Ordered food from here, created my own pizza. Clearly pressed garlic sauce on top but they didn’t. Not only that but instead of deep pan they gave thin crust. Very disappointing.

Do not waste your time. Placed an order via Uber Eats and after 29 minutes of waiting they cancelled the order. Order from Pizza Hut - quick delivery food was lovely and hot.

I didn't receive the Pizza's I ordered nor the extras I paid for. I clearly stated I wanted thin base Pizza's at least 4 times as I had to keep repeating myself over the phone!!! On the fifth attempt to say and clarify "thin base" the line went dead. Shame really as the service used to be fairly good... :-(

Always good pizza just work on time as always say 15 minutes but really mean 30 minutes and it’s still good

Ordered online with delivery. Delivery was a little bit slow, but they called to say they were lost, which I can't fault. Their pizzas are so good and come with a free small pot of dip! Amazing quality

Absolute joke pizza is always burnt would of had a better experience if I had bought a pizza from the supermarket. Also would of been cheaper the quality of the food has really gone downhill on the Cheltenham takeaway.

After waiting 30 minutes for collection, we have received good looking pizza. Anyway taste was awful, oilily and grease. It used to be the best pizza 2 years ago, but not anymore. Avoid!

Ok, entonces ordené una pizza aquí anoche como un cambio, ya que las había usado en el pasado (y también en Swindon) y nunca me había decepcionado. No me decepcionó anoche. . . Por el tiempo de entrega. Después de ordenar a través del sitio web móvil, mi comida llegó en 20 minutos, lo cual es extraño porque normalmente GoGo toma al menos una hora a la que estaba acostumbrado. Los ingredientes parecían quemados y también era como si hubieran cortado la pizza y reorganizado las rebanadas antes de entregarlas. Comí 4/10 rebanadas antes de sentirme enfermo y ahora he estado despierto toda la noche náuseas pero no puedo estar realmente enfermo. La peor pizza que he probado en mi vida.

If I could give less than one star I would. I stressed quite a lot about my severe nut allergy and the fact that partner and daughter have nut allergy too which includes nutmeg. I was told they have no nut ingredients on site, yet we had to change our order when we found out there was nutmeg in one of the ingredients - they did not know. To top it off they gave us chocolate truffles that had nuts in (coconut oil I think it was). The pizza had not been carefully prepared as there was a little bit of the ingredient which contained nutmeg so I had a relapse and anaphylactic reaction. Obviously I had to discard the rest of the pizza too just in case.

Average at best. Cheap collection deal but didn't think much of the pizza. They also close early compared to other takeaways in Cheltenham.

Ordered from here countless times over the last few years, always delicious pizza. However I recently noticed on their website that they now only use halal ingredients. I will never go here again and will discouraging others from doing so too

Joke. Absolute joke. Ordered pizza for collection, they told me it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. And in fact, it was ready, however, it was already cold. I will never trust them again. If you will ever want to make that huge mistake and order pizza in there, please, check if it's hot enough. Mine was stone cold after I arrived home. And I live 0.4 miles away, so I arrived there within 2 minutes. Also, I ordered extra dips, and guess what? No dips in the box. Even though I asked them if they are inside. I trusted this guy. And now I know I shouldn't. I would understand if they were busy. But I was the only customer on take away. It was very quiet Tuesday there. Now I know why. Cherry on the top - all their chicken variations and bacon are made from turkey. And I don't mean the country.

Pizza was good staff were ok Prices were good only reason i lose them a star is because is medium pizza is like a personal pizza from dominos and no where does it specify sizes and while on the phone at the till one of the staff literally shouted down it. Other than that good eat
