KFC in Woking

Luke warm undercooked greasy chicken poorly cooked chips and watered down cola. Avoid this place at all costs. Uninterested staff.

tasty and delicious the chips were warm, as well as the burger itself and took less then five minutes.

Chicken old and cold. Rubbery and tasteless. Chips cold and soggy. Staff on autopilot and couldn’t care less. Saw a staff member use bare hands to handle food. Expensive awful food. Will never return

I'm not normally one to rate badly but this KFC is shocking. Service slow, half our food on the tray getting cold whilst waiting for other food to be cooked for it to be overcooked yet cold! The burger was the worst ever. Literally bun, overcooked chicken and mayo..... no lettuce or anything that the picture shows you get on the screen when you order. Ever burger was like it and we ordered different ones. Avoid, seriously disappointed and won't be going again

Been here a few times. KFC is one of the outlets within the Food Court at the bottom of the Peacocks shopping centre known as Peacocks Place. You can reach this level by one of two lifts or an escalator in the centre itself, or a lift at the rear right hand corner of Debenhams. KFC does not have it’s own dedicated seating but there are plenty of seats available and the loos are close by. There is usually a queue and processing is quite slow. I always order a snack box or Zinger burger meal. The food is generally good but sometimes cold so check it before you leave the counter so you can deal with it immediately. The staff are friendly but training is definitely required here. I am always missing something, sauces, salt, fork or napkins and I have been served the wrong coke many times. The staff are not always aware of the app offers and there is a tendency to overcharge. If you complain HO will give the standard response that comments will be raised with the location and nothing changes. The food does taste good and and I would, and will, go back. I just make sure I check everything before I leave the counter each time.

In the food hall part of the peacocks centre. All that you’d expect from a kfc esp if looking for a quick eat.

As usual we went for a meal and shockingly found hair cooked in the chicken. I went up to a staff member to speak to the manager who didn’t bother to speak or even show up at all. No apologies whatsoever. Shameful to find such terrible service at a KFC outlet.

Stopped to feed the children after pantomime and the chicken was quick and tasty. No complaints, in the centre with lots of other fast food outlets so you eat what you prefer!!

The staff are fantastic - very professional and patient. They are happy to help and listen to you without rushing you to pay etc. The food is piping hot, fresh and delicious. Totally unexpected. The location has quite a lot of seating too. One of the best KFC’s I’ve been too. Will definitely return again.

Thank goodness we found this place not far from were we were staying my sons middle name should be kfc he would live on it, it made his day

A fairly regular visitor of KFC considering I work in a different store in the shopping centre and I can honestly say I am always really happy with the speed and efficiency of the staff who work there considering it can get very busy at times. Always professional, well mannered and knowledgable. Server today was Janos who again lived up for the mark set by all others who work there too. Would recommend

This is one of my favourite KFCs to go to for lunch, tea or both. The food isn’t greasy at all; it’s definitely how I would like it to be. I love all of the chickens like the fillets, the breasts, the drums sticks (the legs), the popcorn chickens etc and the chips are amazing, nice and soft. The place to eat is very good, not claustrophobic, definitely my kind of place. The staff are very friendly, easy to talk to. I’ve never had a complaint about this restaurant at all. It’s an amazing KFC! 🍗😃

Downstairs in the Peacocks food hall this fast food counter is the standard KFC formula- edible and fast but salty and artificial looking. Open seating in the communal food hall and next to the exit fir toilets - so convenient!

They don't leave things out for ages which is good but bit slower than other places. Food always tasty

Lots of fast food outlets in the peacocks centre basement, this is one of the best ones. We like KFC genrerally, and the staff and service here are fats and friendly. Grub always good too.

Service was clear, quick and friendly. Food was good, well prepared, served and portion sizes were very filling.

Quick service as expected, fresh meals .. if you ant watching weight, good place; keen on gluten .......

bit slow but this is probably due to being cooked for you. it's a bit more healthier than mcd's and bit better flavour to my mind

KFC fue bastante rápido en su servicio, y el personal era amable.

totalmente mal servicio, una larga cola y me sirvió una señora muy los visitantes inquietos. La comida se sirve en una bandeja con servilletas Fork sin sal o una toalla. Tuvimos que usar los bebés toallitas para limpiar las manos del pollo grasienta. La segunda pieza de pollo estaba rosa probado en 3 lugares y cada descanso era rosa. me llevó a la gerente y él me dijo que era carne oscura. Para ser sincero él shouldt incluso pregunta que no me iba a dar una vieja 2 años sin cocer de pollo. Me ofreció otro poco y eso fue todo. evitaremos para referencia futura y probar una de las otras autoridades bahías de comida en la pista.

Un típico bastante outlet pavos reales en el centro Woking. concurrida y servicio rápido. Sin embargo, como me fue recoger mi comida me di cuenta que había un pequeño cartel en la pared que decía que el lugar fue aprobada para la venta de carne Halal. Esto no sería reconocido por la mayoría de los clientes. pregunté si el pollo estaba Halal y me dijeron que era. rechacé la comida ya que tengo una objeción moral de carne Halal sobre bienestar animal jardines. Me puse en contacto con Kentucky Fried Chicken sctd y recibimos una respuesta muy poco comprensivo en lo que respecta a mi punto que me dieron carne Halal sin mi permiso. Si la comida es Halal debe ser claramente etiquetado así en el menú, así que los clientes pueden hacer una elección informada. La comida vegetariana es etiquetado así que ¿por qué no Halal? bien si quieres carne Halal pero evitaría este outlet si eres como yo que encontrar una aplicación de manta de Halal dadas a todo el mundo, en el medio de Surrey, ya sea comida musulmana o no, una falta inaceptable de elegir con conocimiento de causa al cliente.
