The pizza was very nice, however disappointed to have been charged an extra £4 for a half and half pepperoni and margarita pizza only to receive a plain margarita.

Got both our orders wrong and portions were small. When I called them up they did offer us a free meal on next visit to compensate, which was decent of them, however I won’t be returning.

The pizza here is simply amazing! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside. Toppings are fresh, and the sauce is bursting with flavor. They offer a wide variety of options, from classic Margherita to Meat feast!!!! Too good 😍😍

ordered a falafel wrap with salad, got a falafel burger with lettuce only: hardly a salad. worst falafel have ever had. Suggest you look up on google on how to make a falafel wrap as obviously you have no idea. Here is the definition of "Salad":' a cold dish of various mixtures of raw or cooked vegetables'. Dont think they understand "mixture". Quite pathetic.

Dona kebab, with tiny bit of chilli sauce was ordered...I got a kebab drenched in it. By the time I got home (5 mins) it was soggy and soaked in grease. Absolutely vile! Garlic bread was burnt, not just slightly...I mean proper burnt. I wish I'd checked my food before I left, because I certainly wouldn't of paid.

Nice place but not the cheapest for a fast take away. Seating inside. It's clean and tidy and worth a go, smells great and food is good

Used to buy from here all the time, bought a large pizza (not XL) which cost £26 - 4 toppings! Their supreme pizza which has 7 toppings is £18 for a large, make it make sense, penalising people for wanting what they want seems to be the business model these days, won't be ordering again. The 4 toppings btw were pepperoni, mushroom, jalapeno, black olives.

Best pizza by far! Really great value for money. Food always comes quick and hot when arrives. I prefer the burgers before the changed to "Angus patties" and would rather have a choice of sauce like before. Need a few more flavours for milk shakes (skittles)

The pizza here is some of the best in Cheltenham, which is saying something. As a local, having a reasonably priced and quality pizza place around the corner makes the area so much better, it's our go-to takeaway now!

We routinely use Pan Pizza for work - we have always found their online ordering to be easy to use, with no issues. The delivery team are great, friendly and prompt in delivery. Overall, would highly recommend them for delivery.

Worked here 20+ years ago, when they were the best pizzas in town. And after having one the other day, still the best in town. Highly recommended. Nom nom nom.

Avoid!! I ordered doner meat and chips, I was nearly finished, I found a black hair in my food, so I went up and told them, and the woman shrugged and said it’s not mine. The man then replaced my meal with chicken meat and chips, but when it was ready, the woman give it me, she gave me an evil glare and walked off My boyfriend ordered a mixed kebab and it’s definitely not worth it, a few pieces of different meat and salad with pita bread, but mostly salad, not worth £11.99 Definitely won’t be going again. Avoid at all costs!!

Had a medium pepperoni pizza, the crust was so crispy and the topings perefecly seasoned, for me the best in Cheltenham.

Contrary to the negative reviews I have never been let down by my go to pizza place. Always arrives hot and in good time, exactly as ordered.

I called up to order mine and my partner some food and the person who answered the call was rude and asked me to hurry up as the was closing soon when online it says they close at midnight I called at half 10! Will not be ordering from this company again not great customer service at all!! My order has come and they forgot to put cheese on my burgers when I clearly asked for cheese burgers!

Pizza burnt and no garlic butter or cheese on garlic bread with cheese!!!!! Called three times to complain but apparently the manager can’t see anything wrong with what we received despite viewing the pictures….WTF!!!!

We have been buying takeaway from Pan Pizza for a while and usually they are quite good. However, last order took over an hour, when we chased it still took another 20 minutes so we assume they had forgotten to even cook anything! Other than the garlic bread that looked like it had been cooked for over an hour! My sons pizza was ham and pineapple rather than ham and pepperoni, rang again to complain, was promised a refund have never received one. there are plenty of other places to buy Pizza in Cheltenham.

Wow just had my first Pan Pizza after being recommended by a friend. This is one of the most tasty pizzas I’ve ever had. I’m already looking forward to my next one. The toppings were thick and delicious, perfect base and crust. Our pizzas were delivered at the time we asked for them, piping hot and and ready to eat. Great food and service.

I saw the poor reviews of this place and thought that is not the experience I have had so figured I'd give them a positive one. I order pizza's regularly using their online site all the time - usually go for the meal deal with two medium pizzas with any 3 toppings and a fries. I've been ordering from this place for the last 20 years, since it was Pisa Pizza and I've never had a bad pizza. I always pick up to make sure I get them nice and hot so can't speak for the delivery issues. The order is usually ready to go in 15 minutes so I am there as it comes out of the oven.

Their pizzas are probably the best in Cheltenham. I've been getting pizza from Pan Pizza for years and they are always delicious. My favourite pizza is the Four seasons. But quite often I create my own pizza. They are very reasonably priced and always nice and hot when delivered. Can't wait for my next pizza! Also they have great service and open late! :-)

This pan pizza is the best I have ever tried

Ordered 2 regular pizzas in a deal and 4 pieces of fried chicken for about £20. What I received was in fact 2 mini pizzas cut into 4 tiny slices which we're completely overcooked and only 2 pieces of chicken. The deal said each pizza came with 3 toppings so I opted for triple bacon. On each pizza, there was about a third of a rasher worth of off-colour (greyish), salty, watery bacon which tasted like the cheap stuff you can find in petrol stations. I called up thinking that I'd obviously been given the wrong order, the person on the phone replied "regular means small" - and apparently their idea of small means a 7" mini pizza which is the same size as a Dominoes "personal" pizza (but 10x worse quality)! On a positive note, the cashier then said they would send the 2 missing pieces of chicken. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes for the two pieces to travel 1.5km from the restaurant to my house. The chicken itself had a flavourless breadcrumb batter and was clearly very cheap frozen meat. It was tough, gritty and had a strange dark brown/grey colour. Of the 4 total pieces of chicken which eventually arrived, 2 we're completely inedible (I couldn't work out what parts of a chicken they had come from) and were thrown away. The remaining two pieces were vile and a waste of money. I received this food for the cost of what would be 2 full bags of shopping at Lidl! I was very disappointed by the standards of this business and will not be spending any more money there in the future. Their "regular" pizza deal needs to be amended as it's clearly meant to mislead the (mostly inebriated) customers they rely on to stay open. If you're thinking of getting a late-night takeaway from here - just go and grab 2 oven pizzas from the nearest 24hr you'll save a lot of money and the food will be much better quality!

Best pizzas in town. Domino's and the other chain names are over priced and such a disappointment. This place has not let me down once. And so cheap, cheers guys.

Pizza was tasty but the “regular” sized pizza should definitely be called small. £11 for 8 small slices of pizza isn’t exactly great value. Left a note telling the delivery driver to come to the side entrance, he went to the front.

My daughter orders pizzas fairly regularly and in all fairness they are OK..but avoid the burgers..the suppliers of the burgers need changing..they are fatty and full of gristle .. I was actually crunching cartilage. Pan pizza..hear what I'm saying..change your burger suppliers..

Ordered delivery pizzas on a Saturday evening, delivered in good time still really hot. Omg stuffed crust was amazing and great toppings. Had some left over so Snack time for Sunday, the pizza box even advised best way to re heat. New favourite weekend treat for us 😄👍🏼

Tasty food but it was 20mins late when I phoned up they told me it was on its way and put phone down very poor customer service doing that won’t be ordering from them again.

I have been using Pan Pizza for 10 years now since moving to Chelt, I have always had amazing pizza, in fact, it is my fave in Chelt. I have never had issues with online orders either, from their website or just eat. I have ordered from home and the hospital on a night shift and always had hot tasty food delivered on time.

I can't count how many times I've made orders here, and been told they were rejected. Either via the shop's own site or JustEat. If you persevere enough, and swap between ordering platforms, the order may go through. But if it does, it's really not worth it. Just click on a takeaway site that can deal with your order.

The guy behind the counter is really stand off ish and they got my order wrong. Resulting in me having to wait double the time. Once i got home i realised there were still things missing from my order. Would not reccomend.

I ordered hot wings and it took 15 minutes to get them as they were passed through an oven. The point about hot wings is that they're ready when you want them. What actually came out were BBQ wings, which were basically fine, but I assumed I was getting fried chicken. The place has an odd vibe. Lots of kitchen staff milling about. Feels like they need to step things up a notch, but maybe it's standard for a late night on The Strand.

Had chicken burger, Donner kebab, chips and coleslaw for me and the girlfriend, first of all the lettuce on the burger and kebab was so dull and watery that I could of threw it at the wall and it would of stuck to it! Chips were defiantly reheated, as they were soggy and the coleslaw was just so dry I put it in my mouth and had to spit it out! Very disappointed as it's been 'bigged' up to me as a good takeaway!!

This place is the best place on town for takeaway food. It's hygienic and the staff are really friendly. I recommend the chicken kebabs!
