Anna did an amazing job on our wedding cake!! We came into the process a bit late, but thankfully she was available and really helped us make our (admittedly random) visions turn into a beautiful and delicious cake. All of our guests absolutely loved it -- I was worried we'd have so much cake to take home with a small-ish turnout, but they definitely enjoyed it enough to eat more than I expected! The initial booking and coordination with Anna was great, everything went so smoothly, really can't recommend Sugar Bowl Bakes highly enough!

I took my niece on a cake decorating course for her Christmas present. We had a really fun time and our cupcakes looked great! Anna was very welcoming, helpful and put us at ease. She's a good teacher, we learned loads of techniques and tips. There was a mix up with dates but Anna was quick to sort it out. Thanks for a special experience!

I don't like wedding cake, so decided to have a big pile of brownies for our wedding last weekend instead. Anna put loads of thought and creativity into it, communicated very professionally throughout the process and pulled off the perfect brownie tower that we'd hoped for. Everyone at the wedding agreed they're the best brownies they'd ever tried. I just wish I'd asked for a bigger tower so that there were more to bring home!

I'm a hobby baker and have been making the odd cake for family and friends. As I'm making a wedding cake this year, I decided to spend the day with Anna learning the basics of cake making. We worked with buttercream and created a delicious Lambeth cake. We covered how to get a smooth finish on a layered cake, piping techniques, and lots of other techniques and tips from Anna's years of experience as a pro! Anna is a great teacher and I'd recommend investing in a course with her. Thanks Anna 😀

Anna isn’t just a cake maker, she is an artist. Her creations are outstanding and heartfelt. She beautifully made cookie cakes for my father’s and grandmother’s funerals. They were eaten very quickly at the wakes with everyone asking who on earth made them. They were melt in the mouth. I can’t recommend SBB enough. Thank you Anna x

We had the most delicious wedding cake made by Anna! The flavours she offered were gorgeous, our favourite being mango and passion fruit! The cake was decorated beautifully and she even helped us with our odd request of arranging a toy dog nibbling the cake! Anna makes truly delicious cakes. Anna made the cake for our wedding and we had so many compliments. A real pleasure to deal with in the run up to the wedding and in the sampling / booking process too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anna to anyone!

Anna made our wedding cake back in November 2019 and It was absolutely perfect. I was so blown away when I saw it, she did everything I wanted and even put her own little stamp on it. Her customer service is impeccable and she kept us updated every step of the way. I felt as if she was as excited for the wedding as us. Most importantly it was the best cake we have ever tasted and we still have family and friends telling us how delicious our wedding cake was! Couldn't recommend enough.

Best cake ever-fact!! My one daughter is dairy intolerant, so Anna made the most beautiful unicorn, dairy free cake for her and, hand on Heart, you wouldn’t have known. I was amazed!
