Coffee was fine, cake selection ok too. Pity that the staff when serving you use head sets / microphone to talk to drive through customers at the same time.

Friendly / efficient service. Very nice chocolate tiffin and coffee was fine. Toilet could have been better maintained (untidy).

The best Costa in the UK. Great staff, great coffee, all of Elaines staff are polite and very helpful. Always clean, it's a big unit (I can always get a good table). Music is not too loud, a very light space given the massive windows that let in the SUN. Plenty of spacious parking. Love it. The only complaint I have is that the Senior management have change the rewards from 8 to 10, a little sneaky for me.

Exceptionally clean venue, with well stocked shelves and quick service. Most importantly, friendly and professional staff who seem genuinely pleased to serve you!!!

Arrived early for a wedding so went to the Costa for drinks and to kill time. Went to the drive through as a novelty and bought some drinks. Parked in the free car park to have our drinks. Took a while to go through the drive through. Would have been quicker to park first and order in the store. Clean environment. Air conditioning on max in the loo, so a bit like a walk in freezer.

Popped yesterday. Slightly industrial quirky finish to the tables and chairs. Lots of interesting wall art - loved the hand drawn area map. Coffee bean bags. A nice cosy relaxed vibe. Looked in the cake cabinet - oh my words I’ve never seen so many flavours of tray bake & brownies. A lot with various chocolate bars incorporated in them. I ate an almond brownie. Delicious & sticky. Coffee was superb. I’d happily pop in regularly if I lived closer.

We visit Cheltenham every year but this was our first time at Primavera. We then learned that friends had reserved a table there for the four of us for a few nights later. We were more than happy to return for a second go! The food is excellent, not overfacing, and beautifully cooked. A short and entirely Italian wine list, which was a refreshing change from the norm. We only ate in the downstairs room, so can’t speak for upstairs, but the restaurant was clean and fresh, and well presented. Ana was a perfect balance of friendly but professional. Finally, we felt it was extremely good value for money. We will definitely return here next time we are in Cheltenham.

First walking into the restaurant, the decoration is really cool, I love how it’s decorated with items like cricket bats and gloves representing India’s national sport and bright colours. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive and kind welcoming us into the dining area and offering us far far snacks (which were tasty). The food itself was probably the best authentic Indian food I’ve had, getting to try panipuri was a bucket list item for food which I’ve got to check off, and the railway goat curry was my first time trying goat and I am hooked! Unbelievably tender and the curry was flavourful and spicy!
