The food used to be incredible with the previous owners. Now lets go through each dish and ill explain what was so bad about it, now I'm annoyed because it was very expensive at £53 for the quality im not happy. In this case we ordered: Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls - The Batter was fine on outside but inside was too much batter and not enough pork. Salt and Pepper Chips - This was the best part, but it was too dry still and not crispy enough quite limp. Salt and Pepper Prawns - There was too much fried batter and too much space underneath between batter and prawn. Curry Sauce - This is a big disappointment as previously this was one of their standout recipes. In this case it was too sweet and wasn’t at all enough spice or flavour, it almost seems too artificial. Crispy Chilli Beef - This is a joke, it literally is just batter in sweet and sour sauce not a Chili sauce. Now theres literally the tiniest shred of beef perhaps i guess? But you really don’t taste it, its just batter. Singapore Chow mein extra spicy - It wasn’t spicy at all and the noodles were too dry and lacking flavour. Beef Curry with Rice - It used the curry sauce which is not good and the beef was of low quality and too limp didn’t seem cooked enough. Spring Rolls - Used to be a nice thicker size, now they’re very small like a tampon size literally. The content inside also wasn’t enough, it just wasn’t great either. Dissapointed because of the price and thats with free prawn crackers and spring rollls bag…. Please improve recipes, thank you.

Fast delivery and absolutely superb food every time we order. I love the crispy duck pancakes and duck hoisin main. We always get too excited and order too many starters. Mains get abandoned until the following day which I feel is a bonus. Wholeheartedly recommended

We've just enjoyed a lovely take away, which was much needed after an afternoon of gardening. Satay chicken appetiser, kung pho beef and Singapore vermicellii. Would happely have it again.

Been a customer for years and loved the food. Under new ownership. Prices have increased enormously and they've taken my favourite dish off the menu. Sadly, I won't be able to afford it now.

Visiting Cheltenham decided on a takeaway, chicken curry, chips, chicken chow mein, shredded beef. Came in 20 mins, hot tasty, highly recommended.

Probably my favourite Chinese in Cheltenham, we usually get the Singapore chow mein and the crispy shredded beef and it always taste great. They also take card which is very convenient!

Well I must say I Have been using Superwok in Benhall for as many years I can remember but last nights take away was the worst I have ever had I had two mouth full of my chicken curry then I had to stop eating it as it had no taste .

The only Chinese we will go to now!

Very rude staff accused me of being somebody else. Openly breaking the law with a £12 minimum spend on card. I would avoid this shop like the plague!

Every meal I have chosen from here on and off in the last decade or so has been SUPERB. Last Friday I had a Singapore Fried Rice that as a culinary experience was up there with everything top class, WORLDWIDE, including my late Mum and Grandma's offerings. UPDATE - best quality Chinese anywhere but low on efficiency. Walk in and order and have to wait 45 minutes. Live local but ring for delivery and they have no drivers. I mean ......??

During the week is not busy as the weekend. The food are good 0with friendly service.

Absolutely adore their veggie value meal and the spring rolls are delicious. Food is always hot and fresh, good value for money, and good service. Highly recommend

First time we used them this evening, lovely not greasy tasty food, far better than the takeaway in up Hatherley which we won't use again.

I wasn't thrilled with my order to be honest. Chips were nice. Black bean was lacking flavour and I'm sure my hoisin sauce had been watered down. I drank it to get the much loved flavour I was after.

Love there barbecue spare ribs with sauce and egg fried rice.

The first Chinese restaurant I had in Swansea was this one, and it was really delicious, especially the garlic spare ribs, which were really highly recommended, and they always had some new dishes, so you will never be disappointed.

I’ve been a happy customer of Superwoks for many years. Friendly service and really tasty food. It’s really popular on Friday and Saturday nights so something must be right. I’ve tried more local alternatives but they don’t come close to the value for money. Tip: preorder on phone so the food is ready for collection.

We have been ordering from Superwoks every Friday for probably over a decade now. It is genuinely one of the highlights of our week. The food is delicious and the staff are beyond friendly and nice. I recommend them to anybody who asks where the best Chinese takeout is.

Totally excellent Chinese food - as good as a fine London Chinese restaurant. We frequently eat in China town, London, and know the best - and this little takeaway is up amongst them! Flavours are awesome, and not heavy - lightly seasoned and bright. We particularly enjoyed the veggie delight - lots of Chinese mushrooms, bamboo shoots and other vegetables. It's near Cheltenham West Premier Inn - so in future, we will choose that Premier Inn just so we can enjoy Superwoks again!

This place is fantastic. I have eaten from here a few times and when I am working around Cheltenham this is my preferred spot. You can honestly appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and the portions are a good size, not too small or too big. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They take card payments and will give you a receipt, which happens in few other places. This Chinese is on a whole different level and I'd absolutely recommend to everyone.

I shouldn't have to be subjected to your staff talking about the theatrics of their love life (coupled with excessive swearing), whilst waiting for my food to be cooked. It's unprofessional and it's not on. Consider hiring some considerate and respectful staff.

Ordered food from here as my local chinese was shut..didnt have a good experience, food took 1hr and twenty minutes to arrive and when it did, the crispy shreded duck was really fatty hardly no meat at all and the chicken chow mein was really watery and bland will not be coming bk

The food tasted of nothing really, I ordered fragrance chicken with cashew nuts didn't get any,the BBQ sauce was just a sweet gelatus mess. The only thing that tasted good was the fried rice and the noodles oh and my father's Thai curry.. That's about it.

We haven't used Superwoks for quite a while but remember it being quality food at a reasonable price. However the food we had on Saturday was without question the worst Chinese food i have ever tasted. Fragrant chicken and Cashew nuts without any cashew nuts? Thai Hot without any heat? Szechuan hot fried beef without the HOT? Everything was also SUPER sweet with absolutely NO flavour whatsoever. To say we were disappointed is a massive understatement, suffice to say that we will NEVER get food from Superwoks again...

Arrived on time but the rice was cold, chips had no flavour and found abit of blood in a chicken ball other then that it was ok
