. But the whole experience was chaotic, unfulfilling and expensive for what we got. We went to McDonald’s on the way home.

Service was okay. The breakfast was abit wishy washy, by that I mean abit cold and some aspects were really over done. Didn’t enjoy it for the price. Was an easy place for breakfast from the Leonardo hotel.

Food cold. Salad dried. No staff anywhere.

Waited ages and totally ignored by the staff. You can do better than go here.
