The young barista was friendly and very efficient. The latte and blueberry muffin were superb!

This costa is a cozy spot with a calm atmosphere and friendly staff. Was made an iced latte by Georgie and she was very quick and helpful.

Called in late on Monday evening, as the staff were tidying up. I was very upset due to an incident at the vets opposite. The staff were so kind and made me a lovely hot chocolate. Thank you

The barista by the name of Diogo was extremely handsome one of the best looking people I have ever seen also made the best drink I have had all year and was very fast and friendly 200 % recommend his service no point of coming to this Costa if he isn't about he may aswell be THE COSTA KING

Unfortunately I was served a coffee that was inappropriately designed on the top, the barista was aware of this but didn’t offer to change it. So I just stirred it in. You shouldn’t serve customers things that are inappropriate, especially when you know about it. It should be redone etc. disappointing experience from that.

Been here last week,arrived at shop 5:50 p.m. and wanted to buy sandwich and a cup of coffee,the lady said she can't warm up that sandwich for me because she is closing in 10 min,forgot to read her name on badge,one more reason why Costa became less favourite for me

Nice little coffee shop in the retail park

The hygiene in this place is disgusting, so so so dirty, will stop coming here. The toillet needs bleach big time.

Staff were rude. Rolling eyes, where rude to another customer behind us.

Great staff. It's maybe sometimes a little understaffed, like they could do with one more person in there. But then for a fairly small Costa it does get quite busy at times!

Busy Sunday and I found one particular male staff member miserable. As he lay the tray he literally threw the teaspoon at it. I understand its busy and maybe you have other issues but so do the rest of us. We come in for a nice experience not a miserable one. The ladies during the week are helpful and friendly.

Horrible workers they seem very racist and are very rude they gave each other looks when a brown man asked them a simple question about opening time! It was very rude and disgusting to see that nowadays you employ racist people! These girls need to understand that a man asking a question isnt him being interested in them they need to humble themselves especially when they look like that. Both girls but especially the black haired girl with acne such a disgusting person

So so need more lights for evening time for jogging safety, and investment in many different ways

I have always had a good experience coming here , it sure can get so busy at times and I see the staff rushed of their feet , but there is never a time where they don’t smile. Coffee always tastes good so happy can’t complain.

No point in keeping this place open it's often shut due to staff shortages which is a real shame always people turning up and waiting but opens later always having maintenence work or staff problems re edited. 7th June 2022 same problem no staff go over regular every morning and getting worse. Must be loosing a small fortune at this store. Always loads of people waiting.. Again 16th June went over to Costa here nd closed with no signs on door to even tell customers there shut usually spend over £300 a month myself and 4 others now looking for somewhere else for early morning drinks and breakfasts..... Slowly going down a slippery slope...

Always too busy, always noisey, but Costa coffee is still the best. Wish they had more gluten-free food.

The quality bean in Costa is cheap no flavour no soul it has nothing to do with the staffing widely a issue

No sure it’s a company cutting corners or do as little as possible but when you pay over 4 pounds for a milkshake can at least be done with all the toppings, without the need to push it back and ask to be corrected as the whipped cream is barely there. The staff are lovely ok but this cutting corners it’s starting to push customers away.

I walked in 16:30 and got told I cannot order anything when clearly it states 17:00 closing time with people still in there eating and drinking. I will NOT be going into any Costa again what an absolute joke. I rather support the local coffee shops who would go an extra mile for you :)

Slow staff member. Drinks were not hot. Disapointing visit.

Shop opened a little late and my eat in coffee was served in a take out cup. No real biggy, but the bacon roll wasn't it's normal crispy and we'll cooked self. Seemed a bit fatty and under cooked. That said it was a decent breakfast.

Good place to have a cofee. Usually there are queues in the morning. Plenty of places to seat and eat in.

Service very slow and the tables are all dirty with cups and trays. No organisation or cleanliness. Unimpressed

No whipped cream, when they have on offer a limited edition drink “Maple Hazel” and then serve something with half of the items missing I would expect a reduction in the price I pay but no. Didn’t have the heart to complain as the lady serving was lovely. Come in n costa get your act together and make sure you have the stock to fulfil the drinks you are selling.

First experience of Costa In Woking, Terrible service, the blond cropped haired lady behind the counter was rude and told us off! We ordered two large drinks and the lady at the till made three instead. When I asked her why she said u told me that! Super rude, not coming back. We wasted over £20 on your coffee. Costa service in other locations are far better.

The range of foods seems to have been reduced, especially for any dietary requirements, but there are still some options and the staff are always welcoming

Stale cinnamon buns - solid as a rock. Complained to lady in charge and she said that's how they are after a few hours. Very disappointed - trying to push rubbish onto customers. The decent thing would be to offer an alternative

I don't know what's going on with the staffing but this place is never open when it's supposed to be. Nearly every day theres a sign on the door saying "today we're opening at 10am" or "closing early at 3pm" And if they are open they often don't have all the drinks or hot food.

Painfully slow. Its actually unreal how slow this place is every single time I come here. What makes it worse, they usually have 3 or 4 staff there so when its busy, you would think they would have 2 people making hot drinks, 1 on cold and food and the other who serves - but no. 2 of them are usually doing nothing on the shop floor in the back and the other 2 are so slow at even makimg 1 drink it's unreal

Tried the vegan bacon bap and it was ok after adding some ketchup to it. There's some space on the side of the shop where you can eat and have your bicycle next to you shall you wish to do so (in summer). It's not big but worth checking if stopping here for a coffee or food while cycling.

This was my first visit to this Costa and I was really impressed. It was large and laid out really well, with a choice of soft chairs. It was also very clean. The staff were friendly and there was a good choice of food and drinks.

No sandwiches only a few sweet things were left.

Went in there today one girl working kept walking pass me no acknowledgement, I asked if any one was serving she said no and walked off. There was quite a few people waiting but I walked out in discust. If that's how you carry on good luck.

This place is always closed until 8am waste mine and so many others time going out the way. Sort it out.

Chai latte is never extra hot when ordered extra hot, some staff are sloppy and it shows in their handling of customers especially the male staff. Tables are not often cleaned. Frankly disappointing.

Mostly really good, just one poor experience that has since never happened. The staff are generally very friendly and professional, and they’ve just done a big decor refresh. Only issue was one day pretty much everything in our order had issues and there was dirty cutlery. But to their credit, this has never happened since then, and I genuinely think this was a one off issue. Decent outdoor seating, and quick service, as long as you don’t go in during super busy times.

Feels like it is more closed than open. Again closed for three days this week without any upfront notification or warning. Google maps still reckon it is open … blows my mind how some do business.

Consistent quality. I feel bad repeate visiting the same place, but who can blame me? Good bunch of people working hot and coffee and snacks excellent as always.

I come into costa the bloke behind the counter messed up my order i ordered two purple ones and he only put through 1. When i asked him where the other one was he laughed in my face. He was more intrested in being on his phone. I will not be coming in this store again as the service was really bad and when i ordered 2 i only got 1!!!!!!!!!!!

Was very disappointed, I'm a trained to make coffee from a few years ago by Costa and watched the girl make a capachino with old milk re heated put in take away cup, when I informed her we where having it in she tips it into China cup scooped some froth out the milk jug and placed on top , even a trained coffee maker no that's not how to make it. Very disappointed with service.

Such slow service, 25 minute wait for a takeaway Coffee & that's not a one off either.

About 15 min.waiting to only give my order, and about 10min wait to collect it. To long waiting time just for a coffee, who should be fast. Only 3 members of staff explain it, but for a saturday lunch time, is not how it should be. Should have more staff 100%.

Decaf mocha latte with coconut milk, yum. Chocolate its a bit sickly though...

New staff unable to make a frostino, pointed out it was incorrect she cried.. other new person had a go, was total carnage. Advised the experienced staff member that 3 frostinos all incorrect she shrugged, said sorry but they're training. Turned 'Karen' on her and insisted she make a fresh one.

Went to costa coffee lion retail Saturday PM for coffee and a hot snack,the girl wiped the food residue on the table ,straight to the floor,didn't look like it had seen a hoover in months,the table wasn't especially clean even after that.the service was poor to say the least,a smile might have helped the staff were sullen and looked to have no life in them.with the pandemic still with us I would have expected the place to have a better hygiene standard,will use the goldsworth park costa from now on,cleaner and better servive
