Have been here before (the pandemic) and always loved the service but this time although we were shown to a table and given menus that was it, normally once you're sitted someone comes and ask if you'd like a drink while you're looking at the menu but not this time, we were blatantly ignored so we left........very disappointed.......the young girls who were l guess suppose to be working seem very disinterested and bored.....

Really disappointed- chicken was physically cold to touch. Returned food for a fresh meal when the manager tonight 30.08.24 came out with an attitude about the food being returned. No refund was provided. Terrible service towards a 9 month pregnant lady just making sure her dinner was adequately cooked through.

Clean and tidy nice staff, but it was my 1st and last visit to any Nando's Can't say food was rubbish or distasteful, just extremely expensive and not too our palette

Food was decent but on the small side- maybe this is just Nandos though. Greeter was nice however no attentiveness from staff who just mostly stood around- had to find the drinks machine and cutlery myself. Could do with "refills over there etc" Clean throughout.

Ordered a take out in time for the Boks vs Wales game. Having eaten Nando’s whilst living in South Africa (where it originates from) the food was of very poor quality. The chicken livers were chopped up with no sauce at all, the accompanying Portuguese roll which you’re supposed to use to soak up said non existing sauce didn’t arrive. The fives sticks of halloumi arrived as two skinny slices laid at the bottom of a large box of air. The grilled miele was only grilled in one stripe not all over and was over cooked and dry. The coleslaw wasn’t too bad. The boneless thighs were surprisingly dry and lack lustre. Over all the meal was very disappointing and a very pale comparison to the authentic Nando’s. Thank goodness the game didn’t disappoint!🇿🇦

Went late afternoon on a Friday so was pretty quiet. Service was good, food came quickly. Food was okay, mashed potatoes was not good, very dry, but otherwise okay.

It's always a decent experience at Nando's, ideal for me wanting a quick meal whilst travelling on business, but also wanting something tasty. There's rarely much of a queue here, but neither it is dead, and service is always good and speedy, ideal when dining alone.

Last few times they've got my order massively wrong? First time they forgot the extra things I ordered with my wrap (halloumi and sauces) Next time the wrap was extremely underfilled (it was 90% lettuce, 9% sauce and about 1% meat) This time I ordered a wrap with the BBQ sauce and they put the hottest sauce I've ever had on. I'm not afraid of spice by any means but my mouth is currently on fire and my eyes are watering! They also put the peri stuff on my plain chips which is annoying because I didn't have any part of my order that was just how I like it.. and it was through deliveroo, so I can't exactly ask for help.

Who doesn't love a Nandos!! Great food and chicken as always. Lots to choose from and variety of spices heat and sides. Their puddings are also great and overall a fab meal for the family.

COR BLIMEY! Best nandos i’ve ever been to (and i’ve been to a lot). Server was Beccy and she made us feel so welcome, personally hand delivering the Saka sauce I requested. Staff were smiley and food was delicious. A well run organisation. Hats off to the managers ❤️

You know what you're getting with Nando's. Having said that, not bringing people cutlery and napkins is a bit much. No soap in the dispensers in the bathrooms.

Went for a quick evening meal had the hummus piri piri starter hummus had bits of plastic in it, probably swallowed som I guess came from the container it was prepared in, got a sore throat, don't go for this starter, manger said she will investigate got refunded starter and main meal

The place was packed when we went! The food was great and came out really quickly, the staff got part of our order wrong but they remade it almost immediately for us. Would go back again.

We had a meal here after the pantomime Sleeping Beauty at the Playhouse. We go here regularly as it's reasonably priced and you don't have to wait too long for the food. Service generally is very good but of course a lot of it is really self service!

It was OK, rather average to be honest. Nothing really stood out in terms of food or staff or general atmosphere.

Very good staff were very helpful were given an estimated time of 20 minutes but got a table after about 10 minutes good food, will go again if in the area.

This was the 1st time I've been to a Nandos and was honestly very surprised.. The chicken tasted amazing and was moist which was fantastic as I had thoughts it would turn out dry.. The Peri Chips are definitely worth a try!! Very nice place and staff that are helpful.

At this nandos, the staff were extra attentive and made an effort to treat you well. I've never had drinks filled and bought to me in a nandos, but this was the first time that had happened. They also bought us cutlery, serviettes and sauces without us having to get up and get them. The atmosphere was the same as a normal nandos and the food again was the same but otherwise the service was great! I would just note that there did seem to be a long queue at the till to order food (but this isn't a them issue as they have QR codes on the table for this exact reason). Considering this was our stop from a long trip I can say overall this was a good munch ;)

Nandos has always been a nice and reliable place to eat. Having allergies they have always been happy to run through the allergen list and make a note on the order for you Have always enjoyed the food and bottomless drinks are a bonus!

Popped in for a quick bite, had a grilled chicken wrap with 2 sides and bottomless drinks, took some time to get the food, but had to ask for drinks, was advised to order on the app, which whilst was OK, didn't get the chance to ask about dishes?? But good none the less

We had halloumi, medium half chicken with rice and coleslaw and the pepper and cheese dip. Excellent quality food, staff were friendly. Toilets were clean.

Always great food and speedy service from lovely and friendly staff. Food portions have decreased and prices have gone up but that is no different from anywhere else these days so cannot be helped. I have found that the Cheltenham branch’s food always tastes miles above any others I have visited so big thumbs up for that! Facilities are always spotless and tables, cutlery etc. are very well cleaned.All in all highly recommended for a friendly and relaxed place to eat with plenty of good food and people.

After my second visit to Nando's I was convinced of my previous suspicions. The chicken (ordered burgers and wraps) are not being flame grilled and marinaded properly!! You can replicate the same chicken using their sauces!!! Having lived in South Africa where Nando's originated I can tell you the breasts are chargrilled in appearance and taste!

A group of six of us popped in before heading for the cinema, I wish we hadn't! The staff we unhelpful, the ordering of the food is ludicrous especially for families. The food when It arrived was tasteless and over cooked. The kitchen was also poorly maintained in the various stations - there are far better places to eat in the brewery so recommend eating else where!

it was my first trip to this Nando's, it was very busy because of the cinema opposite, and many people eating before the film Dunkirk started, I was shown straight to a table and ordered extra hot Peri Peri Chicken with 2 sides, staff were really friendly and the service was very good, the food came in good time and it was excellent, the restaurant soon emptied and was a pleasant atmosphere and I enjoyed the meal.

We were sat down promptly and welcomed by the waitress. She knew we were going to a film right after the meal and took our order immediately.We then waited and waited and waited as all those who had ordered after us got served. We saw parts of what turned out to be our meal hanging around for over 20 minutes. It seems that belatedly they had remembered to cook my burger. The meal arrived well over thirty minutes later (and they had suggested that 5-10 minutes would be about the time needed)These things happen! However, the young and very ineffective manager who was called by the waiter to deal with this very long wait could have done better than saying sorry over and over again. An offer of a complementary drink, a voucher or a small discount would have added effect to his words.We squeaked into the cinema just before our film started and in truth the food was good and the staff very pleasant. It is a very busy, lively and young restaurant, but a fun place to go. Just hope that nothing goes wrong as they struggle to put it right.

Nando's es un favorito mío cuando vamos al cine. Fuimos a lo largo de la noche y otros que no sorprendió fue que concurrido, llevado a una mesa muy rápido. Fui a la orden y, a continuación, llegar cubiertos me pareció que tenía que ordenar a través de conseguir cualquier otras limpias. Nuestra comida llegó, que era precioso, pero el personal era constantemente al acercarse a preguntar si la comida estaba bien (dos veces) o si necesitábamos salsas (dos veces), una vez en el principio que estaba bien, pero de nuevo cuando casi habían terminado. Me pareció muy desagradable.

We all love Nando's and the food is consistently good, served quickly and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I do see them always cleaning and tidying but the floor and the tables were not at their cleanest on this visit on this occasion.

Normalmente no escribo comentarios Nando's, pero tuve que hacer una excepción en esta ocasión. Yo comer aquí mucho ya que es mi ciudad natal y el personal siempre es amable y servicial. Comimos allí esta noche y mención especial a Justin para ir más allá de lo esperado, una ventaja real para la empresa.

Mi familia no podía creer que yo nunca había estado Nando's antes, así que mi madre me llevó allí el pasado fin de semana. Compartimos un medio pollo, y me spice ordenados mazorcas de maíz y verduras asadas como guarniciones. Mi madre pidió el arroz, guisantes y macho y me encantó. Me pareció que el maíz en la mazorca era fantástica, y pudieron hacer lácteos gratis para mí, era genial. Lo que más sorprendió fue el pollo. Era tan húmeda y suculento, no me lo podía creer. Para un restaurante de la cadena, yo realmente estaba sorprendido por la increíble calidad del pollo. Me pareció que el servicio y la relación calidad-precio era muy buena. Sin duda, aquí. También es conveniente que está justo al lado del cine. Sin embargo, lo único que no me gustó y no terminar fueron las verduras asadas. Realmente no me gustó el sabor y la textura parecía que estaba cruda.

Sólo tenía una comida familiar en Nando's. El domingo a las 6 de la tarde, así que no estaba demasiado concurrido, ordenar y el servicio eran muy rápido como siempre y la comida era fantástica! Muslos de pollo deshuesada con arroz y guisantes picante macho me regalo; 5 alas, patatas fritas y ensalada para mi hija; butterflied pechuga de pollo, patatas fritas y una mazorcas de maíz para mi hijo; halloumi hamburguesa, ensalada y patatas fritas para mi esposa. Sabor fantástico con la habitual variedad de salsas peri-peri y buenas porciones de tamaño, nos fuimos allí y amplios. lleno Volver el pollo hígados la próxima vez.

Really nice place to go with friends or kids for a meal out. Specialises in Chicken and it's Peri-Peri sauce ! Note that it can get quite busy on weekend and during school holidays !

Seated quite quickly on a busy night. Food served fast and well cooked. Special mention should go to Siena, very smiley, fun and energetic. A real asset to your business!

Nando's es siempre bueno, pero este era mejor que la media. A pesar de tarde de sábado nos sentaron enseguida y tuvimos una excelente ayuda de el chico que tomó nuestra orden, sugiriendo alternativas para pedir lo que queríamos. Entrega muy rápida de comida. La calidad de la comida era la mejor que he tenido en un Nando's. Personal mantiene el lugar ordenado a pesar de negocios.No es un 5 estrellas por inmersión y aseos maloliente y porque aunque nadie prisa nosotros nos sentimos presionados vice relajante.

As Nando's go this is of the usual high standard. Service is quick and the food is always very good. Conveniently located for the cinema so it's a great place to eat and drink before moving on.

Llegamos a Nando's el Domingo 11:55 am - nos la tabla 3 rd para sentarse.Nos dijeron que la calefacción se rompió y hacía mucho frío.La chica mala en el pedidos hasta estaba verdaderamente ahí parados con frío mientras usando haga temblar una camiseta.Pedí pan de ajo para comenzar; luego una envoltura y patatas fritas para mí y una hamburguesa y patatas fritas para mi pareja.Me dijeron que no había bebidas calientes? ? ?Por el tiempo que me extrajeron dos colas de la máquina de bebidas y llegamos a la mesa del pan de ajo ya habían llegado no hubiera sido en cualquier lugar cerca de una parrilla y fue así que no tuvimos la mantequilla sin cocer se evapora.Me empujaba a un lado se negaba a comer.Dos minutos más tarde el literalmente llegado bien la principales envoltura pueden haber sido fría debido al hecho de que era el 90%, pero las patatas fritas lechuga eran frías.Si vas a preguntar al cliente a sentarse en un restaurante en enero sin calefacción que sirve comida caliente y bebidas calientes.No nos ofrecieron una restitución y la explicacion de la camarera era de estremecimiento no puedes esperar comida caliente cuando está menos temperatura en aquí.No contentos.No volveré,PS dicen que tienen wifi, pero no estaba conectado
