The actual mini-golf experience is fine. Unfortunately I got charged twice due to a technical glitch on the Mr Mulligans website when pre-booking. I have tried to call and email them but have received no reply.

Amazing time in the new karaoke room. Loads of modern tracks for kids young and old to enjoy. I took my 9 year old daughter and friends for an hour. They shared three microphones which were perfect for making them feel like total pop stars. The staff were really attentive in making sure we were happy and had the refreshments we wanted - the kids enjoyed slushies. The kit was high quality and a good sound so it was like we were in our own private nightclub.

Great place nicely arranged my daughter loved it we had great time. Money wise good value for money and great friendly staff.

It's a good place for families/individuals but do not have a party here. For the price it is so not worth it. The host was pleasant enough but pretty incompetent. Felt like it was their first go at hosting. Kept having to chase the staff to get things sorted, food was delayed and we barely saw the host who was dedicated to us. It was not a busy time at the venue which makes it worse as I would have been more sympathetic if there were a number of parties on. We had to ask twice for a knife to cut the cake and when we were finally offered one it was a giant knife with no cover that we were expected to carry through the venue to the party area. Everything was delayed so had parents waiting beyond the pick up time, this also caused additional parking charges that could have been avoided. We also didn't have things included that are listed on the website. I have sent my concerns via email and hope I get a decent response. I have played golf here before and it's been quite fun but the party experience was stressful and definitely not recommended.

Good venue. Just stuck behind slow people causing a queue behind us too. Maybe should pace out the bookings more

Great place for mini golf and a few drinks. Drinks can be taken around the course and there are tables by each hole. Suitable for all ages (but probably best for 7+). Some holes are more difficult than others, but all add layers of fun. Drinks are reasonably priced and Mondays seem to have very good deals on F&B. We also got a special price offer on the dart boards, which were interactive and good fun.

Golf was good. Staff (very young were about 15 the way they behaved and were chatting to eachother)shocking. Really rude when served drinks and charged 14 pounds for 2 cokes and 2 blackcurrant squashes!!!! Would not recommend this place for politeness!!!

The golf course was gorgeously designed! However I took issue with the food; everything on the menu was deep fried and/or overly processed. I liked the look of the garlic bread which was specifically highlighted with promotional material -- it wasn't made at all clear that it was only available at special events! The 2 for 12 cocktails were good though.

Such a cool spot for some daytime activities & a couple of drinks. Sure it comes to life at night but we enjoyed how quiet it was on the golf courses. Went round 4 times in all with no delays & the holes were suitable for all levels of golfer.

What a lovely and relaxing place. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back !

Never been to an indoor minigolf before so this was really fun!

Great little golfing place. The themes are fun and there's quite a few courses to go through so definitely worth a visit.

2018 5stars ; Friendly warm staff, disable friendly, cheap and very very helpful with my concerns. Definitely child friendly too. Must go 😊 5 people for 18 holes takes about 2-3 hours. Lush decoration as well 😊😊 Update July 2022 3 stars; lovely staff, however the fact of not accepting cash, I think this is really unfair and has affected whether I return again. Update 2024 5 stars; went tonight with some friends and completely enjoyed it. Still disappointed it's only card to pay as I do prefer cash but it was a brilliant night

Great indoor fun for the kids and adults alike. Crazy golf, darts, ping ping, pool, bar and food.

Amazing! Surprised how well priced everything was and d the course is great. Staff were helpful when explaining what different things in the venue there are like karaoke!!

We had great fun in the new Karaoke Room. There was a large group of us and we had fast, efficient service. My new favourite place for a great night out. I would highly recommend this karaoke venue

Been here a few times, thought I would check out the brand new karaoke room though. Experience was amazing, and used it twice so far - once on a weekday and once on a weeknight. staff were happy to help with everything we needed! Darts and shuffleboard was great too!

We have been here about 4 or 5 times to play golf and we have always had a great time. The whole course is set out really nicely and it also looks cool with all the UV lights and scenes set up like a jungle, rainforest, under the sea, caves and dinosaurs. It is all upstairs though including the bar which we sat at and drank there for a bit which was nice. They also played this song whilst I was there called What You Know by Two Door Cinema Club which I loved along with All These Nights, I Want It That Way, Year 3000, Surfin USA, Stronger, Sweet Caroline, Baby, Titanium, Hey Soul Sister, Heaven Is A Place On Earth, Unwritten, Pon De Replay, Stacy's Mom, Tik Tok, Song For Whoever, Stereo Hearts, Umbrella, It's Raining Men, Say You Like Me and I Ain't Worried. The last time we went they didn't have any music on for some odd reason when we went in but when we about a quarter of the way round, they played I Need Your Love which was good but then they stopped it again. I was a bit disappointed but a few minutes after, they started playing BOTA ( Baddest Of Them All) which was amazing but it went on for ages which was weird with all the people in there playing golf. I was just waiting for it to go to the next one but it just kept going for ages but in the end, it went to the next one which was this song I didn't know but I think it was the Black Eyed Peas. Then they played You Make It Feel Like Home, a weird song that I think was Nicki Minaj saying Vroom Vroom Vroom it is a showdown, I Wish, Fake Friends, Padam Padam and this other song as we were walking out about fight the fear of being but I couldn't remember the rest of it. It was still brilliant but that Baddest Of Them All bit was really weird though. We walked in one time and they were playing this song that was a lady singing and it sounded like Fancy at first but as I walked in, it was a song that was saying tell me some what do you say and it was really good. I just wanted to find out what it was called but as we were walking up the stairs, it said watch the fireworks explode so I thought I would type that into Google later. We were only in there a few minutes but as we walked down the stairs, it finished and I just wanted to know what it was called and I thought it said lovely day and I loved the bit at the end. I was frantically looking it up in Prezzo as it was still in my head as we went in there but I couldn't find it anywhere. I looked for days and weeks but eventually, I found it and it was called Lucky Day by Nicola Roberts. Now I listen to it everyday and I am obsessed with it because it reminds me of walking in here. The time we went in for a Christmas treat with my family, they played Physical, a drum and bass song that I didn't know the name of, Stacy's Mom again, She's So Lovely, Stronger again, Haven't Met You Yet, Galway Girl, Levels, Wake Me Up, Pon De Replay, a rap song that made no sense, Song For Whoever again, Something Kinda Ooh, Sweet Caroline again and Just Can't Get Enough as we walked out. It was really loud in there though as it was a Friday night 2 days before Christmas so I had to go out for a bit but that was what they played that night. I went in for a minute a few days ago and they played this weird song that was really repetitive when we walked in and then as I was walking around they played this house song that was quite bassy so I went into the under the sea bit to try and hear what they were saying but as I walked out, I heard it say don't be alarmed and too deep in love no no but I looked it up and it wouldn't come up but I thought it was Galantis or Phillip George. I was frantically looking it up in Burger King but I eventually found it on the way home and it was called To Be In Love by Masters At Work and now I listen to it everyday but I couldn't find the other one and I forgot what it sounded like until last night when I was going to sleep, it just came back into my head as to what it sounded like and I just jolted awake but I have forgotten it now. I want to come back desperately though.

Should be better than it is. The 2 courses are pretty boring. Lots to do but over priced. The ‘kids’ working behind the bar / reception, look bored and uninterested and were pretty rude to be honest. Would certainly suggest some customer experience training. Shame. With some decent staff and a little refresh could be great venue

Great Venue, prices are reasonable. The course has some tricky areas but all part of the fun. Enjoyed it with 2 mates of mine, will definitely be returning

What time is the kitchen closes ? Atm is 19:37 09/01/2023 and the bartender said the kitchen is closed because the chef Karen not in the mood of cooking looking that they served a party with food

Had a great morning at Mulligans in Cheltenham. Booked online, 3 people playing 2 rounds was just over £40, so not too badly priced. Nearby parking was expensive though, we parked at NCP The Brewery and that was over £12, so would suggest finding somewhere else to park. Had drinks at Mulligans too, but no food. Drinks were reasonably priced and they had a good selection

Always a great family fun activity. Just had a round with three generations of the family and everyone enjoyed themselves.

My friend I came here for a 2-hour session of pool (£30). We were pleasantly surprised with the venue decor, and there were three pool tables to choose from, which were in reasonable condition. There is a good drinks menu too, including some nice mocktails. The staff are friendly, polite, and fast. What let our experience down, sadly, was the other clientele. There was a children’s birthday party there, and the children were out of control. They were running around screaming and getting in the way of other people’s games. At one point, one of the children threw a basketball (from the poorly located carnival game) and it knocked over all our drinks. It was disappointing that the staff didn’t say anything to this party, but there’s only so much you can do with bad parents. If you come here in the evenings or on weekdays, you’ll probably have a really good time.

It was a very memorable experience with interesting details and very hard working staff. If you are epileptic like me they were kind enough to turn the flashing lights off and talk me through what area had the most.

Lovely indoor golf place. Had a great time with the kids. Loads of option on food as well. Few extra activities to add to golf as well

Great place and had a great time, good for lathe groups and just a nice family day out. Staff were very good and we're happy to switch members of my groups clubs around if they wanted them switched. Overall a very good place and I would definitely recommend.

Dated and pricey, golf course has a lot of damaged areas, holes are that imaginative. Could do with a face lift.

Had a great time. Not amazing but great for a wet day when you need to get the kids out the house.

I’ve been here twice. Last night being the latest. I played golf here when it first opened and wasn’t blown away but it was ok for the kids. Went last night while on a hen party, ended up playing a few games of pool. The only comment I have is that it’s £15 for an hour of pool which is ridiculously expensive!! They also have ping pong, shuffleboard and darts none of which I got round to playing. Nice atmosphere. I’m not raving about this place but some will love it!

Nice chilled out venue in a good location with parking opposite have plenty of things to do both adults and children of all ages…. Disabled lift if you cant manage stairs. Good selection of food and drinks on offer as shown in the pics but cant comment on the quality as we didn’t have food. Would recommend if your looking for a funky golf experience 👍

Friendly, helpful staff they explained the game rules and how to score as it was the families first ever time playing any kind of golf. Clean course that looked easy in parts but with the black lights messed with your perception. Well be back.

Really enjoyed my evening, excellent date night.

I've been several times with friends and colleagues to play the crazy golf courses. We try to go at odd times because it's great not having to worry about waiting to start the next hole. The courses are simple, but enjoyable. They pose enough of a challenge that a hole in one is a difficult (but not impossible) achievement, but children are also likely to get through them with not too many attempts. I think the price is reasonable, especially if you do both courses.

Good place to go when it's raining outside.. lots of interesting games to play. I think some of the games were a bit expensive. There is a bar and ice cream and milkshakes.

Bigger place than thought, excellent food, very good value for money

£6 ½ hour and £10 hour for 8 or 9 ball pool. £20 hour for the darts (auto electronic scoring, like Flight Club). Plus the crazy golf, of course. Entertaining family fun.

Update 2023: Darts are great fun! We had a great time here. Really creative courses and a great atmosphere. Also I won which is a positive.

Terrible layout very cramped too many people. Staff are very rude.

The game was good but they could do with spacing out the bookings as it was over crowded and hot as to get you to buy more drinks.

Another fantastic game of golf, this time the game was on as more family came. We did the dinosaur course absolutely fantastic. Came here back on Friday to play golf, amazing location and good prices. I would highly recommend. It’s fun for all ages.

Good fun, two courses, so didn't seem busy. Other activities are available like pool darts etc.
