The pizza was really disgusting. It is not cooked. I can clearly see even the veggies are not cooked. I called the store to inform they said that the flour has changed . So that’s the reason why it looks white in colour. I asked them even the veggies are not cooked they regret to listen to that.

The guy with the black turban you should avoid in all cost! Refused to take my call and eventually he picked up 20mins before they closed and he was extremely rude and refused to take my order and told me i had to go to the store which i did, however even then he was extremely aggressive and served someone else but not me. I used to work for this company and this is one of the lowest customer service I have experienced in my life. Despite how aggressive he was he was trying to twist the story and still refused to serve me food whilst someone else was there ordering. He refused to provide his name, but please feel free to see the picture of this RUDE AND UNWELCOMING PERSON DOWN BELOW. P.s for I have many videos of the interaction I had with him and his co-workes who refused to provide their or his name

This branch of Dominoes is the most disappointing experience ever. We have had multiple bad experiences with food, but this time the service was just too bad. The shift manager, who was an Asian dude with a turban (specifying this only because we are not allowed to take the names), was extremely rude and gave us the worst customer interaction. When asked for a garlic dip that very clearly came with our order, he kept on denying to give us even after pointing out the menu itself where it was clearly written. His next response was this very rude "I have been working here for 3 years", which I'm not sure how it is relevant to me as a customer. His impolite way of saying "I'm giving it now but pay for it next time" was so inappropriate as we did not ask him for a free profuct or anything. We paid for the entire order and the price included the garlic dip. This particular person whenever we have met with him instore has never been very pleasant but we have not interacted with him much to report this. But this interaction was just plain unpleasant and disrespectful. This is not just about the garlic dip as we did recieve it but only after he showed so much attitude to us and pretended as if we were begging to him to give it to us for free. PS, please note, we are Asians as well, and we were not even in the slightest rude or disrespectful to him. So we do not understand why he had to respond like that to us.

A staff member by the name of Courtney, was really helpful and protected me and my friends from a really drunk adult and protected us by locking him outside, the customer service was also really good as well, we are all really appreciative of her and feel that she deserves more praise than this.

Courtney absolutely great service helping us as a group and made sure we were safe thanks a lot.

Big love to Courtney! Myself and my friends came here for a post New Year’s Eve meal and received great service, especially for such a busy night. Our food was ready in good time and Courtney was so friendly, efficient, and willing to help. We will certainly come again if in need of a late night dinner

Shout out to Courtney. Thee most obnoxious woman I've had the displeasure of dealing with for some time. Cold, undercooked pizza that apparently she cut herself and, was oozing with cheese. Refer to pics. Full order inedible. Avoid... Escalated to Customer Services as advised by said staff member. Less than 1 star.. Already had a response from CS Team having seen the photos. Not the standard expected, apparently! I concur!

I ordered via the app and had to cancel my first order and reorder. Unfortunately both orders were delivered leaving me out of pocket by £47. Avi sorted it out for me promptly and money was back in the back within a couple of days

Ordered semi regularly from here. Thought I'd order for a Birthday treat but got a call telling me the "roads are closed near me" so they can't deliver. The Cheltenham festival is on, but the roads are very much open around me other than one unrelated nearby road which isn't even between me and this location. So it's just an excuse. Guess I can't have nice things on my Birthday after all.

Was told by domino’s my phone number will show up as me having £25 store credit attached to it due to the inconvenience of them taking my money and not delivering my food and to use that £25 credit I’d have to call to place an order. But as soon as I mention the store credit they hang up and every time I call back they answer then hang straight back up every single time!!! If u don’t wanna issue store credit maybe don’t take peoples money then not deliver their food!!!

Extremely rude staff member. When I arrived he was in the phone (no problem). But the phone call lasted for over 5 minutes and he failed even to acknowledge my presence. When I tried to ask how much longer he would be, he half put the phone down and said ‘can’t you see I’m on the phone’ in a very rude and dismissive manager. Clearly it was not acceptable for him to not acknowledge a customer for so long. I asked if he was able to ask one of his colleagues to serve me, to which he dismissed me and said they were not able to. The staff at the back were all stood together chatting, clearly not too busy to serve me. Once the member of staff at the till finally got off the phone, he continued to be rude to me, muttering under his breath as I ordered. He started to mimic the things I was saying as I was asking questions to ensure I got the pizza I wanted. Absolutely disgusting behaviour in a customer service role. Dominos - I would recommend you retrain this person asap or get rid, as he is negatively contributing to your business. Photo of the staff member attached.

Ordered a vegan pizza, took one bite and knew it was real cheese, never trusting dominos again

The pizza was arrived quickly, but it was cold, soggy, and was absolutely dripping with fat. The pepperoni was burnt. The crust was a mess. I can’t believe they sent it out like this, especially when the app stated it was undergoing “quality control”! I won’t be back. And I’m not interested in any “redress”. MUCH better from a number of other pizza places.

Me and my partner ordered 2 large pizzas, we received 2 medium, we actually measured them to be sure we weren’t being silly - compared them to dominoes size reference page. (Sad I know) I rang the shop on High street and they were fairly pleasant about it, the guy said he’d make us 2 new large pizzas but that I had to come and pick up the pizzas, a pain because I’d had them delivered for a reason… I arrived at the dominoes and received another medium pizza, but only one.. I couldn’t be bothered to argue and was already annoyed by the situation so I just left. Moral of the story is - Don’t order from Dominoes high street..

Apart from the delicious pizza, the staff were amazing. I mistakenly ordered to collect from the wrong branch. When I arrived and realised what I had done, I asked the lady if I can switch it to delivery, she did not even let me do anything. She immediately called the branch that had my food and had them deliver it to the one I was at (high street). A big shout out to the lady, the delivery driver who arrived in minutes and the person who answered the phone in the other branch and made sure my food was sent to me immediately. You all made my day! This was today around 07:00 pm

When ordering on the phone the person was inpatient, rude and kept asking the same questions over and over again. When the order was delivered the food was not very warm, the quality was not good. We were very disappointed and will not be ordering again or recommending.

Clean place but just a take away Pizza shop

Pizzas were cold. The one pizza was really dry and didn’t look to be cooked very well The other pizza didn’t look cooked very well the bacon tasted weird and the whole pizza smelt funny.

Useless. Delivery driver took the pizza to the wrong address and the householder accepted it. Driver later realised but nobody thought it necessary to contact me.

Arrived tonight with a friend to order food. The friend got served then the guy at the checkout walked off to make it without checking if We was sharing an order or not. Then I stood waiting for over 10 mins holding my credit card and got ignored. Someone came in after that 10 mins and got served straight away. I’m now off somewhere else

I wanted delivery. The website chose collection. I rang the woman in bath road dominos pizza was so rude towards me and spoke to me like a piece of nothing. And when she asked me about me postcode she pretended not to understand me after I repeated it 8 times. Then proceed to talk to me like a piece of meat. And she hung up the phone 7 times which I kept calling back so I could get my order and she wouldn’t accept it. I’ve honestly never have ever been spoken to like nothing before.She is so bad at communicating with a customer and needs to be let go. I’ve never had a problem with dominos before but apart from this rude woman. You don’t speak to people like that and I’ve recorded it.

Domino's is good pizza, at our old house we used to order from here and since moving about the same distance away from this store but in the other direction they no longer deliver to us because of catchment areas. It is quicker for us to walk to this store than order for delivery from the other store which is a shame because this store used to get our pizzas to us in about 15 to 20 minutes which was really quick.

Went to Domino's around 04:15 on a Saturday night/Sunday morning and orders a personal sized pizza. There were a few people before me but the service was fast beating the estimated time on their system, came out nice and warm, can't complain. Staff were fine, had no complaints. I would eat there again.

I use this dominos for home delivery all the time. The food is the same everytime. Great. Without any vouchers or deals it's way too expensive but I would never pay full price. We also get it for work meetings once a month and it's always on time and as expected. The best pizza in town

I ordered two items costing £21.98. I ordered this at 00:23 and it had only just turned up at 2:47. We were told we’d have an hour wait which we were fine with. And hour and a half later i called to ask where the delivery was. We were told they had called many times as the driver got lost however we haven’t had a single call. I then told him kindly that I wasn’t willing to pay full as we had to wait for 2 and a half hours for COLD food that we were told was being re made. I was then told that my order would be taken away from me if I didn’t pay full. So I payed full and then rang the company and told them what had happened and asked for £5 for the troubles caused in a calm and collected manner. She hung up on me after 3 minutes. I am furious with the actions that have been made. Their food may be good but their service is terrible!

Ordered from the shop and took home two thin crust pizzas for the family, what we got was two stiff wafer thin burnt crispy pizzas which weren’t edible. I get that due to the thin base ~ thin crust pizzas can be crispy on the edges, but these pizzas were crispy right through to the middle and when held up didn’t move and were as crunchy as kettle chip crisps. I phoned and spoke to the manager and was very rudely told that’s how thin crust pizzas are supposed to be, I refused to accept this because I’m not a complete imbecile. So I drove all the way back to the shop. Whilst talking to the staff the tall big built manager emerged from the back with his trying to intimidate moody look on his face, he refused to back down and said it’s the way the pizzas are meant to be. He already had two fresh pizzas waiting for me, but I didn’t get an apology from him. This is disgusting customer service. What happened to being friendly to people and manners? I should of been apologised to for all of the inconvenience caused to me. We got home to find that one of the pizzas was okish but still crispy enough to snap in half all the way through and the other one was even worse that the first two! I won’t be going here again that’s for sure!

I have spent 20 minutes on and off the phone with a member of staff to tell me they can't find the address on their system. So I ask if I'm with in their delivery range and the response I get is " yes we do delivery". After further phone calls which were deliberately left to ring I was then told that they were not sending a driver to a place that apparently didn't exist. To which I then asked again if I'm out of their delivery range. I was again met with the same reply. Its as if their staff have no idea on how far their delivery range is or even if they care. If I was told that I was outside the delivery range straight away I wouldn't of wasted 20 minutes making phone calls and trying to " find the road that I'm on and the address." Also the mannerism of the staff that I was communicating with was appalling she was assuming that i didnt know where I lived with her ending call without giving me a reason as to why I couldn't place an order repeatedly, forcing me to call back again and again. The only reason I would go there now is if it was the only place open and then I wouldn't be too hopeful on recieving food.

Well nothing special to say save that their delivery was rather slow. Food as normal for Dominos. Nothing out of the ordinary. Online ordering was rather complicated and had to try 3 times before the order went through.

I ordered a pizza with my partner last night, as it was as Easter Sunday we expected it to be busy and were very patient. After an hour and 20 minutes I called dominoes to check on the eta of the pizza. It took 10 minutes to get through to speak to someone, I was informed they were very busy and that the pizza was on its way. It did arrive shortly after- which was fine, we expected a long wait. However what I did not expect was to spend £18.00 on a pizza, wait an hour and a half, to open it and find my pizza was stone cold and hard, completely inedible. I attempted to ring them to ask for a different pizza (I was not interested in a refund, I just wanted warm food to eat). My partner rang dominos who repeatedly hung up on him. I rang dominos for 20 minutes until someone answered, a rather rude gentleman that when I explained the problem told me to “wait there” and put me on hold for 6 minutes. After being taken off hold, I was informed that because they were “very busy” I would not be receiving another pizza, and with no apology all we can do is refund you (which I am still yet to receive). This wouldn’t usually be a problem, but as I am staying in a closed hotel with no access to a kitchen to heat up my pizza, and as it was so late by the time I got a response from dominos, all other restaurant/takeaways were shut. So all in all, I spent almost 2 hours from ordering the pizza to trying to get another one sent, and all I have to show for it is a cold hard pizza, a hungry belly and I’m down £18.00. I understand that restaurants get overwhelmed and “very busy” (I also work in a restaurant) but what I don’t understand, is why you would accept to do a pizza, charge me, then deliver me absolute rubbish and then refuse to resend what I paid for. Very disappointed.

Hard work placing an order and then they forgot two bottles of coke which is fine and I forgot about it (who cares it’s only coke). But then when you spend £45 on the next order and just ask them to throw in the two colas they forgot last time, you end up feeling interrogated. I ask why he’s squabbling over coke and he either adds it or doesn’t, it’s really no biggy! He wouldn’t budge and said he didn’t have evidence of the call. In fact I had a log of the call made just a few days before. What got me cross was he went on to say he’d give me the second pizza free but then when I ended the call I found out that that offer was in anyway. Quite bad really! £45 will be going to another company next week :)

First of all that don't deliver to where I live which I think is pathetic and when I book the order online and they tell me to be there at a certain time I made sure I was there on time but when I arrived was made to stand there for ten minutes as my order was not ready and by the time it was ready it was past the collection time by 20 mins then they have the ordasity to try only giving one garlic pizza bread instead of two I mean I would understand if they were busy but I was the only customer in there further more the manager was rude and there is no parking around that area only double yellows.So i made a comaint online about this and was told they will get the franchiee to contact me directly ie:the manager so they prank called me once so it looked like that have rang me to discuss this with me and when i rang back they said they had the wrong number?I have made an effort since this to avoid this store and i advise you do the same.Bad store all around wont be visiting ever again.

Pizza was late as usual (been a customer for years), and this time the order was incorrect. Manager apologised and dispatched the order again. Late again (2hour delivery) and the replacement pizza had the wrong toppings yet again. Funny thing is he confirmed our order, and our boxes had our order on the label but not on the pizzas lol! So we inform the manager to be told we will be sent a free pizza voucher via email. 2 weeks later, with no email received, we ring the manager to investigate only to be err'd by the broken English speaking phone operator. We were told they were busy and the manager was unavailable and they would call back. Very impolite and put the phone down bluntly. Would recommend if you fancy gambling that the phone operator can understand your order, and best of luck trying to complain if the order is wrong!! P.S. Just ordered papa johns with the other half, on time and tasty lol!

Best Domino's pizza ever! Though more expensive than most pizza takeouts, this is the best Domino's I've ever had. Piping hot on arrival and delicious to the last bite - even better cold. Recommend for late night eats after night out!

The place to go for takeaway pizza in Cheltenham. Waayyy better quality and cleanliness than Pizza Hut. Good offers and reasonable delivery times. Ordered from here hundreds of times over the past 3 years as a student. Always get your order right too.
