As someone who works in hospitality I am very disappointed with my visit. The staff are wonderful, very attentive. However upon arrival we were told they could not do a few of our drinks as they were not told how to turn the blender on. A new staff member had been put on bar for their first shift on a Friday night with nothing but laminated sheets with vague instructions on how to make drinks. Neither of them knew how to turn on the basic equipment. This was not their fault whatsoever, this is the fault of management putting two inexperienced people on bar with no support on the weekend. Will not be returning.

Food was fast, from ordering to colecting my Double texan extreme hot was waiting under 10minutes. Food was all nice fresh, hot and spicy aa i like it. Will be back at some point. My first visit.

Always loved it here. I'm upset and disappointed that it was suddenly closed without warning last week. Disgusting actions by management. They clearly place no value on loyal, hard-working staff. Shame on them.

Always good and massive portions of chips. Chicken fillet could be bigger in the bun but I get a double so all good. Quite often forget my sauces which is annoying but love the food so keep going back.
