Taco Bell UK in Woking

Normally the customer service is great, Not gonna lie Alister is great, very kind. However, Heather was quite mean. She called my friend poor, maybe not quoted word for word, yet it was along those lines. My friend was highly offended, was very disappointed!

Been here a few times and its been so so. Last time I talked to the server about vegetarian options and they recommended a vegetarian chalupa. It turned out to be meat. The restaurant wasn't busy, just me, the server and the cook. The cook explained there is no way to mark dietary requirements on the order, so if you are vegan / vegetarian / allergic please don't risk it. The server apologised and gave me a refund but this was the first meat I had eaten for several decades, so felt pretty scummy. Never going back and I would recommend Araceli's over this place any day.

I've been here a couple of times for snacks/ visiting with someone who purchased a lunch deal, but it took a while to come considering it's a fast food place. That said, the food is nice when you do get it.

If you have eaten at Taco Bell in the states, this is a big disappointment. Our second TB try in the UK and both have been really bad. The food is inconsistent and not good quality, of the tacos we ordered which should have been all the same they all had various different items missing, when we complained and asked them to redo some they told us they could not as they had run out of lettuce, this was about 7:30pm.... The fries and limp and just not good. I don't think we will be trying another UK Taco Bell....

I’ve visited Taco Bell since jan 2019 and every time I’ve been I’ve left with a full stomach and a happy face. I’ve introduced this food chain to so many of my friends who have never eaten there before and who now go there continuously because the food is THAT good! Whenever I visit the restaurant I normally have the 2 taco supreme with the cheesy topped fries as a meal, the tacos are always full of meat and hot when received and the chips omg the fries, they are AMAZING... peri salted fries topped with melted cheese sauce and some sour cream on top, delicious. I advise anyone to go to this restaurant as me and boyfriend have visited it nearly every week for the last 2 months.

So fresh and delicious... Love the salsa, the sauce, guacamole... I have it in a wrap with the grilled chicken. Like they don't mind substituting ingredients to suit your taste. The best place in Woking for fresh fast food.

I dont often go to quick food places as their style isn’t my thing but H insisted we did and I thought it was pretty good The various tex-mex dishes were quite nice, although could have been hotter (as in 🌶).

we visited this restaurant to try the naked chicken taco - they said they don't serve it because it's not halal. Taco bell website or social media doesn't mention this anywhere!

Called in for the first time on a Sunday evening and although service was a bit slow I enjoyed the food and the staff were friendly so will probably return

Folks saw on the back of a bus that TB was in Woking. We drive 30 mi utes today to go try it out. Wished there was more on the menu like in the USA. I also asked if they did a breakfast menu and they don’t 😢. We ordered the Volcano with Mexican Chicken. Such a small size in comparison to the USA and not that spicey. The crunch wrap with Mexican Chicken but the wrap was not crunchy like it is in USA. The loaded fries (with Mexican Chicken) was great but the forks provided made it so difficult to get chips (I ended up using my fingers!!!!). Don’t bother getting the Cheese Quesadilla not worth the money. We thought there be at least refried beans, salsa and sour cream but it’s just cheese! A side of refried beans and can’t complain about that. To was it down Pepsi Max. I ended up giving some of my crunch wrap to my dad as his Volcano was not big enough as it is back in the USA. The Churros was cold. Not sure why it’s premade when they were not busy at all. Will go back but not as frequent as I thought we would.

dear fellow Mexican lovers, It was a cold rainy may evening, and we decided to venture across England to Taco Bell instead of Wagamamas. And we have to say we are glad we did. As we entered we appreciated the ambience of our new surroundings and were patiently waited for whilst Emily had a Mexican special in the 2nd cubicle (first of many). We ordered a fairly large meal (£15.06) as we have an obese member of the group (fat Paul). Unfortunately we we were left with our stomachs rumbling resulting in a second order (£45.78 + a cuddle). I will now list all the advantages and disadvantages: Advantages: - excellent food - luxurious toilets (as appreciated by emily and her Mexican special) - refillable drinks (with a WIDE selection including many sweltering and inviting flavours) Disadvantages: - Emily developed the triple d aka the triple threat (diabetes, dyslexia and diarrhoea) - we were unfortunately filmed by some local youths - were given a soft taco instead of a hard one ;) - and the cherry ice tea did not taste of cherry - we didn’t RECEIVE our churros and when we did there was only 2 and fat Paul was not impressed #fatty In conclusion, I will be visiting again (without fat Paul) as I hate fat people.

Iluniana was very courteous and accomodating. All the staff were smiley and friendly. Taco Tuesday is a must.

Enjoyed the food. Good service even though very busy at lunch-time. Reasonable prices and good quality.

All four meals were great!! Best was the burrito box meal, and the crunch wrap. Saauces are fab. Server was slightly abrupt and reluctant to edit order because it was extra work - although we were adding more drinks so more money!! - and absolutely no queue with only other customers present who already had their food.

We have never had a Taco Bell before and travelled 30 minutes to get here. We was going to be ordering 4 meals, however, we found out they had no Mexican fries at all and offered no alternative so we just ordered the burritos. Service was quick. Food was ok, let down with no chips or alternative

I've been to the Taco Bell here many times when leaving from Woking Train Station. This was the first Taco Bell I ever went into and the simple process was explained to me so I knew what to order. The staff were helpful and the food is consistent. Good sized meals, reasonably priced. Nice seating area if you want to eat in or wrapped well enough to take it home.

Been here a few times and all ways been good ! But today we went there .. wraps more or less empty !! Nachos had hardly any toppings on them so my husband asked the member of staff could you please put little more salsa on there ? And with that the female member of staff went right in to one banging and telling him if you want more you can pay extra huffing and putting and was getting a real attitude .. so my husband just told her we come here often and never have had a problem why are you being rude ? For her then to walk off and start giving us dirty looks and talking to her self about us ... such a shame as we travel 30 min drive to eat there !

What a random place. My family and I like Taco Bell but have yet to have a visit without problems. From being charged for a Taco Supreme and not getting any sour creme (this is usual, to the point we now pay an extra 30p on top of the supreme upgrade just to get sour creme - surely that’s the difference between and standard and supreme?) to having to wait 20 minutes for them to remake our meal to takeaway because despite telling them very clearly our meal was to take away they made it to eat in. Not that I can understand why they had to remake the meal as surely it could be packaged up but no, 20 minutes later finally got our meal to takeaway.

More bread than filling. Good portion of chips. I will avoid in future. Chipotle is more expensive but better. Only diet drinks / water available with meal deal

Went for lunch at about 2pm Friday. Not busy, Good service. Enjoyed the food (tried 3 things!), washed down with lots of Tango Apple that went very well with the food. Reasonable prices. the lovely Naked Chicken a good option if you want to cut out the carbs - Seems like a healthy fast food option. No room for pudding...

food was fresh and tasty and very cheap.Food was prepared quickly. It was my first Taco Bell experience and will visit again in the future!

Love Taco bell in the USA, finally I was close enough to one of the few uk locations to be able to visit.

I went there with friends, drove 40m from West London because I really wanted to try it and was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and most importantly the food was really nice. The food is extremely affordable. Cheaper than McDonalds and I genuinely really enjoyed it. The chips were really nice had some sort of seasoned salt on them. The only thing I didn’t like

Standard fast food chain offering something a bit different. Food quality isnt all that, had fries and churros and not that great. Service poor too but offers a bit of variety

My favourite place to eat! Delicious food, fresh tasting vegetables, generous portions sizes and the prices are cheap which makes it even better. I love the Crunchwrap supreme😍

It was my first experience of a Taco Bell and it although it tasted good I was a bit underwhelmed. The burrito I had could have included more filling and the lack of filling in my partner's taco was laughable. He order the box meal but it didn't come in a box like in the picture. It's still good if you want a fast cheap spicy snack. Drinks machine is good and has a great selection of flavoured iced tea.

Love that there's a TB in Woking now. Have had several meals here and always reminds me of home. Took in the Ozzie hubs for his first TB experience and he loved it also.

First time visit to one over here in UK. Good fast service for a fast food place, not sure whether value for money though as the burritos at another place in Woking much better value - they could do with making the order number on receipt bit bigger too!

We call it Taco bell the saviour !!! As it was helping us to survive in day time ...I was amazed with the taste and had it couple of times.
