Lovely find, tasty tea and very welcoming staff, the cheese and ham crossaints is on my list to try and their berries and yogurts looked yummy

Lovely decor. For an 'espresso bar', the espresso was astringent and bitter, lacking any balance or sweetness.

Decadent tantalizingly delicious coffee. We were walking by and needed a pick me up. Excellent service and the most unique espresso machine we’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for a high-end espresso in the Montpelier Promenade area, stop by and say hi.

Never been here before and I was eyeing up the menu with my sister and her newborn baby from the window. A very rude employee barged pass us without saying a word, hit in to the buggy and walked behind the bar looking down at us. We felt so unwelcome we left immediately.

Cosy little cafe!! Ordered the blue latte after it was recommended by the lady behind the counter but it wasn't for me unfortunately. But my best friend loved it so I guess it depends on your preferences. The ham and cheese croissant was definitely a really delicious pick me up. The salmon bagel looked amazing too.

This is my favourite coffee shop in Cheltenham! They do amazing matcha and lovely pastries too.

Ordered a cinnamon swirl which I felt was very soggy and undercooked. Changed with no fuss. Great service. Thank you.

This is a such a stylish café….everything about is is superb; the coffee, the hospitality and service, the foods, the seating and decor…just lovely - well put together - reminds me of a London hotel bar. I love the banana cake and caffè latte. Will definitely be back next time💫💜💫

Good tea and coffee and a good selection of sweet treats. One main gripe- dogs! Yup, it’s like a kennels here on a Saturday morning. I like dogs but I shouldn’t have to weave my way around to get to the bar due to 5! Yes 5 dogs in there, same with owners who think they own the place!

Thought I'd give this place a try after I saw a fellow review proclaim the best coffee in Cheltenham! My latte was indeed gorgeous, as was the hazelnut blondie cake I had. Staff were really attentive and sweet despite it being busy, lovely atmosphere, will defo come again!

I now found the BEST and most AUTHENTIC matcha in Cheltenham, I’m so glad I found this place and finally had a taste of proper matcha. The aesthetic and preparation of it was just right. Moreover, they have a wide selection of coffees just like in Italy - especially when they also offer an affogato. Bellissimo!

This is a wonderful coffeeshop, a very warm welcoming aesthetically-pleasing interior which I could happily spend all day reading or writing. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and the service was fast. I see previous reviews noted the opposite so it looks like they’ve taken those comments on board as service is now faultless. And most importantly of all, the coffee is very good. High-quality medium-roasted beans whose fruity notes came through even in a flavoured latte. Good amount of silky crema absorbed by the milk foam which is another hallmark of good quality coffee. I only popped in on a whim whilst passing and I’m so glad that I did; this will be my coffee shop any time that I’m in Cheltenham again in the future.

Just went for coffee, which was very good. Really liked the decor and atmosphere.

Have been here a few times now ( not local to Cheltenham) every time staff have been really friendly, even checking that all was satisfactory. Only tried the croissants & cinnamon buns so flat but both have been very nice. Came with my American friend & we had a blue flower ice tea - delicious, even wowed my friend😀

Awful… Being told to wait 10 minutes for a coffee when there’s three people working and no customers is a joke. Hilariously expensive for what it is and the staff were condescending and rude to top it off.

Popped in for a late evening espresso and cocktail near closing time. We were the only customers, so service was quick. Pleasant and friendly staff, toilet was small but clean, espresso tasted different, and Negroni was nice. Would go again.

Amazingly high quality coffee from an impressive espresso bar! Delicious lunches and treats too. Chic and friendly atmosphere inside and a gorgeous space outside overlooking the park - feels like you’re on holiday! Plus they’re now open late at the weekend for cocktails - the espresso martini is divine 😍

Unfriendly staff.......ordered a pain au chocolate which was hard, tasted stale. Nice coffee but no nice atmosphere to lure me back

We came here for coffees on a recommendation and they were so good we returned for a very delicious lunch followed by excellent cakes! We sat outside in the sunshine with a view across to the park and watched the world go by - what's not to like?!! Will definitely be returning :-)

Wish I could give 0 star. Not even a 'hi' when I came in. Staff were so unfriendly and slow. They said they could do skinny latte which I ordered but I received a normal latte, turned out they don't even stock skinny milk. Weird to say but their coffee tasted like bolognese. Unreal

The coffee here is fantastic. We were in town for several days and tried several shops, this is the one!

Best specialty coffee in Montpellier!!! Best barista in the area! They are very close to the park and are open early on Sunday’s. This has become my favorite coffee shop stop before heading to the playground.

This is is the ONLY SPECIALTY coffee spot in the Monpellier area, and it is excellent! The coffee is of superb quality, milk was properly frothed and temperature was spot on. This is not the place for an average coffee, I do ground/brew my own barista style specialty coffee at home, so at least for my taste and what I am looking for, this is my spot! For the bad reviews, give them another chance, starting a new coffee shop is never easy….

Terrible customer service, would not recommend. I was not impressed to see the staff members getting visibly stressed and arguing about that in front of the customers when they were waiting too long to get their coffees. This was my second visit but most staff are unfriendly and rude. It probably does not help when you serve just an OK lukewarm coffee.

Just stopped for takeaway coffee and a brownie but prompt, friendly service, great coffee and the brownie was delicious!

You'd expect better service, also a bad layout people barging past whilst you're trying to order and wait for a coffee.

Called in yesterday looking forward to a good black coffee. The barista was too busy chatting and sharing a pastry with his friend to notice me. When he did, it was just to ask me to order from the other end of the counter. This I did, ( nice friendly girl serving) and was told to "take a seat and I will bring it over". When this didn't happen I looked on the counter and saw a coffee sitting there and asked if it was mine to which the barista answered a cursory "yes". I collected it myself. It was very small (I ordered a "long") and after the delay it was only just hot and so bitter it barely drinkable. Will not be returning.

Bit of a difficult experience. Coffees took a very long time to arrive (10mins, and after others who arrived after had theirs), and the service was slightly awkward. Would reconsider saying "dairy milk" in relation to a hot chocolate... Which tasted like a certain purple brand? May not have been. Flat white was well presented but not to my taste at all which is a shame. A lot of style but not convinced by this.

The barista was extremely rude - awful first impression!

Very poor service today. Had to wait until every walk in after me had sat down and been served before very slowly(after prompting) the staff deigned to make me a cappuccino. Sarcastically calling after me “hope you have a nice day” when I was clearly annoyed at the excessive wait time. Great coffee but I’m unlikely to go back.

Top marks for the vegan croissants. -1 because of the extra charge for oat milk

Fantastic atmosphere, a nice selection of pastries and cakes, and a perfect flat white. Plus, they're open late if you want an evening coffee or tipple!
