Had a good night out here a couple of weeks ago but they could only serve one type of cocktail at the bar which was apple flavoured and a bit disappointing.

Went for an event, Simply Soul, which was a wicked night :) I had a seat reserved & there were quite a few seats but it was very busy with over 200 people there. Took a while to get served at the bar, but it was busy. Great, lively atmosphere & a friendly bunch of people. We didn't eat here, I didn't know they served food. Will come again.

I come here normally for the Latina Fiesta, it's the last Friday of the month and it's an amazing atmosphere. The guys and girls at the bar are really friendly, I recommend coming down even if you can't dance. The bar itself is very good!

Good vibes good drinks good atmosphere

Very expensive. £10 for a glass of wine

Me and my friends visited here the other week and we were on the receiving end of poor customer service. We were out as a group of friends and we collectively bought many drinks on the night. The staff member who spoke to my friends began to refuse water, which is a very basic amenity, telling us it would cost too much in bills, despite us buying numerous drinks. How is this customer service acceptable? Water costs very little in bills and whether or not we were buying drinks should have been irrelevant as tap water costs less to nothing. With regards to the washing of the cup, the same cup was being used the whole time ! Secondly I am not sure why the feedback given has not been taken seriously and in a respectful fashion. The customer should have the right to complain and give feedback and in this case it seems the only thing the bar were concerned with was the bills! Totally ridiculous and I think the staff member who spoke to us in this way needs to rethink how they speak to customers.

First time I've been to a nightclub and they refused to give me water, because it costs them money, as they said. The staff completely disrespectful and unorganised. They can't even communicate with each other. The waitress said that they pay electricity because they need to wash the glass, they pay the ice, that they put inside the water and also, the water bills have increased, as a result they couldn't give me free tap water, which by the way the glass was the same, with ice in it and I just asked her to refill it. I still regret of going there. By the way, the manager didn't even hear me or explain anything to me and better because I don't know how I would react dehydrated listening someone telling me that he can't give me more free tap water, when me and my other 5 friends gave him our money, buying whole bottle and extra glasses of wine to his bar. Its just ridiculous in 2022.

The bar has been renamed Aura Lovely decor and staff. Party area, dance area and drinks really nice. But quite pricey

The town venue is absolutely perfect. The communication and management of the premises was superb. I would highly recommend Tom Noori and this club to anyone planning a birthday party, baby shower, or anything. They are fully capable of adapting to your needs.

It's a good place to go with your friends out. Good environment and good staff. Some beers are expensive but it's quite normal in a pub. A friend of mine was beaten in the nose by other guy while he was smoking and the security staff sort the problem and called to the police.

This may be biased but I DJed here tonight for my mates birthday. (13/4) There's a decent sound system. Comfy chairs. A dance floor. Gorgeous toilets, and a decent selection of drinks and a nice owner

Disrespectful bouncers acting illegally. They ruined a lot of peoples nights. Do not use for private hire, they don't honor their agreements with you! Threatened to snap my ID though it's very obviously me and I'm 18.... Do not recommend Edit: Am not the person mentioned below, I am aware of their situation but mine was just a case of trying to get in on a full drivers license. I was respectful upon entrance and was just treated with none back from security.

Great place to meet and socialise

R & B night in a nice environment and somewhat cosy.

A small one-room club in the centre of town. We had the entire place to ourselves for a private party which was a great night. The staff were great and, in contrast to your typical club, had an interesting range of bottled beers on as well as the usual suspects.

My friend is a dj/promoter and he held a night here lovely place only downfall is it is a bit small for a venue

5 star venue really plush enjoyed the time I had at reggae in the city

Had a really fun night here, all the staff are friendly and have a good choice of music. Part bar, part dance floor so something for everyone. And open late so don't have to go to a club.

Really friendly bouncer, always seems to be the same guy. Met the owner a few times and he seems cool. Drinks are expensive but their cocktails are amazing. Highly recommend.
