Great pub with fantastic atmosphere, great service, good food that was reasonable and tasty as well as football. Tracey was very helpful!!

Great experience with nice staff, great food, good bar service and excellent service from Dave. Food was delivered promptly, the bar had a good team there when ordering drinks and a general great front of house team.

Came in for a draft Coca Cola with my son and his dad, who is disabled. The chair collapsed into pieces as he sat on it. The manager didn’t even come and ask if he was ok, he just ignored us. I will be filing complaint. There’s no excuse for the managers rude ignorance.

Decepcionados cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar a ser recibidos algún tiempo era obvio a medida que avanzaba la comida que el camarero estaba solo La comida no era muy buena mi hamburguesa estaba seca y poco apetitosa comida equivocada dada y la solicitud de no ensalada y tomates ignorados. Dispensadores de sal y pimienta no funcionaba tuvimos tres saleros diferentes dos no dispensaron uno solo con una lucha. Todos nos sentimos decepcionados por la experiencia. Oh dear, our Thai dinner must rate as one of the worst experiences ever. The starters of chicken satay were cold and tough. The accompanying peanut sauce was tasteless. Only a fork and spoon were provided and so we had to ask for knifes! The main courses of noodles were mushy and inedible, it was supposed to be served with chicken but only two small pieces were there. The beef massaman main course was tough and over cooked. Not sure what the sauce was supposed to be but it was a congealed gloop of something brown. So, although the food was most disappointing the bottle of Malbec was excellent and a very good price. Go to the Plough for a drink and enjoy!

Worst all day breakfast we’ve ever had, not very hot, bacon like shoe leather, nothing like picture, fried eggs were ok! Coffee ok, but whole thing was expensive. Not worth it. Staff very surly, as if everything was too much and they didn’t want to be there.

The full breakfast came out with the bacon cold, as were the fried eggs which were also hard. The butter in its packaging had obviously been left on the plate under the heat lamps and had liquified. My wife's crushed avacado and egg came out about 10 minutes later, just as I was finishing my breakfast. The eggs were again cold and hard. She took it back and as we didnt want to wait for it to be recooked, we got a refund for hers and left. Very disapointing and wont go back!

Ordered 4 lightly battered cod and chips and the food was delicious and excellently cooked. The owners are very friendly and the fish shop is an asset to Byfleet.

Personal tan amable como siempre pero como cliente habitual me asombraba lo barato del propietario para dejar de ofrecer salsas gratis para las patatas fritas y tratar de esconderse detrás del medio ambiente como razón de esto. Cuando las comidas cuestan más de £ 8, ofrecer a sus clientes salsas para papas fritas es una expectativa bastante básica del cliente.
