Costa Coffee in Cheltenham

Great atmosphere and decor, it was my go-to cafe on Bath Road. This time my milk was almost off, so my tea wasn’t very nice. I had a sweet potato, mozzarella & spring onion roll but it only had sweet potato, a pea-size piece of cheese and no spring onion, very disappointing. Much better places close by.

Nice coffee place. I visited it multiple times as it is a perfect spot to touch the ground with your friends or colleagues. Mid prices, good service, though a very nice atmosphere here. I especially like the armchairs and sofa where you can sit comfortably. There is nothing too special, but definitely recommended for the cafe lovers to attend! Take away available.

Amazing place great food and a great server named dani

My partner and I visited this restaurant recently and really enjoyed it. The food was tasty and the portions were generous. Staff were also very friendly and the service was prompt. The restaurant was in a good central location and had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely return.

We visited this chip shop today around lunchtime and were met with a very rude member of staff. Due to the circumstances, we couldn’t get any food, which we completely understand. However, the way we were treated was unacceptable—the staff member shut the door in our face and showed no sincerity or apology for the situation. Even if we could get food in the future, we certainly won’t be returning. I’d strongly suggest providing customer service training to your staff, as there was no need for such rudeness.
